About this house rental

5 Bedroom 3 full bath home, located on a beautiful cove conveniently located between the famous Chimney Rock and Chucks. Features 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 6. Beautiful water views from every bedroom. A large open floor plan, great for family entertainment and dining, also all with water views. Downstairs you'll find a "Game Room" equipped with a pool table, air hockey, dart board, and foosball. A gathering area with a large TV, foldout couch and twin rollout bed if needed, that at night time can be divided by a built in privacy curtain. We also have toddler beds and playpens available on request. Outside games include Corn Hole, Can Jam, and Giant Jenga. Dock is equipped with life jackets, a lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, and a variety of floats and other water toys. Two large outdoor decks span the entire length of the home. Decks include a Gas Grill, outdoor dining table, outdoor couch, fire pit and outdoor TV for your entertainment and relaxation.
Feel free to bring your own boat to dock at the house or Inquire direct with owner for optional pontoon boat rental mid May.

We booked far in advance and communication with homeowner was excellent about house and boat rental. We had 15 family members staying at the house from 5 - 78 and everyone had a great time. There are numerous amenities for inside and outside. Home is on quiet part of lake so children were able to swim with no worries. Would recommend for any family!

Great property where we could visit in the house, on the dock, paddle boarding or kayaking, also had a nearby landing so we could bring boat around. Very nice house and owner communication. Smart TVs in 7 different places. Perfect week!

We had a ladies retreat from our church stay at this property. It was well stock with necessities that might not be thought of to bring on a trip. It was very beautiful and relaxing.

The location on the lake was perfect!! The house is tucked away from lake traffic, so we were all able to use the kayaks and paddleboards with ease. Having the pontoon boat already there was such a convenience! The house was clean, with so much to do inside and outside. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We had a group with ages 8-70 and EVERYONE had an amazing time! Our family will definitely be back!!!

We had a great experience here. There were a lot of extra amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, coffee and tea, not just a grill but a meat smoker as well not to mention the kayaks and paddle boards for entertainment. My only issue was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and the sheets that were stored with it did not appear clean. Everything else was amazing!

Wonderful house! The bedrooms were all spacious and nice, the living room provided a great area to cook and hang out. The lake house is in a nice quiet cove area on the water in one of the better areas on the entire lake.

What an amazing weekend stay at No Agenda! From the moment we opened the door i was blown away! Pictures do not do this lake home justice , it is absolutely beautiful! We were there a total of 4 nights, for our daughters wedding, along with 9 other family members and there was plenty of beds and space for everyone! The home was spotless and everything you could ever need was there. The owner, Kimberly, was so easy to talk to and i feel like i made a special friend, just through our brief communications. We will definitely be staying at No Agenda again!

This visit was our second winter trip to 'No Agenda Lake Martin.' We love the space, five bedrooms, three full baths, the multiple amenities, including family entertainment, the quiet cove neighborhood, and the quaint feel of a hideaway.

The house was great! The amenities were great too! Kim was very easy to work with & check in & check out was a breeze. We had a great stay, everyone was pleased & I highly recommend. Lots of games for all ages & kitchen well stocked. Awesome balcony too!

Our large group of extended family stayed here for our Thanksgiving together. It was perfection! Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, and an abundance of games and entertainment. The owner was super easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We will most definitely stay here again.

You will not be disappointed when you book this lovely home! It's on a delightful cove, is spotless clean, has a well outfitted kitchen (actually, EVERY area has effectively everything you need -- from the towels in the bathrooms, to the extensive collection of games & lake supplies, to the double washer & dryer), not to mention the fabulous hostess! If you & your crew are headed to Lake Martin, then you'll want to stay HERE!

This house is just as clean as it is in the photos I was in shock. The property owners are so sweet and answer very fast to any questions. There’s so much room in this house the beds are all super comfortable even the buck beds and overall I was impressed with this stay was not expecting to like it so much! This house just has anything and everything you would ever need would definitely recommend to other people!!

