9 Harefield Cottages is a lovely mid-terrace three-storey cottage resting in Lympstone, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a bunk room and a second-floor twin, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a bathroom, a first-floor cloakroom and a cloakroom with washing machine, along with a kitchen, dining room, and sitting room with a gas flame-effect fire. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden with seating overlooking the estuary. 9 Harefield Cottages makes a wonderful escape to Devon for a family of six.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric flame-effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair available. Enclosed patio garden with seating. Pets welcome. Charge for 2nd pet £25. Sorry no smoking. There is no parking at the property and narrow access to the property. There is a public car park on Underhill Road a short walk away. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. Note: Both staircases are steep with no handrail, please take care
