We have garage space for two cars and an additional spot in front of the building. We are so close to everything, you can park your car and never have to move it again for your entire stay! Publix is across the causeway for groceries and if you decide you want to cook we have a fully-equipped kitchen for you. Our favorite thing about vacationing here is absolute access to everything we could want only steps away. The Clearwater Beach pool is nearby for the kiddos. And of course, you just can't beat the #1 beach in the US only 2 blocks away!

Our group had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay at this beautiful condo. Property was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs for our party of 9. The beds were very comfortable. No need for a car as everything; beach, restaurants, shopping and bars are all in walking distance. Very easy and hassle free check in and out process. Would definitely recommend this condo!! The only draw back was no pool as the listing indicates. Also, would suggest to owners to invest in a wagon for guests to use for beach days.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Kristin's property. Kristin was quick to respond to all my questions. The house was perfect for the size of our family - 9 people. We had plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of beach towels and we LOVED the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. We didn't have one single dislike and would definitely stay here again.

The property offered many amenities. Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds slept well. Short walk to the beach, in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Could walk or ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go! The home is showing some wear and tear but was very comfortable. Definitely would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed the location - so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. More than enough room for 6 adults and one of the best parts was morning coffee on the dock, watching for dolphins. Communication was stellar and we appreciated all of Kristen's help with check in/check out

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. There are ample supplies available for a day at the beach or a relaxing night around the fire pit. Each balcony has amazing views to watch the sunrise and watch the dolphins play in the bay. The Vrbo listing does list a pool/private pool as an amenity, but there is no pool on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a perfect vacation in Clearwater beach while staying at Kristin & Mike’s beautiful condo. The location of the condo cannot be beat in all of Clearwater beach. If you like to be in walking distance to all of the attractions, restaurants, and the beach, this is the place for you. We had a vehicle but barely used it due the walkability of the area. The beach chairs, towels, and bikes are a great touch. The condo is clean, well stocked, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to be back next year.

Location was amazing. Short 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes to the pier and heart of all the action in Clearwater. Many shops a restaurants in walking distance and you have to get the cinnamon rolls from the cafe ( but get there early because they sell out). Would highly recommend this condo.

This house is within walking distance of the beach and local shops and restaurants. They provide beach chairs, towels, and toys, bicycles, and a jogging stroller. The hosts thought of everything to make your beach getaway relaxing. The house was clean and well equipped. Views from each room are amazing. We got to see dolphins playing while on the dock. It was an amazing stay. Looking forward to returning!!

7 family members and our spouses stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday! Kristin has literally thought of everything you could ever need. Cooler, beach toys, chairs (Tommy Bahamas which are the BEST ones)! They even had a really nice running stroller, which, we did not need but still thought was amazing. The check in was easy and Kristin was on top of communicating and made sure we got in ok. Everyone had their own private spaces and everything was so clean. We had a beautiful time and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you Kristin!

Everything about this house was PERFECT! We had 7 adults and 1 kid and had so much space. Beautiful views from every single room in the house and equipped with anything you could need. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and stores. Kristin was so helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Very impressed with this condo, themed rooms were well done, updated, and clean. Kids loved the amenities and extras stored in garage. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this location!

This property was perfect for our group of 7 people ages 17+. It was exactly as described: clean, awesome location and had many extras that rentals typically do not have. As a family who flew to Florida it was nice to have extra beach towels, chairs, linens, and bathroom towels provided for use. We loved being on the water and spotting dolphins each day. The walk to the beach was extremely short and it was so close to restaurants and stores. Michael and Kristen were very easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying at this property. It will not disappoint!

Incredibly well equipped kitchen with dishes , pots and pans, utensils and even spices ; and beach supplies including chairs, towels , toys , skim boards . Perfect kitchen/dining/living room area to spend quality family time with our 7 adults and 1 2yr old. East to baby proof . They even had a pack and play which was fantastic because we forgot ours . And everything was within walking distance - beach , restaurants, shopping.

A comfortable property in a perfect location. Sunrise visible from the windows and shared dock outside. Sunset viewing on the white sandy beach 5 minutes walk away. Easy parking for 2 cars. Lots of equipment to borrow- comfy beach chairs, sun shades, a cooler, fishing rods etc We had a lovely relaxing time

I would have liked it cleaner and broken items like blinds fixed. Beds were not the best and bedding needs to be replaced as well as area rugs/bat mats. Location was good for restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It wasn't awful, but I would not stay here again.

We had a great time in Clearwater and part of that reason was the location of our VRBO. It was right on the harbor so we were able to view water, birds, and even a dolphin and just relax in a peaceful setting. It was two very short blocks from the beach. And it was in walking distance to everything that we needed(Walgreens, restaurants, Pier 60 and shopping). It was great having a bedroom for everyone and enough bathrooms, as well. They even had beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, and a garage that we could park in. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We are six retired guys from Wilmmington, DE who have made the trek to Clearwater Beach for six out of the last seven years for Spring Training Baseball. We have stayed at several very nice locations over the years and this place is tops. Michael and Kristin the owners made us feel very welcome. And I am happy to report that we had no issues while we were there but I am confident that had we any issues, Michael and Kristin would have promptly taken care of us.

This house was perfect for all 8 of us to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (except a vegetable peeler 😊). Close to restaurants, beach and shops. We went fishing one day (cooked what we caught!), did a Segway tour and had perfect beach days with beautiful sunsets! We enjoyed BBQ ‘ing one night and sitting outside. We all agreed it was a great house and loved our stay! Thank you!