Wonderful stay for 3 generations. Beautiful home, location & lake. We had a lot of fun. There are games & activities galore. Kayak & paddle boards provided. Outdoor games of all sorts. Furnished porches with seating for large groups. Indoor games, pool, ping pong & air hockey. A wonderful trip. ❤️❤️❤️

Surprised my wife for her 50th birthday with the kids and grandkids at 1 of her favorite places, lake martin. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone not to be on top of each other. Everything was furnished nicely, and you could definitely tell the owners take pride in this rental. We brought our boat and everything was simple getting in and out of the water. My family hopes to be back at no agenda soon.

We had a fantastic time at the house. The property was clean and we had PLENTY of room. We have stayed and plenty of rentals and this is not one of those houses where it’s only stocked for the short duration of your stay. It had everything we needed down to ziploc storage bags and aluminum foil. This was literally like staying with friends. We brought our own coffee maker (because we’re snobs) so that’s the only thing I can’t comment on. We went for a kayak ride, fished a little. One complaint - i saw some huge bass at the dock but couldn’t catch them. They need to work on that! ;) Steep driveway but several family members were coming and going and no one had an issue - the posted reflectors worked great.

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. The property is very well stocked, more so than any property I've rented in the past. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this one was very likely the best overall - the layout is perfect, the house is spotless and fully stocked, the check in and check out process is easy, and the house has more games and fun things for adults and kids alike than we knew what to do with. It was the perfect spot for our annual MDW getaway with friends and our families. Kim and her husband were super helpful and extraordinarily responsive.

This home has everything to make a vacation relaxing and fun. They have thought of everything! Every inch of the home is designed for comfort and it is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The property is gorgeous. This home would definitely accommodate a large family for sleeping, eating, and gathering. Although we never saw the hosts, communication was outstanding and we felt pampered for every second of our stay. Would definitely return! Perfect place to make many happy memories!

Awesome experience. Very responsive when asked any questions. Stayed with the family for a wedding in Eclectic. Address sent about a week out and instructions to get in within a few days of checking in. Game room downstairs and that’s where the kids spent their time. Adults upstairs enjoying beverages. We are already making plans to return during the summer.

A group of 4 families visit Lake Martin every year for Labor Day. This property was fabulous for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids (ages 11-7). The house is spacious and very entertaining, as well as the location! We enjoyed Chucks Pizza, Chimney Rock, Goat Island, Peanut Point and The Landing. We smoked a Boston Butt in the smoker, cooked steaks and hamburgers on the grill and enjoyed the scenery while sitting on the porch. The children enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards that are included with the house as well as skiing, tubing and knee boarding! 5 star rating!

This house was absolutely perfect and plenty of room for the 7 couples to stay on our couples weekend to the lake. The host was so responsive and so easy to work with. We plan on booking again next summer if not sooner! Nice quiet location with so many fun games and activities provided by the host. Can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing time at this lovely, updated home! The decor is so fresh and welcoming that you fall in love the minute you step through the door. Beds were extremely comfortable with soft linens and the updated baths featured an abundance of fluffy towels. Generously sized beach towels are also provided. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The beautiful property features lovely trees and a view of the cove from the shady rear decks. There is plenty of seating for lounging, enjoying your morning coffee or sharing a meal out back. We enjoyed boating on Lake Martin in the pontoon boat the owners rented to us for our stay. It’s brand new and made for very comfortable cruising with our group of eight. There is plenty of room to spread out and the home has it all - board games, foosball, pool, air hockey, flat screen TV’s, paddle boards, kayaks and a Lilly Pad! And there are many wonderful, thoughtful touches throughout. The owners were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to provide helpful information for our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely no agenda...we just enjoyed each other. The house provided everything we needed and then some! The porch is where we pretty much lived the whole time. The correspondence with owners was top notch. From the moment we opened the front door, we knew we'd chosen the perfect place for our family. Will definitely be coming back!!!
