Chalet overlooking the mountains with good exposure, quiet. Located 900 meters from the Nordic area and Lake Confins, 1km from the Balme ski lifts and 5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets, beautiful and well thought out, you will spend a pleasant holiday there. Shuttle stop 50 meters from the chalet.
LIVING ROOM: (tiled floor) 27 m2, a sofa with armchairs, television, windows and bay windows opening onto a balcony / terrace of 18 m2 facing south west. Garden Lounge.
KITCHEN: (tiled) 4 m2, sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer unit (240L), dishwasher, fondue and raclette set, capsule et filter coffee maker, elements with everything you need of the kitchen.
BEDROOM 1: (tiled) 9 m2, 1 BED 2 PERSONS (140), wardrobe, west window.
BATHROOM: (tiled) 3 m2, shower, basin, washing machine, towel dryer, window. Independent WC.

Para-hotel services are offered to guarantee you a peaceful and worry-free stay. If you wish to set up one of these services, please contact the agency once the reservation has been made.
Services included:
- Free welcome kit (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Duvets and pillows
- Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats (specify to the agency the details of the beds occupied and the total number of people (to be collected from the agency on the day of your arrival and returned to the agency on the day of your departure).
- Individual electric underfloor heating, water, electricity (with the exception of long-term rentals (invoiced according to meter reading)
- Garage (on the left: L 5m - l 2.4m - h 2.05m) + a space in front of the garage
- Cleaning during the stay (1h30), to be agreed with the agency no later than the day of your arrival
- End of stay cleaning (except kitchen & dishes and emptied bins)
