Great location- good stay foe few days

The location is absolutely fantastic. Nestled right in the heart of the city, it’s within walking distance to all the major attractions and good restaurants. The building itself is charming and well-maintained, blends beautifully with the surrounding architecture. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Our experience was soured by the attitude of the staff. Despite already paying a premium for parking, I was surprised when they requested an additional fee for extending my parking by just a few hours. This seemed unnecessary, especially given that there were free parking spaces. While the hotel’s location and building are top-notch, the staff’s approach to customer service and the cramped bathroom space could certainly use some improvement.

Très bel hébergement en plein centre ville. idéal pour visiter la région.

Hébergement très propre, pas loin du centre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Bâtiment magnifique (un ancien palais). Parking privé (à 10€ par jour tout de même).

Personnel pas très bavard. La chaise en plastique dans la chambre n'est pas très solide! Lorsque je me suis assis dessus elle s'est cassée et je suis tombée au sol et j'aurais pu me faire mal! J'en ai parlé à l'accueil, on a juste une excuse mais la chaise n'a jamais été remplacée...

Location perfetta, assistenza al cliente si può migliorare, aria condizionata portatile rumorosa.

La location è perfetta, la struttura molto bella e la stanza pulita. La colazione offerta dall'albergo era piuttosto semplice, tuttavia, devo dire che c'era tutto ciò che era necessario per un pasto mattutino decente.

Devo dire che nella stanza faceva un po' caldo, poi c'era il condizionatore portatile molto rumoroso che non raffredava così bene e perdeva acqua ( mi è successo la mattina che me ne sono andato ).

Stop-over in a charming location

Historical place. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast included choice of cheese, yogurt and fruits amongst others. Great dining at Piccarello Osteria down the street.

One of the rooms was very hot because the fan did not work properly. We found out too late to ask for a solution (reception is closed at night).

la climatisation ne fonctionne pas vraiment pas dans la chambre, vu que c’est une climatisation mobile, nous avons eu une petite inondation à côté du lit cause de rejet d’eau de la climatiseur mobile, puis la chambre n’était pas du tout climatisée quand nous avons arrivé sur place, donc nous avons eu très chaud pendant plusieurs heures….

Парковка есть во дворе но платная , на соседней улице можно запарковать машину на ночь бесплатно . Просила номер с 2 отдельными кроватями и дали с одной . Лифта нет

Soggiorno di lavoro a Novara

La posizione facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione e con a portata di mano diversi ristoranti, il cortile interno molto bello, la colazione abbondante e buona.

La stanza singola ha un letto veramente piccolo, mentre il bagno è più confortevole. Magari un letto leggermente più largo aumenterebbe il comfort.

Privo di ascensore, camere rumorosissime

Nella struttura NON è presente l'ascensore. Arrivata al check-in, con una valigia pesante, mi sono trovata in difficoltà e non c'è stato modo di ottenere aiuto. Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate. Per tutta la sera ho sentito la TV accesa in una delle altre stanze, a mezzanotte un ospite ha usato le macchinette distributrici svegliando tutto il piano. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che non sia esposta la tabella delle tariffe nelle stanze. La stanza è più che scarna, è più simile a uno studentato che a un "hotel", meno che mai 3 stelle. Non c'è il telefono per comunicare con la reception, e non c'è l'indicazione del numero di telefono sul materiale cartaceo nella stanza. La presenza di un condizionatore portatile fa pensare... In una stanza di poco più di 10mq mi chiedo come sia possibile tenerlo acceso. Il sensore delle luci del corridoio non si accende all'uscita dalle stanze ma solo all'entrata dalla scala, così se uno deve uscire si trova a percorrere il corridoio al buio. Nel bagno l'unica mensolina è posizionata in modo da essere pericolosa quando ci si siede sul wc o ci si lava il viso sul lavandino. Per andare nella sala colazione bisogna vestirsi e scendere (e poi risalire) due piani per arrivare al piano strada

Super beliggenhed i centrum af hyggelig by. Hotellet er et gammelt ombygget kloster og værelser bærer præg af simpel indretning, men praktisk. Vi var der i januar, så restauranten var lukket, men der ligger mange restauranter lige i nærheden. Morgenmad var god.

lo que mas me gustó fue la ubicación y el desayuno.

En la primera estancia me cobraron una noche que al final no estuve por motivos de trabajo y ni siquiera me dejaron cambiarla para la siguiente semana porque decían que no se podía al haber hecho la reserva por booking. Además también por motivos de trabajo, tenía que salir sobre las 12:00 y el check-out es antes de las 10:00 y si quieres salir un poco mas tarde las tarifas son absurdamente abusivas, llegando incluso a costarte mas que el precio de noche con desayuno. Además, si no eres italiano o no hablas italiano, el trato por parte de algunos de los empleados es cuanto menos mejorable.

Ottima sistemazione per conoscere Novara

Posizione fantastica, e soprattutto la possibilità del parcheggio interno, al costo di 10 euro/die. Pulizia della camera ottimale. Camera silenziosissima.

L'offerta della colazione modesta e di qualità medio/bassa. Inoltre nel nostro bagno non c'erano piani di appoggio sufficienti - solo una mensolina alta ed in posizione un pò pericolosa.

Hotel in pieno centro

Hotel in posizione centrale molto pulito. Staff gentile e disponibile. Bagno privato con doccia, bidet, wc e lavabo. Letto singolo con due cuscini e un copriletto molto leggero. Disponibile bollitore con bevande.

La camera era caldissima al mio arrivo (sopra i 20 gradi) e nonostante lo spegnimento immediato del riscaldamento non è stato facile dormire. In camera non era presente una coperta pesante che avrei potuto utilizzare in combinazione con la finestra socchiusa.

Posizione comoda, corte dell'edificio

Parcheggio a pagamento non comunicato ne in fase di prenotazione ne all'arrivo, ma solo su mia richiesta esplicita se fosse a pagamento, stanze asettiche e rumorose per il passaggio di persone e veicoli, per il locale colazione si deve obbligatoriamente transitare per la corte interna dove ci sono auto in manovra e pavimentazione molto sporca, Camera trovata con riscaldamento spento.. di sera a gennaio con 1°C all'esterno!!!! Prezzo non all'altezza delle aspettative e delle foto.

Medieval city hotel experience

The historic building is being converted into a comfortable hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good. The beds were really comfortable. The walk to the city is very convenient. The parking was also very good for an extra 10 EUR. The breakfast was really good choice and refreshing. Our room was also supplied with ear plugs which were needed.

Rooms close to the staircase were really noisy as the staircase doors are shutting really loudly. The main gate also noisy in the night as late comers arrive by car. The street side rooms, although the street is really beautiful, are really noisy because of the pebble pavement which the cars drive on. Fortunatley they provided ear plugs in the bathroom toilettry. The offer contained balconies to our rooms. It turned out on arrival that was dependent on availability and the hotel has only 1 room with balcony.

Cozy stay in the centre of Novara

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the city. The rooms are very clean and refurbished, the mattress very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. They offered us a bottle of water as well as tea and coffee inside the room. One big advantage is that the room was very warm.The breakfast was various and of good quality. Marco, the receptionist was more than polite and helpful!

Pulitissimo hotel in luogo magico.

L' hotel si trova all' interno di un bellissimo chiostro in centro a Novara. Le stanze sono essenziali, ma pulite, con bollitore ed acqua in omaggio. Bagno pulitissimo. Buona colazione in stanza piacevole. Personale molto gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Forse decorerei un pochino le pareti.
