The loft was just as pictured, very spacious and open, in the heart of downtown. Location was very convenient to the LakePoint complex where we were attending a convention. The place was clean for the most part (could be a bit better with the dust bunnies ;)).
A couple realistic things to consider: there is definitely a very active train track nearby that passes several times even at night; there are steps to climb up to the apartment which was not a big deal but something to think about if you have older ones in the party; the place was stocked with "just enough" cutlery, cooking pans, toilet paper, towels. I can see this being quite frustrating if you were staying here longer. We only started for a long weekend so it was ok. I think the property could use a little more thoughtful details, ie. Luggage racks since it's sparsely furnished, more kitchen supplies, towels. Overall though, it served its purpose, was only 10 minutes from the complex, was very airy and spacious and comfortable. Thanks for the stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint Sports. The location provided a 10 minute commute to the park, ample room for our family, and a great area full of restaurants and things to do. We ventured to the Atlanta Zoo, and it was less than an hour trip. Overall great experience .

This place is VERY nice with all of the accommodations we needed. Clean, spacious, comfortable, recently renovated and very nice finishes and decor! Centrally located for the tournament we were in town for, just didn't realize it was a popular train line so close. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was easy on the street and the owner had great communication and was very responsive to any questions I had. Lots of shopping and food/drink/ice cream near by. Very cute/friendly little downtown area.

This was our second time to stay in this location. It is a spacious apartment with two nice-sized bathrooms for the two bedrooms. We really enjoy looking over the downtown of Cartersville.

Check in details were very clear. The apartment is in the perfect location to walk around downtown, and everything inside was great. There was a minor detail at check in, but the owner had a very fast response and it was taken care of quickly. There’s plenty of space to enjoy your stay and the kitchen was well stocked.

Lovely to be here and enjoyed all the amenities. Thank you for allowing guests to have easy TV access! Perfect spot too, close to Farmer's Market, coffee, and shopping. The moisture proof mattress covers are a bit sweaty but understandable. Thank you!!!

A nice 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures shown on the website. The apartment is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and parking is on the side street. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Love Cartersville downtown location. Yes you do hear the trains. It outweighs the positives. Close the Lakepoint for baseball. Would recommend more amenities such as more towels, kitchen supplies and basic paper goods.

Absolutely loved staying here for our time visiting family in Cartersville.
We will definitely return in the future if extra space is needed. The unit is super clean, easy to access, and safe, right in the historic district. Easy to walk to many local shops, boutiques and restaurants. We loved it!

Great place in an excellent location! My 14 year-old son and I stayed here and really liked it. He opted to sleep on the couch so he could watch TV at night - there are no TVs in the bedrooms. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are outstanding! They don't make any noise, and really cool the room off great. Some people commented on the street noise. You definitely notice it, but it isn't that bad. Train noise wasn't bad either. The only noise that was a little annoying were car radios blaring. It seems to be a popular spot for young people to drive around with their radios thumping. But again, it really wasn't bad. Pretty cozy place overall. The bedrooms didn't seem as cozy - just a bed and a dresser. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and we never had a problem getting a parking spot right outside the door. You do have to walk up 22 steps as soon as you enter the building, so some people may need to be aware of that. If I had any complaints at all, I would say the shower heads could be better. You can't adjust the settings, and the water comes out pretty slow. If you have long, thick hair, it can be annoying trying to get conditioner out. Wouldn't keep me from coming back though.

Very cool down town setting. Museums, art galleries and lots of pubs and shopping within a few block walk. The apartment was very nice. Loved the huge windows over looking the street. We will come back.

Street parking only.
Staircase is 22 steps. Hard on elderly.
Street level traffic noise was bad at night.
Would rent again due to the units close proximity to the Booth Art Academy.

Nice place overall
Nice property overall, recently renovated, with nice kitchen/baths. Area rugs on wood floors are starting to show some signs of staining/cleaning needed, particularly in family room. Comforters should be washed between guests, not sure if that was done.
Unit is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops in downtown Cartersville, but train whistle and road noise are sometimes pronounced, but that would be the case anywhere in that market area.
Enjoyed the stay overall and perfect proximity to Lakepoint for baseball or a trip to Atlanta for Braves game/Aquarium etc if desired.

Adorable loft right in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and theater. Would definitely stay again! FYI there are train tracks just down the street and the trains do run through the night. We just used our noise machine app on our phones to help reduce the noise.

Gorgeous loft in Great Location!!
This Loft is just beautiful!! I love the natural light and original floors! We enjoyed the spacious main living space and having separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Beds were comfortable!
The location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops alike which was a plus. Despite being downtown, noise was not a concern!
Oscar was super quick to communicate and accommodating with questions!
Definitely recommend!

Wonderful loft with big open space!
Such a beautiful open space loft with high ceilings located right in the heart of downtown! We had a fabulous time staying over Christmas. Place was amazing and the town all decorated was truly magical! Highly recommend!!!

Great space!
This was a great space. The loft is located in the downtown area and is within walking distance of several nice restaurants. It does get a little noisy because of downtown traffic, but it didn't disturb us that much. The loft is oversized so there' is plenty of room. I was surprised that there was no hairdryer and would suggest that the managers check into that. The manager could also give a little more info about wi-fi and TV instructions. It wasn't clear through the website or message board. All in all, we had a very nice stay.

Excellent apartment with Convenient Downtown Location
We needed a place to stay with our 2 teen boys and my mother while visiting family in Cartersville. The apartment decor was fantastic. The enormous windows in the main area were lovely and blocked quite a lot of sound out. The apartment was well-equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, great washer/dryer, super clean dishwasher and all the essentials for basic cooking and baking. They had even left some laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and trash bags which helped us during our stay.
The only things I would suggest as possible ways to improve for other guests might be to supply a broom/dustpan, a few more hangers and additional towels for the kitchen. However, we were there a full week and were able to use the vacuum and washer and dryer to maintain clean floors and towels.
Oscar was an ideal host and was very attentive to our questions and requests.
A few things to note:
Train noise is a factor for any place in downtown Cartersville. The windows did their best but it is still a sound that will be heard 24/7.
For my 74-year-old mother, the stairs were too much for her in getting her suitcases upstairs, however, we were a younger family and were able to assist her and manage without an elevator.
Friends and family came to visit the apartment and were super impressed with the design, location, and parking. We are sure they will want to rent this property in the future.
Overall, an excellent stay!

Work retreat
My co-workers and I gathered at the property for a team retreat. Such a huge space! We were able to easily spread out, plug in and knock out some work together. The internet was a bit in-and-out, but it was super fast when connected. The space is absolutely beautiful. We found that the best parking is parallel parking on the side of the building, but there’s also spots in the back. My local co-worker is already planning to bring her family back to the property!

Great property in a terrific location
My son and I were in town for baseball at Lakepoint Sports. This unit was like a home away from home. Very spacious and clean. Great kitchen with all the necessities, comfy couch and large TV. The beds were quite comfortable, the washer and dryer were great to have and the AC worked great. The area is great too. Lots of cute little shops and restaurants. We never ate at the same place over 5 days and all were great meals. And within walking distance! Cute farmers market on Saturday too. Would love to return when back in this area. Thank you!
