Host attempted to charge us extra for cleaning fee in cash the day before arrival. Original listing details showed 5 bedrooms and on arrival only 4 bedrooms plus air-con not working in 4th bedroom. This had a drastic impact on our stay and host very aggressive about the lack of 5th bedroom that was originally advertised (and removed after our complaints). There has been no refund/ compensation for the lack of 5th bedroom. The host was very hostile when discussing this. The electrics cut out constantly if you use the oven. The host is aware of this as she showed us the fuse box on check-in. On the last day the water stopped working, we believe this was a problem for the village not just our villa, the host did bring us water bottles but we could not use any facilities. This house should have been a great spot but because of the problems with the 5th bedroom missing plus the lack of aircon in the 4th it really ruined our experience. We were a group of 4 couples plus one single girl and we did not have enough bedrooms/ privacy. It was the end of July and extremely hot. The air-con also did not work properly in the communal areas. Finally, they do not take payment on card as advertised, the day before our arrival they sent a WhatsApp message requesting full payment via a bank transfer. We refused and they told us we had to pay cash on arrival. I would not have given such a poor rating had the host and booking attempted to resolve the matter and compensate us for the missing bedroom and the lack of use of the 4th bedroom but I have been met with aggression from the host and no appropriate response from booking. Booking instead reach out to the host for a decision on if compensation is owed. I am disgusted at the experience and would not recommend this villa or booking again. I strongly recommend going through other companies such as Airbnb who from experience look after guests who experience problems.

The house was amazing. Perfect for a get away and very close to the village. The hosts were fantastic and sent over heaps of information before the trip.

Unique house of high quality! Situated within walls in a peacefull neighbourhood, by a private street. Four nice bedrooms and four modern bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped, chargoal grill outside. Good supermarket within 3 km. Nice garden. Pool is small but enough for kids.

Beach by the lake is not of high quality but water is clean.
