Ein ***Hotel, das eigentlich viel mehr Sterne verdient hätte!

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Seeprominade in Salò. Es ist nur nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Seeblick, einem Balkon und einer eigenen Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und ließ keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir würden uns jederzeit erneut für dieses Hotel entscheiden! :)

Selbst nach längerem Nachdenken fällt uns nichts ein!

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Entspannung pur

Sehr nett empfangen worden. Das Personal sehr, tolles Frühstück, beim frühstücken hat man Blick auf den Gardasee es ist Traumhaft schön. Auch abends wenn die Sonne unter geht, spaziert an der Promenade entlang…….einfach romantisch.

Unglaublich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Beim frühstücken ein toller Blick über den Gardasee.

Delightful stay at a lovely and friendly hotel.

Calm, spacious and airy hotel with knowledgeable and friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. Excellent location right in the centre, by the lake and close to the jetty that the passenger ferries stop at before moving onto the various picturesque towns of Lake Garda. Plenty of options for breakfast served on the first floor in a large room with floor to ceiling windows looking onto the lake. Many thanks to the classy Filippo and Roberta, the lovely Laura, the young lady who served me at breakfast, the cleaners and the night porter. You all made my stay enjoyable, comfortable and welcoming.

Exceeded our expectations

We loved everything about our stay. Amazing location and super friendly staff! To be able to order extra items to the breakfast buffet felt luxurious and an extra plus was the rooftop terrace where we could enjoy the view of Saló and stargaze at night. It was convenient to use the parking garage. We look forward to come back!

With the lower price, I would not use other sites such as Airbnb or Agoda.

I have been staying in this hotel for the last decade. The owners are fantastic and I have noticed that they spent a lot of money for renovations and improving their hotel during the COVID19 lockdowns. The staff members serving breakfast were excellent always smiling and helpful. The check in time of the hotel was very flexible and the managers (owners) accommodated me as I had late arrival time to Linate airport and this flexibility for check-in and out time is much appreciated. I recommend to all tourists or business men/women to stay at Vigna hotel.

Great location, staff, clearness and breakfast

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly the location is ideal with an immersive view on the lake. Even with a new system (thanks to COVID) during the breakfasts and the dining room full of guests (all came at the same time as usually), the staff was so fast and attentive, that we hadn't had to wait at all!

Would be great to have small light in the toilet for the night to not to use the main lamp.

GREAT location, hotel staff, breakfast and view from room!

The staff were fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and spoke English so it was easy to communicate! The free breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect as well!

The only negative thing about this hotel is the mattress- NOT comfortable at all. However, our stay was so great overall, we would still come back!
