We had a great time staying here. It was perfect for our family. The location is close to the beach and other activities. The layout was great for our family. Our family includes three teens and everyone had plenty of space. Everything you need is included which is very convenient. You don’t need to worry about restocking the essentials or getting beach gear. We also loved the view. I enjoyed watched the sunsets from
the upper balcony. We also used some of the amenities. The pool was great and we often had it all to ourselves. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Visit
We spent a terrific week in Del Mar staying in this unit . Lisa, who is the property manager is wonderful . She is great to work with and we had a very nice stay the whole week .
Everything is as seen in the photos and the Unit was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We liked the large picnic style dining table since we would also play board games there at night too . We look forward to visiting San Diego again soon and staying here again .

Wonderful location
We loved the location of the property. Very nice townhouse. Good pools. Nice walk to the beach and Torrey Pines State Park. Easy access to Del Mar and La Jolla, as well as freeway access for greater San Diego area. Townhouse was well stocked and provisioned. Good communication from the property manager.

Amazing location
This was the perfect location for our family's spring break getaway. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. Lisa was very helpful. Most of all we we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach! There were all kinds of beach toys, chairs, a wagon, wet suits etc., in the condo, although it wasn't warm enough while we were there to use any of them; we enjoyed just taking long walks along the beach every day and watching the sun set from our balcony every evening. The condo is a short drive to Del Mar restaurants and shopping, movies, hiking trails and Torrey Pines golf course, and the Beyond Van Gogh exhibit at the fairgrounds. We would stay there again gladly.

Great location and condo
We had a great time staying in this condo in February. It is a short, easy walk to the beach and we were there nearly every day. The views of the sunsets from the living room and master bedroom could not be beat! We also enjoyed one of the hot tubs and the park in the complex. Everything was in good shape and very comfortable. We didn't do a lot of cooking (a coffee shop and several restaurants a short walk away, seemingly millions within a short drive), but the kitchen seemed well-stocked and even had a number of pantry items (not always the case in rentals). The neighbors were doing some remodeling in their condo and made some noise, but that is out of the control of the rental owner/manager, and hopefully will be completed before the next renter. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic family escape!
Our family of five just spent a week here and we would definitely stay here again on another trip!
The condo was spacious, incredibly clean, and updates throughout. We really appreciated how thoughtful the owners were in terms of stocking the unit - we had ample kitchen utensils, dishes, pots/pans, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Linens were all very nice. They also had beach toys, an umbrella, chairs, cart, and separate beach towels available for us to use. Along with a nice grill in the patio.
The property & grounds were beautiful, well maintained, and also very clean (Tennis courts had great surfacing. Both pools were heated, had bathroom facilities so you didn't have to run back to the condo, and comfortable patio furniture on pool decks). It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet at night (family friendly!) and you can actually see the stars (despite being 5 minutes off the interstate).
The property manager, Lisa, was easy to work with and very helpful.
Thank you to the owners for the opportunity to rent your property - it really is lovely and we had such a wonderful time!

Wonderful, modern, spacious condo steps from the beach!
We spent a week here with our two teenage daughters and loved everything about the condo. The location was perfect. I thought it would be a longer walk to the beach, but it was only five minutes. Close enough for an evening or sunrise stroll, but removed from the beach crowds.
Lisa, the property manager, was very helpful and accommodating and offered to help us with every aspect of our stay.
We loved the layout of the condo, as my husband and I had the upstairs master suite with a gorgeous view to the ocean, and the girls had two bedrooms on the ground floor. The middle floor has a comfortable living area, dining room, kitchen and mud room/office space. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed to cook and serve meals.
We also enjoyed all the beach accessories - like the backpack cooler, wet suits, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.
All in all, we loved the condo and can't wait to head back soon.
