You will hear noise from adjacent occupied units and should be mindful of the noise you make as well. We ask all guests to understand the sounds they may encounter from neighbors.
🐾PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.
🐶PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.

The condo was wonderful. It was in walking distance to many restaurants. It looked like it had been newly remodeled. The air condition was a plus for the summer.. I would definitely stay there again on a future trip.

Sometimes the online presentation is not accurate - this place exceeds expectations. We needed nothing for our stay including culinary….everything from utensils to spices was there. Exceptionally clean and well appointed!!

Very nicely done. The only negative was that we were on vacation therefore wanted to sleep in a little. Loud walking or banging started around 7:30 am. Besides that it was a great location and very nice. Well done rental In Enterprise !!!

I would 100% stay again. Great communication, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, overall very charming. Easy parking. I stayed there with my 20 month old and found it very comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and had plenty of room for a pack n play

This is a wonderful place to stay, right off the main road going through Enterprise. Conveniently located in walking distance to several restaurants back dropped by breathtaking mountains. We used the loft area as an office while we worked during our stay. The kitchen is large and accommodating. Lots of natural light from the front windows.

Our family needed a place to stay before catching a flight to Minam River Lodge, and this place was above and beyond! Super cute, very clean, comfy everything, and right on Main Street. Walk to whatever you need or enjoy all the lovely accommodations. It was a perfect spot, and the owners even let us stay an extra hour without any hassle because our plane was delayed due to weather, and we had the kiddos with us. That really helped us out. Would Recommend - 10 out of 10

The Litch Properties are an incredible treasure. Growing up in the county I have very fond memories of the stores that used to occupy the ground spaces of the hotel and the McKee brothers have done a wonderful job of maintaining the "feel" of the property and area while creating first-class spaces to stay, work remotely, play and relax.

If I could give this place a 10 star review, I would. We travelled over 2000 miles to be with family in Enterprise, Oregon (from Tennessee) to celebrate the life of a beloved family member. We were so pleasantly surprised upon our arrival at the Litch Hotel. We rented two suites - the Aneroid and the one next to us (can't remember the name but it had a ski theme). Both units were impeccably clean, perfectly decorated and the linens were 'out of this world' comfortable. The owners either have really good decorating sense or know how to hire those that do. The linens, too, were comfortable and soft (the sheets and comforter were 100% cotton). The temperature was controlled remotely and was always perfectly temperate-warmed up and cooled down quickly. The bathroom was also done beautifully with marble tiled floors (and they were also heated), There was river stone floor in the shower and glass shower door. There's a lighted dressing table in there, too. All of the appliances were top of the line...everything was so sparkling clean. Oh and there is a huge loft with another king size bed overlooking the living area. The owners use local craftsman (dishes and mugs were hand wheel thrown by a local potter, shelves and paintings were also done by local crafts people).Communication with the owner was always positive with quick responses. I really can't say enough good things about this place. If I ever get back to Enterprise, Oregon, I will definitely stay at the Litch Hotel!

This property is so well done. Smartly decorated, good layout, comfortable furniture and really nice touches ( locally crafted pottery, air purifier, diffuser) and spotlessly clean.
The owner was in touch for anything we needed ( had a brief 5 minute Wi-Fi outage). Great location in downtown Enterprise. We will definitely stay there again.

We absoloutly loved our stay at the Litch Hotel! It was such a beautiful place with high end finishes, charming decor, and we loved the historic photos and books that were in the hotel to show what the building has been in the past. It was a great location with parking directly out in front. The beds were extremely comfortable and they even had water bowls and a bed for dogs - our pup Summit just loved it! We definitely will be back! If you are booking through Expedia and have an animal, make sure to directly message the owners that you have a pet, as that wasn't an option when booking through Expedia. The owners were incredibly flexible and gracious in letting us add on the pet fee once we were there. Thank you for sharing this place with us!

The Aneroid was a unique, stylish, and spotless place that served as a great launching point for our outdoor adventures in the region. It had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and nice kitchen. The wall to the adjacent condo is paper thin but we were ok with it. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The condo was lovely. I love vintage places and the renovation of this property was done with a great deal of care. Every amenity of home. It being vintage, you can hear your neighbors moving around in their unit, so being respectful of that should be top on your list so everyone can enjoy their stay.

Awesome place to stay, I would recommend to anyone, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are top quality. The TV is huge with lots to watch, the sound does travel between units but it wasn’t an issue for us. The wife and I are talking about make this an annual thing we liked it so much.

What a cool VRBO! The owners are in the process of renovating a large old downtown building into a number of VRBO spaces. We stayed in one of the two completed at this point, and they are doing a great job! Very up-to-date surfaces, appliances and fixtures. They have a high attention to detail and it shows. The bed in the main bedroom is really comfortable, and the entire space is very welcoming.
We especially appreciated being able to stay there with our two dogs. Communication with the owners was great - very responsive. Plentiful on street parking right in front is a bonus.
They very accurately describe the place in their listing, including the fact that you can hear talking and moving around in the adjacent unit. It wasn't bothersome to us, but pay attention if you are bothered by that kind of noise.

This is a unique option for accommodations in this area. You can hear sound transfer from the adjacent unit, but otherwise it was a comfortable, clean, and upscale place to stay in a stunningly beautiful area of Oregon. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely and Historic
Even though our stay was short and sweet, we really enjoyed the uniquely renovated historic space. It's was perfect for our party of three in downtown Enterprise next to my favorite herbal body care company, Wild Carrot. We plan on returning and will be staying for more than 1 night. Thank you.

Great property. Fun setup. It's a long walk if you need to find grass for the dog. I assume the wooden floors are connected as any movement in the unit next door sounds like the person is moving right next to you- not bad during the day but late evening/early morning is quite noticeable. Might need some area rugs, especially in the bedroom.

From the moment I walked in I felt embraced by the beauty of the hotel and all the touches. Love that they are restoring a historic building so beautifully. Places to eat and shop close by. Check out “The Book Loft” bookstore in the courthouse square. My dog liked the small park two blocks west.

Aneroid suite, Litch Hotel
My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel suite. It is a completely remodeled suite in an old hotel. We loved the old photos of the LItch Hotel. The mattresses are exceptional and better than anything we have at home. This well done suite added to our vacation experience. Highly recommend.
