One of the best places to stay at

Everything! Super quiet location, very private, comfortable little unit with pretty backyard. Amazing shower pressure and very comfortable bed. Dave was awesome, super friendly and we've had a nice chat. Nespresso coffee machine AND milk frother was a nice bonus.

The weather :D So we didn't have a chance to try the pool out. But we will definitely be back one day

Far exceeded expectations for my work trip for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, thank you. :)

It was excellent, safe, quiet and private location in a residential area. Close to where I needed to be the next day. It had everything I needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay I was over the moon when I arrived thank you very much for your lovely hospitality.

Beautiful property, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes drive to shops, and an easy drive to the CBD, or Te Rapa. Very private quiet location with views out to private garden. Great space for parking and plenty of room to turn around. There's a garage between the unit and main house which adds to the privacy. WiFi and TV were great, no hassles with connection. Good pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Extra blankets available and plenty of hangers in closet. Everything was good quality and in good condition.

The bed was too firm but that's just a personal preference. I found not having curtains on the sliding doors made it a bit cold inside even with the heater on. Also felt a bit exposed to the outside, even though it was a totally private space.

An excellent place to relax for a day or two...or longer. :-)

I liked the peacefulness, the cleanliness, the very comfy bed, and the big huge selection of tv streaming options. The muesli was yummy too!

Microwave was difficult to reach. Some milo / hot chocolate and decaffinated coffee options would be nice.

When you stay in the winter you are inside more and notice cleanliness inside and outside .

Breakfast was average, no choices, had to catch a taxi to get breakfast for my wife. No way one container of cereal was enough for 3 breakfasts and I am in my eighties so I don’t eat a lot

We have stayed before, the place was great but attention to detail was not there.

Clean, quiet and relaxing, comfortable with all modern furnishings and appliances. A lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Handy to CBD and all attractions. Robyn is a lovely host who made us very welcome.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Hope to stay longer next time.Had an amazing visit to Hamilton Gardens

such a wonderful haven.lovely modern furnishings and appliances, very fresh clean smell throughout apartment. Very efficient up to date de longhi heater, although apartment was nice and warm. We were very happy with the area and just far enough from city to feel the peace . Good walking paths besides river. Look forward to a return visit.

Lovely modern spacious apartment in upmarket suburb, enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful quiet location, some distance from shops/city in nice suburb. Very spacious apartment with nice garden outlook. Owners very obliging and helpful. Due to bad weather unable to make use of pool but looked enticing. Well equipped, parking in front of apartment.

Perhaps some mood lighting (table/standard lamp) would enhance.

Luxurious home away from home

The range and quality of the facilities and the decor made it feel like home, loads of space, very comfortable beds, very private, all gave it a luxurious feel. A 5 min drive from Hamilton centre and an hour or so from Waitomo Caves/Hobbiton

Ataahua stay @ Robyn's Retreat, Private and peaceful, Meke as hospitality, A salt pool, Excellent.

Thank you Robyn's Retreat our stay with you was perfect for us two. We truly enjoyed this private tucked away Retreat. The feeling of the Ngahere (bush) out the back, we felt like we were back home sweet home. We both loved our nights rest before travelling back to the East Coast the next day.
