Avis mitigé

La chambre était jolie et spacieuse et la piscine agréable.

Nous avons eu un accueil à l'arrivée mitigé, on avait clairement l'air d'embêter la personne charger de nous accueillir, ça m'a mit très mal à l'aise. Le petit déjeuner était ridicule et mauvais, des fruits étaient servis mais pas mûr. La deuxième nuit on sest rendu compte que la clim de la chambre ne faisait pas d'air frais, on a essayé plusieurs moyens de la faire fonctionner (j'ai grandis dans les îles, je sais comment ça fonctionne). Rien à faire, j'ai donc dormi, par terre dans le salon. On partait le lendemain, la personne du départ était beaucoup plus accueillante mais quand on lui a expliqué les problèmes qu'on avait eu, elle a absolument voulu qu'on remonte dans la chambre (alors qu'on faisait le Checkout) pour nous prouver que ça fonctionne. Nous devions partir et elle nous a mit en retard pour rien car nous partions, ce n'était plus notre problème. Hotel en GRAND travaux. Pas de restaurant Je dirais simplement que l'hôtel est correct, mais ne justifie absolument pas son prix, nous aurions dû aller à l'hôtel Balos Beach. Si vous ne parlez pas un anglais parfait (ou grec bien sur), sachez également qu'ils ne feront aucun effort pour vous comprendre.

Perfekter Aufenthalt ohne Abstriche

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Personal herzlichst empfangen. Das Hotel ist bestimmt mit unter das schönste und modernste in der nähere. Umgebung. Perfekt ausgestattete Zimmer mit sehr gut funktionierender und leiser Klimaanlage, voll ausgestatteter Küche inkl Küchenutensilien wie zb Nespresso Maschine, Toaster, Pfannen, Töpfe etc. Frühstücksbuffet zwar klein aber mit sehr guter und reichhaltiger Auswahl - besser als in vielen weitaus größeren Hotels. Wunderschöne Poolanlage und wirklich aufmerksames und sehr nettes Personal. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden - neben der Einbahnstraße oder am Hotel eigenen Parkplatz.

Bad reception but good accommodation

Everything is new and with modern decor. Good breakfast and good space to relax!

1. The check-in was very bad for a 9+ rating hotel, the receptionist didn’t tell us the breakfast hours and the list of options nor the Wi-Fi password. She looked at us in a very mean way and said hardly a word. She just took us to the suite and nothing else. We feel really bad with this reception. The other staff in the morning was great! 2. I think there should be a shower door so the bathroom doesn't get wet 3. Breakfast should include fruit

the best suites hotel i have ever been

Exceeded our expectations, I would like to highlight the nice staff. We ask for breakfast, it was plentiful. The water in the pool is pleasant, also ideal for small children. If we go to Kissamos, I will book here again. :)

Beautiful, modern, clean apartment located in quiet,green area (Spring).We had spectacular views from our balcony towards mountains and olive gardens.

Bathroom with a shower on the upper floor very small and not functional at all.If one takes a shower everything gets flooded by water, bedroom might as well.

Great place to stay for visiting Elafonissi and Balos Beach

Very high standard of apartment, great pool, friendly and helpful staff. Daily room cleaning and very clean pool and public areas. Laundry was offered for free. Unbeatable rate (in late May). Small center of Kissamos a few walking minutes away. Silent at night.

No washing machine in apartment. Kitchen equipment a bit too sparse.

Overall, enjoyed our 2 nights stay.

New and clean, 5 mins drive to beaches, and friendly staff.

We didn’t get the split level apartment we booked due to plumbing problems as explained by the manager. however, she made up with free late check out at 6pm. Reception closed quite early.

Very nice place in a quiet area of Kissamos withing wlaking distance of restaurants and town center.

Found this new hotel in Kissamos. Slightly remote from the town center, it offers great facilities. A private car park, a lovely swimming pool with a bar that serves hot and cold drinks. Everything is very new and well built, decorated and equiped. The rooms has cooking facilities if you wish to cook/reheat food. The staff were very helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant.

It is a new hotel, very friendly staff and the room was clean. Comfortable bed and the heating system works!

No coffee, salt or tea in the kitchen. The washing maschine was helpfull and the pool looks tempting as well!

Amazing new hotel
