Main Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A master upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Villa also has a full kitchen and large living room.

This place was amazing. I could not have asked for better layout in a vacation rental. We rented both buildings. Everybody had their own room and bathroom and that was amazing. The views from this place are spectacular. I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful villas! Great stay ... even with that Storm/Hurricane Ernesto hitting same day we arrived.
Loved its convenient location to Dolphin Grocery just down the hill & Cruz Bay restaurants/shops.
You'll definitely need a rental jeep to get to it, steep hills & bumpy ride ... but love how its tucked back away & very private.
Also note that there are alot of steps to get from your parked jeep to villas. Nothing too hateful but if you have bad knees, it'll be a workout. Steps are well lit, which was very helpful.
Outside dining patio was a big hit with our adult kids. We sat out there for breakfast & then at night for cocktails. Beautiful views of Cruz Bay.
Bedrooms were fantastic. Very comfy beds & nice bathrooms.
Kitchen(s) were well stocked with cooking utensils/pans/eatery.
Great internet & tv apps.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider staying there again on a future (5th) trip.

We loved watching 4th of July fireworks on Cruz Bay from our deck. We also enjoyed many breakfasts and dinner there. It was easy to make runs to town to pick up takeout, or groceries…and close to nearby beaches.
Our local contact was quick to respond and had helpful information.
I highly recommend Six Palms, St. John, USVI.

We had seven adults (61, 61, 33, 32, 30, 30, 28 yo) and one infant (15 mos). We rented both the main house and the cottage house which was perfect for us. All the couples and the one single adult had their own room with a king sized bed. The family with the infant used the two bedrooms with the jack/jill bathroom which basically gave the infant her own room. Here is a bullet list of comments:
1) Beds were super comfortable and all king sized
2) Bathrooms very nice with shampoo/cond
3) AC worked fabulously in all the rooms
4) Kitchen was well stocked including a propane grill
5) Pool was small (about the size of a large jacuzzi) but deep enough for adults to fully submerge
6) House is secluded down a narrow drive on the side of the steep hill
7) Two parking spots for rental cars but tight maneuvering to get in and out
8) Steep steps from driveway to buildings so be ready
9) Port-a-crib and high chair for the infant was great
10) Beach chairs available
11) Washer/dryer allowed us to pack accordingly
All-in-all, this was one of the best rentals we have encountered. The property had everything we wanted/needed. And, the views of Cruz Bay and St. Thomas were amazing! Patricia, our greeter, was fabulous! She met us on arrival and responded quickly to any questions we had. If you are looking for superb accommodations where everyone has their own space, this is the spot!

This house was perfect for my friends and family for our wedding . It provided privacy for everyone and had awesome sunsets and sunrises. The only complaint I heard was that the shared bathroom was extremely hot because of nothing on the windows but screens . The beds and bedding was extremly comfy !!

Our Family of 8 ranging from ages 80-22 really enjoyed the veranda for gathering together to play games, eat dinner and just enjoy the amazing views. The stairs were somewhat difficult for our older parents but the privacy of each suite was very nice. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, floats, and coolers. Communication of owner was excellent and timely. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Thank you for your hospitality.

This is a great home! Perfect for couples or families wanting to explore St. John or relax by the dipping pool. We had 4 couples and each had plenty of private space and all rooms have king size beds. We rented Jeeps and felt that was the best way to get around the island without having to wait for taxis. The owner was very helpful and we all enjoyed our time there. This home is a gem and we hope to return soon!

group of 10 stayed to celebrate a milestone birthday. separate houses on property with a shared living area gave everyone adequate privacy and ability to socialize over meals. Nothing beats the view with a relaxing morning coffee, and watching a spectacular sunset to wind down the day. Property offered a cab driver who was attentive and punctual to take all guests where they needed and wanted to go! Perfect 5 day/4 night get away!

Six Palms is perfectly located to enjoy all of St. John and feel miles away from it all. The drive up from the Dolphin Market takes you to the top. Walked it once, and that was enough. The morning and evening views are unforgettable. Cruz Bay in the evenings is easy as it gets… park with Slim Man, get a Painkiller to go from Woody’s, then head to dinner wherever. Logan go for great pizza and drinks, Hightide for dessert, or anywhere else that suits your fancy. Dennis your host and Patricia your manager are responsive and professional.

We spent 3 days with a group before heading to the BVIs for a cruise. The property was great for our group of 4 couples. We loved staying there.

We had a great time. The house was great. Very roomy and clean. That view!! A couple things that we would like to share. We did not rent a car so we used taxis. The driveway is fairly steep but it is concrete. The mud at the top of the drive caused an issue for us with taxis. We had several taxis that would not drive down the driveway if it was raining or the mud was fresh. Just remember to pack lightly in case you are pulling your suitcases up that driveway.

Dennis, the owner, top notch to deal with. Easy peasy.
Nice island vibe. Great location minutes from Cruz Bay. Place is clean. W/D. AC in all bedrooms. Little dipping pool. Lush vegetation. Great views.

Unbeatable view and great place!
There are 5 bedrooms which are perfect for us (9 people from 2 families). We love to have dinner on the deck while watching the sunset.

