Within walking distance to the main station. Quite neighborhood

Entrance is too dark at night. There was no light on the back street. Still very safe

It is a nice and quiet hotel. It has a restaurant (which was fully booked, so we couldn't try). Breakfast was good.

Not really a problem as we stayed only one night, but the rooms are very small and the bathrooms almost in the bedroom. Quite a bit to walk to the city centre.

Near to the OBB railway station. Bus stop for bus 23 is near by eventhough frequency is less.

No lifts. Breakfast has less varieties. One litre of water we ordered costed 6 euros which is damn costly

Great place to stay near to the city center

Modern and nicely refurbished rooms that offer everything you need incl free WiFi and a water kettle for (organic!) tea. Conveniently located in walking distance of the city center/ main station, vicinity to the rail tracks wasn’t noticeable in the rooms at all. Very friendly and accommodating staff!

Unfortunately, restaurant was closed during our stay.

All in all it was a convenient place to stay.

Location very good, close to the train station as I needed to get a train the next day to teach in another location. Breakfast good.

It was quite expensive.it would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price.

Superb

The staff were very warm and welcoming! And the hotel was extremely clean! The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety of food but had everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay!

Room looked new and recently renovated Comfortable bed

Small bathroom. The shower box had no door or curtains. The bathroom floor was constantly wet. Breakfast was not what we expected in a hotel restaurant. The restaurant was closed from Sun to Tue, but this was not informed in the details. We stayed for two nights and the bedroom was not cleaned while we were there.

Very nice family-run hotel.

Very nice hotel, located just 10 min walk from the central station. It was pleasant to stay in a family-run hotel with a personal touch. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Recommended.

A clean hotel close to the station, good for a 1 night stay.

Staff very friendly and offered to help with bags.

The double bed only had one pillow and a single duvet. Very cold in the room and no ability to turn on any heat. While it was 12 mins from the train station, the traintracks are right outside the room, not the best view although okay for a 1 night stay.

Awesome stay in Salzburg

hotel is at a very good and peaceful location away from city hustle. rooms though small were very clean and maintained view from room was again beautiful restaurant at hotel also looks good.

only minor points but rooms were small compared to what we have seen at other places like Vienna etc. breakfast options could be better

Would absolutely stay again, and I am recommending to friends.

This was such a warm, cute and tidy hotel. The area in which it was located was wonderful, only a short 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station, but still felt like you were in a quiet country home. The room was immaculately clean and had a lovely little coffee tray and modern bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was such a treat and the staff was very friendly. So glad I booked here, and wish my stay was longer, but I had a lovely night of rest.

The hotel's staffs have good behaviour and were polite, breakfast was acceptable. they clean the room every day which is really good. the door is opened by a card so do not need a key.

the price of drinks at the hotel was high. the shower was broken. wifi doesn't work well, every moment is disconnected which disturbed me. the bathroom does not have a good door and due to not a suitable door, water during shower flooded out of the bathroom to the room.
