Amazing borgo, location, very nice terrace, good breakfast
We stayed for three nights in the same room, and on the second and third day we received almost no toiletries, and no toilet paper

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the historic centre. Room was very comfortable and well designed. The spa underneath the hotel and the rooftop terraces were breathtaking. Also amazing homemade limoncello! Chiara was so helpful and kind. Hope to come back one day!

What a wonderful beautiful hotel! It looks more like a designer hotel squished into this small building in the historical center. Staff are incredible (shout-out to lady who runs breakfast). The rooftop terraces are lovely and you can drink the home made limoncello watching the sun set. Rooms are quiet.

A beautifully restored period property in the heart of the centro storico, decorated with style and elegance. Gorgeous interiors, comfy bedrooms and a delightfully arranged roof terrace for quiet reading. The most charming and helpful host made use feel completely at home. To be thoroughly recommended!
Allowing ourselves only two nights there!

Dimora d'Epoca exceeded all our expectations! This is a true gem, hidden in the narrow alleys of the old town of Locorotondo, ideally located to enjoy the history and the local cuisine. Nando and Chiara provide a personalised service to guests that is unmatched even in top-rated luxury hotels.
This isn't just a B&B - it's a building that's been beautifully restored (over 4 years!) with a mind to keep its history, architecture and let you enjoy it in the comfort of latest luxuries you'd expect in top-rated hotels. Throughout our stay, Nando and Chiara were the most helpful and friendly hosts we could hope for - from sharing the story of how they restored and cared for the building, to recommending the best local restaurants to try the delicious cuisine (all of them top-quality). Everything about the place was amazing - the rooms were really nice, with arched ceilings that make you feel like you're sleeping in a castle, but really comfy beds and lots of attention to design and the finest details. You can also enjoy the lovely rooftop where you can just sit and chill after dinner watching the stars, or take in the view of the rooftops in town, as well as the whole valley around you. The location is perfect, on one of the nicest streets in the old town, where you can walk everywhere. For obvious reasons you can't park there, but there are many other parking locations available a 5-minute walk away.
We had breakfast there as well which was also exceptional - from local pasticios and other sweet delights to traditional local meats of the best quality. The town itself is also an amazing place - out of all places we visited in Puglia, probably the one that we were most pleasantly surprised by - less touristy than Alberobello and a lot more genuine and traditional than places like Otranto or Ostuni.
If you want to immerse yourself in the local culture, history and food - you won't find better than Dimora d'Epoca

Absolutely everything!
This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in Italy, and I’ve been coming here for 40 years. The location and value cannot be beat, and the accommodations are stylish and stunning! Every little detail, down to the lights and bathroom fixtures, robes, slippers, and furnishings throughout, are so beautifully thought out and chosen. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and impeccably clean. There are three different levels of rooftop terraces that have gorgeous views of the Duomo. And the subterranean grotto pool/jacuzzi was amazing. You can reach both by a private little inner elevator that goes to each floor.
And to top it all off, the food prepared by Rosanna each morning was the best breakfast I’ve probably ever eaten. Everything was fresh and amazing, with so many options. I could not recommend this place more. Nando and Rosanna were incredibly friendly and helpful and went way above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed or could have wanted. I want to tell all my friends to stay here and I hope to return soon!!
Nothing. We loved everything!

A truly amazing and lovely experience. Visual, sensual and taste-like. Undoubtedly worth the price. An omelette for breakfast and dinner at the place is highly recommended. And La Grotta experience... Great communication skills and tips from Chiara - highly recommended.

The hotel is a stunningly renovated house with so much love for the detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are three rooftops with a view over Locorotondo with free access for all guests. The location is great with many options for food and drinks around. There is a small spa area perfect for relaxation. The interior design is a solid 10. The personal is very friendly and a perfect host.

Spacious room in ancient building, probably 12-13th century, renovated with high standards, sober, elegant and very comfortable, wonderful bed and luxurious bathroom. Modern amenities with a feeling of authentic traditional housing, with impressive stone walls and cella like ceilings. All brightly painted in white. Breakfast was generous, diverse and served by very friendly staff. Nando, the owner, and Chiara, his daughter, are genuine people, generous with their guests.
