The location is ok and the room was clean.
The room is pretty small considering it is a 4 star hotel. The bed was smaller than usual and when my partner moved it felt like it was a water mattress.
The cleaning lady entered the room with us in it even though the Do not disturb sing was hanging on the door.
The water pressure was very poor. Specially in the bidet was non existent.
The walls of the room were stained and scratched which again, is quite surprising for a 4 star hotel.
The mini fridge wasn't working and when we let reception know they didn't replace it.
They charged us 10€ for late check-out. The window doesn't have blinds, just thin curtains so it was really light in the morning.
The AC didn't work properly either. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Not appreciated that bar/restaurant was not open when advertised open. Not possible to drop off luggage.

On our arrival the staff were very helpful. The location to the town is great.
On entering the hotel it looks like a four star hotel. Very nice looking and grand.
The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious
Our bathroom was tried and the toilet seat needed to be replaced. The soap dispenser was in the wrong place to use in the shower and bidet and you had to be the world's strongest man to operate them. There was only one glass for brushing your teeth and the toiletries were very cheap not what you expect from a four-star hotel. There was no mention of saving the planet on towels and room service. The bed was very comfortable but the sheet didn't fit the mattress and there wasn't a mattress cover. On checking out the member of staff seemed not to be bothered ,She was sitting with her headphones and leather jacket on at the desk. She defiantly was not the friendliest person. We had paid for secured parking at €12.00 a night which was nearby ( not the best place if raining). The doors were open all day and only locked when the staff walk around to close them at night. So wouldn't class it as secure. You can't stop outside the hotel to unload as it's a main road.
This hotel should only be a 2 star differently not a four star.

room was under the Resturant and at night the moving of chairs made too much noise.

the room was fine and comfortable
there was inadequate lighting in the bedroom. it felt very gloomy. the young man on reception was slow and kept sniffing the whole time which was rather unpleasant.

the location. that’s all
The bed mattress was not comfortable at all. I had a much more comfortable bed on the ferry going home. also there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. for a hotel of this class and price they would be the minimum. And for breakfast we read the options in plain sight at the reception desk and went to the restaurant and had toasted bread with jam a coffee and an orange juice. the bill on checking out was TWICE the price quoted at €19. Apparently the advert was for another place. why advertise it then. We complained but they did not budge. really disappointed. They knew we read the advert and price list. very poor. They should have made a concession on the price but didn’t. Will NOT be staying here again

Location great - a short walk to the town centre. Bars and shops close by. Nice roof terrace.
The evening food offering felt a bit of a burden at first as the chef needed to be phoned from the bar after we had ordered. But the service was friendly and welcoming after that.

location great
room dark with holes in bedding, moved to another room, kept awake due to toilet continuously running, air conditioning would only blow hot air and wouldn’t turn off so room unbearably hot. Buffet breakfast consisted of stone cold fried eggs cold chips and cold bacon.
