This location was great in that it had everything we needed to wind down after a long day exploring the Oregon Coast! The place was clean was accurately listed.
We’re saving the listing for a future trip!

A small but spacious two bedroom one bath home. The home is clean throughout. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and kitchenware to make yourself a meal, although we only cooked breakfast during our stay. The beds are firm but not hard, which is a preference each sleeper would need to determine if it is good or bad. We prefer a softer bed, but who doesnt sleep better in their own bed? The living room furniture is not very comfortable, but I've never sat on a futon that met the mark. The other two chairs were comfortable in comparison. The wifi worked great and roku on the tv was loaded up and ready.
Staying at this home was a good choice for us. It provided a place to pivot from as we explored the many opportunities on the coast. We had our 18 year old granddaughter with us along with our dog and really appreciated the home and its location.

Charming and comfortable reasonably priced home, we enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks while we waited for the home we purchased to close. The property was very quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Complimentary dishwasher and laundry soap we're greatly appreciated. The home is roomy with a well appointed kitchen. The deck and covered sitting area were great. Wi-fi was super fast. We really enjoyed walking down the road to a view of Netarts Bay. Perfect, quiet spot for a couple or small family. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This house was perfect for our stay at the coast. The location was great for our needs. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again the next time I am in the area.

This place was perfect for a quick trip to visit nearby family. Easy check-in. Two minutes from where our family lives and 5 minute walk to the beach. Would stay there again! Thank you for keeping in touch and checking on our stay!

This is the second time we stayed at Sweet Netarts. We love the clean, well supplied, quiet environment; the pathway walk down to stroll along Netarts Bay viewing its wildlife and fishing/clamming folks, and the remarkable friendliness of the locals. We would visit again happily!

The house was cute, clean and perfectly located for our crabbing adventures. Plan on watching their library of dvd’s or bringing your own the tv had trouble connecting to the internet. The house was pet friendly but had no trace of animals. Great large deck for all your needs but no view of the ocean from the property.

The house was just as pictured, very cute with all the necessities! We were very pleased to find plenty of dishes for our family of 5 and having the smart TV was a plus for the evenings. There was a "fishy" odor inside the front door that we could not find the source of, but it did not travel throughout the house. Netarts was our favorite area during our trip, great beaches close together. Thank you for a great first time ocean experience for our family!

Sweet Netarts cottage is cute and in a good locale, but there were a few issues with the home upon our arrival. The fridge still had food smears on the back wall and the floor in the kitchen and eating area floor could have been cleaner. I mention this since we are charged cleaning fees. Later on in the evening the refrigerator began making a grinding sound and there was smoke when we opened up the freezer. I called Vacasa and the agent told me they would create a ticket for the issue but that it was unlikely we would see anyone until the next day. About twenty minutes later, Tom, the local manager called and offered to come by and take a look. Tom was incredibly helpful, friendly and even offered to buy us ice and a cooler to store our groceries. Fortunately, he was able to figure out the issue and the fridge worked fine during the rest of the visit.
My only other recommendation would be for there to be more beach friendly items available for use. I've rented multiple homes at the coast via Air B&B, Meredith Lodging etc... and have always found the homes to be well stocked with beach chairs, wagons , beach toys, bikes etc...

I thought this property was a bit dumpy given the price but it was clean and did the job of getting us near the beautiful places to explore on the coast. The views from the house are not good, but if you walk down the street, there's a nice park with a bench. And it's a good jumping off point to explore the nearby state parks. Personally I don't love these corporate-managed properties - for example, they informed us they do not leave an extra roll of toilet paper so you're on your own after one roll which feels pretty stingy (again, given the price).

Very cute little house
This little cottage was adorable! My dog and I stayed here for a couple of days and it is just a short drive from the beach. The keypad did not work when we first got there but with ine phone call we were inside and the maintenance guy was on his way to fix it. Not only was he speedy he also gave me a tip about a bench that over looks the bay at the end of the gravel walkway where we sat and watched the sunset. Great little getaway!
