This apartment was perfect for the two of us to have a place to stay after a concert at the Palace Theater. Location was easy to get in/out of. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Worked out great for us
4.9
I was in Albany for a concert and the location was so convenient. There is a parking garage very close, but if available, overnight street parking was free. I just capture the parking zone and in the morning paid for it. What was another nice feature, is that parking zone covered a large area, so I was able to move from one spot to the next as it is not a meter. It was a perfect location and I'm so happy I stayed here.
4.9
Liked cleanliness, location, and communication. Did not like morning loud music from neighbors in building.
4.9
We came here for a concert and it was super convenient to the Palace Theater. Exactly what we needed!
4.9
Only negative was inability to watch local news and/or sports on tv.

My wife, dog, and I were in town for only one night, and are so happy that we spent it in Dillon’s place. The space was clean, modem, and comfortable. We could not recommend it more highly for an individual or couple looking for s place from which to explore Albany. There are very few units on each floor and we found the noise level to be very low. Parking was ample on the neighborhood and there was a city managed garage two blocks away. Communication was always quick and clear. We would definitely stay here again as we found it to be a great value.

We were staying in Albany for a convention and found this property had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. It was very clean and was within easy walking distance to restaurants and parking garage. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in town.
4.9
2nd time I stayed here - will always stay here when available and the price is competitive with the hotel price I can get. Ideal location if you work along State Street.
4.9
Easy to find. Comfortable. Free parking on street. Needs a few more cooking pans and utensils ( such as pan large enough to cook pasta and a colander.)

Wanted to stay downtown for the weekend, perfect place to experience the area!

The property was great and affordable. We were in town for a wedding about 2 blocks from the rental being able to walk wherever we wanted to go downtown was a perk. Also loved the cobblestone street!!
4.9
It was a perfect place for exactly what we needed. The description was incredibly accurate, very clean. Very spacious for two people and two little puppies. Nicer than a hotel suite, not the best of views, but just needed a place to crash at night.

Sweet Apartment!!
Found the whole process to be a great experience.
