L’emplacement
Plus comme une tour à condo , pas le sentiment d’être à l’hôtel , manque un lobby principal accueillant et non deux table noir dans une garde robe

The entire staff was extremely tentative and friendly. If you’ve seen Mr Deeds, it was like “very very sneaky sir” status. Every time you turned around someone was greeting you to open a door, push an elevator button, whatever you need. It’s not a bad thing, at all. The hotel was very clean and luxurious and the view from the room was great. Restaurant was amazing too. Food was amazing as was the view. I expected the prices to be astronomical but they were very reasonable. Less than $50 for steak which I was sure it would have been way more.
Or room was very spacious and beautiful. The large marble floor to ceiling in the bathroom was exceptional and the stand alone tub next to a large shower area was nice too. It was interesting how spaced the bathroom was from the main bedroom, which is nice so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping in a bathroom. Once you stay, you will know what I mean. The hall is lengthy. The electronic shades in the room are a nice touch too.
We originally started on floor 41 and after our first full night, we woke up to a child running back and forth non-stop starting at 6am. As a mother, I don’t try to mind children because that’s what they do but we left ours at home and I was looking forward to sleeping in. After a few hours of that, I called the front desk and asked if there was another room we can be moved to and they quickly accommodated us a few floors up! So I guess that’s not really something we didn’t like because I was rather pleased in the end. But I guess the hard floors would allow the people below to hear footsteps below are something I wouldn’t like all dependent on who is above.

Terrible experience, was mistreated by staff that discriminated me and prevented me from checking in.

Lounge area was I'll-conceived for comfort of guests. Music seemed incongruous with the potential intent of a high floor/ high end lounge effort.

I stayed at modern room at 47 floor. it has fantastic and dramatic view to the city. I really like it! The facilities like swimming pool and sauna you should book. that’s not comfortable. The restaurant at the 38 floor is really nice and delicious and the staff are really attentive.
as for me this is the best hotel in Mexico city.

View from 45th floor
At night while attempting to sleep, the slightest movement in bed would set-off the room motion detector to illuminate the entire room. Impossible to sleep. In the morning requested that the detector either be disconnected or we be moved to another room. Departed for the day. Upon return, was assured it was fixed. Second night proved that only half of the lights had been disconnected, another night without sleep. Finally on the third night, no lights. Dinner food was ok/marginal, bar food was very unimpressive for price. Spent +$2000 for 3 nights, left exhausted and hungry.