Amazing Weekend!
I chose this property for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! The views are incredible, the property is spacious, and the location is so close to town. The road driving up is a little bumpy but that was expected. We had both houses and it made for a great weekend. My only suggestion would be to take better photos for the listing - the current ones do not do it justice!!!

Exactly what we needed
Lovely accommodations, just as the pictures show. We only rented the main house. The pool was perfect for our 3 young children to play in while we relaxed nearby. Air conditioning in the living spaces worked well in the evening when the breezes weren't keeping the house as cool. 4+ Beach chairs, floats, towels, 2 hard coolers and a soft cooler were all available. washer and dryer worked great. Well stocked kitchen with blender, coffee maker (and filters). Gas range, microwave, dishwasher all worked well. Saw lot's of wildlife around the house. Step road up off the main road but very manageable. Communication with the manager(s) was fast and anything we needed was taken care of promptly! Would definitely recommend!

The place to stay in Cruz Bay!
A group of friends and I had the pleasure of staying here for a week while in town for a wedding. The estate is an absolute oasis, the location was excellent, and it was extremely spacious. All the accommodations you need are provided, even the small details like games, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs/towels, coolers, and more! Thank you to our generous host for having us, we would most certainly return. We are going to miss waking up to those views!

Great location and Caribbean house
The location was close to town. I really liked that most of the rooms were separate from the main kitchen and living room. I liked the open-air feeling of the kitchen/living room area and there was a good amount of room to sit. The only suggestion would be for some better curtains or blinds on the windows of the rooms.

Amazing place, gorgeous view
Loved everything about this place. Would recommend a jeep to get here, but if you're staying on St. John you really should get a jeep anyway. Watching the sunset from the outdoor eating area each night was wonderful.

Perfect villa for our family!
Oh where to start? We absolutely loved our time here. The villa has all you could desire with a beautiful view. The location is private and convenient. The owner and the property manager both went out of their way for us and truly made our experience a delight. We were treated with warmth and courtesy despite some hiccups on our end. We were sorry to leave and look forward to returning!

Listing is not accurate .
The listing is not accurate with the cost per night even if you are being charged by the guest, because of the main quarters only having three bedrooms and a shared bath between two of the rooms up under the kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom is off of the kitchen upstairs divided from the kitchen and other two rooms. This lower share bathroom between the two rooms does not have any curtains or screen in the bathroom window with bugs in and out of the rooms. Also while on-site the frog infested non-working pool was filthy that was the size of a hot tub. There is no television in the master bedroom just one in the whole main quarters located in the living room. There are taxis available on the island but all different prices and none of them are willing to take you directly to your house, you will have to walk after a long day of relaxing from the restaurant or beaches to find out you have a dark woods walk ahead of you. We will never book this location again with having to sleep in the living room with a non-working hot tub that’s call a pool that’s full of frogs and bugs....Worst birthday trip ever. The owner is not nice, they came with two bottles of champagne, like that was going to make it better. Champagne was left on the bar no thank you.

We stayed at the property early Feb 2021. There were 4 couples so we had both the house and the guest house. The bedrooms are well separated except for the two lower level bedrooms that share a bath in the main house. We only required 4 so it worked out fine. We arrived at night and without a greeter leading the way to the property, I don't believe that we would have located on our own. The pathways can be a challenge at times. The upstairs deck on the main house served as the main gathering area with a beautiful table to sit and take in the stunning views of Cruz Bay and beyond. Every bedroom has a comfortable king bed and air if needed so it was easy sleeping. The main house living/kitchen area has air also but we rarely needed as you just open the doors to large deck area and let the tropical breezes do the rest. Other than the Super Bowl, we never watched TV but it appeared to have a good selection of channels available. I heard no complaints on the WIFI availability. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the amount of cooking that we did. The Dolphin Market is located down the road. There were a couple grills available which we did use the main house grill and everything worked well. There is a small unheated pool that we did use a couple of times but most of our swimming/sunbathing was done on many of the 30+ beaches available on St John. We would head out about 7:30-8:00 in the AM, hit North Shore Deli in Mongoose Junction for breakfast sandwiches and coffee and head out North Shore Road. This gives you a good 1-2 hours at any beach pretty much to yourselves before they start to populate. We rented two vehicles and there was room to park both with a little maneuvering on the way in and out. Technically, you can walk to Cruz Bay town and we did walk down one day but everything is narrow and no actual walkways until you get into town. You can get a taxi ride at the ferry dock to the end of the long driveway for $5 per person. They will give you their card so you can call them and arrange pick up as needed. We usually parked at Customs lot or the road leading to or after 5:00 at National Park Service when we drove into town. All in all, this is a great place to stay. There were a few small issues that need attention like non-working vanity lights and some outlets did not work but we were able to work around. The property will be on our list the next time that we roll onto island! Thanks John for sharing your home!

Great time!
We had a great time at Six Palms. John was great and quick to respond when we had internet issues. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals throughout our stay. The view, however, was hands down the best part. We would sit and just stare out at the ocean every morning/night. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath villa with the pool. Great views, nice comfortable beds, accommodating hosts and a well equipped kitchen.
Nice and private, yet a short walk to town. The walk back uphill was a little longer but a cheap cab ride was always at hand. We'll be back.
