We loved the Retreat at Thumb Butte. It felt like home. the place was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed. Sharon was wonderful and kept us updated on anything we might need. We'll definitely be back. This is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed at.

This is a fantastic house, in a very nice neighborhood. Very spacious. Beautiful views. Very well maintained. You have everything you need (they really thought of everything). Sharon, the property manager is very responsive, and on-top of everything. The checkin/checkout process is simple as can be. If there was one minor complaint it would be that the main deck furniture is not very comfortable. It’s wicker. I would recommend the host replace it with something nicer. But really that’s just a very minor flaw. Everything else was amazing. I highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect, just as advertised. Great views and great location, minutes from town square. The house was clean and had everything you need. Sharon (host) was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. We'll be coming back. you need.

This beautiful home provided everything we needed for our five-day getaway to escape the heat. The home is nestled into a gorgeous and safe neighborhood with a park just around the corner from the house. The master bedroom and expansive bathroom were very comfortable. My friend stayed downstairs in the "apartment and enjoyed the walk out patio. Everything you could want is very close by including the Prescott courthouse, restaurants and cute boutiques. We went paddleboarding at Watson Lake and hiked the scenic trail around Lynx Lake followed by a nice paddle boat ride afterwards. I appreciated all streaming services that were available on the TV. One of the things that stands out most is the ease and timeliness when communicating with Sharon. From start to finish she was very accommodating and kind. I look forward to another stay at the Retreat at Thumb Butte.

Easy check in great communication. SO much space! perfect open layout for gathering. Loved the sunroom and balconies. Easy bike ride to a trail head. A quick drive downtown for restaurants. Could have stayed in and cooked but... Beds were very comfortable. We didn't make it to the waking distance tennis court; maybe next time :)

The family really enjoyed being able to spread out, (especially the teens). The home was beautiful, and the location was perfect! Close enough to the stores, when needed and the Row when wanted :-) The Host was so accommodating, I can't thank her enough! Such a perfect getaway. Seeing the deer lay down from the kitchen window on our last morning was a perfect goodbye. We look forward to our next stay!

Everything about this home was easy. Starting with very responsive interactions on accessibility for my older mom to the location, instructions, and layout. Perfect AZ room for a family dinner with a lovely view. Thanks for a relaxed and easy vacation stay!

This was such a beautiful home nestled in the middle of a mountain. We absolutely loved the indoor dining room that was so beautifully decorated and allowed us to sit as a family and look out over the mountains with all the twinkle lights! So comfortable to relax in the living room and the bedrooms were beautiful. I loved the eclectic decorations!. Sharon was fantastic to work with!

Great place with lots of room and beautiful views! The house has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Since we couldn’t really bring our bag chairs with us on the airplane, the camp chairs proved especially useful to watch our son’s baseball games at ERAU

We just loved everything about this vacation rental. All we needed to enjoy our stay. Immaculate and comfortable. The property manager responded with helpful suggestions for the area and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our visit to Prescott.

The property and home were great. The only thing that troubled me was it was not disclosed that we were in an HOA area. Also the jacuzzi tub did not work and from the stickers on the tub tells me it hasn’t worked for some time. That also was not disclosed before booking. Aside from that the stay was great. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

the house did not disappoint. the pictures on the site accurately reflect how the house looked. it was nicely decorated and we were provided extra touches such as a welcome bottle of wine and snacks that made our stay super easy. the labeled light switches and guide book for the home were extremely helpful. the property manager checked in us via text to ensure we were comfortable or had any questions. It was just a wonderful place to stay.

We were so happy with our rental. The house has a nice floor plan, was very well stocked, very clean, in a good location and perfect for the 4 of us. It can easily accommodate another couple as well. Sharon, the property manager was terrific. She responded very quickly to any questions we had, or if we needed something. She was very pleasant and so easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to rent it again in the future!

We loved our stay in this home. The house was immaculate with a beautiful view. There were many things that we didn't have to purchase because they were provided, it was nice not to spend a lot of money on the "extras" for the week. The property manager was very helpful and checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. Our family we be back to The Retreat at Thumb Butte!

Great place, great space, very well appointed! We like to cook and the host/manager even dropped off a couple of items that I asked if they had, they were there upon our arrival which was so kind and not at all expected. The mattresses were comfortable, and the AC was a life saver, it was warm when we were there. Everyone enjoyed their time and we will be back! Very easy to communicate with Manager and very professional and responsive which was highly appreciated! Thank you!

We absolutely enjoyed our time in Prescott! Great location, great views, and there was nothing we needed to go and buy (other than our food!) The property is very well taken care of, things were labeled, and we appreciated the beautiful personal touches of sparkling cider, wine, chocolates, and a personal note. Sharon is super responsive and made our stay wonderful. Easy access to lakes and hikes and the stores as well!

We stayed in this house for four months while our house in Prescott was being built. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The location is great, convenient to everything. And the views are beautiful! We enjoyed the regular visits by a herd of mule deer which would regularly gather right outside the kitchen windows. Most importantly, the property manager Sharon is an absolute gem!!! She was always available for any and every need, question or concern that we may have had—besides being one of the nicest people you could ever get to know. Thanks for everything!

House nicely located to everything. House very cluttered with decorations. No great spot to take dogs potty. Carpets were filthy. Manager bought new vacuum and I got 2 canisters full of dirt upstairs alone.

Property was great. This might be the best VRBO we've stayed at over the years. So clean, decorated nicely for xmas. Kitchen had everything you wanted/needed. Grill worked perfectly. Downstairs was great for kids. 2 bedrooms, full bath and a rec room with TV for all the playing. It got a lil cold but they were space heaters to use. All TVs worked great with HULU. 2 car clean garage to park. A room, not sure what you call it...Arizona or Arkansas room (depending on your location) that has a table and couch. Good views...we even saw some deer from the kitchen. Book it!

We had a fabulous stay in Prescott for the Christmas holiday. Sharon decorated the house and made the house feel so festive! The house is in a great neighborhood and had wonderful views of the area. We enjoyed the great room, the comfy beds and all the little touches to make the house special. Sharon was easy to communicate with and helped us to find a local bakery for a birthday cake. We would definitely stay here again.

We had friends visiting for the weekend. House was perfect, they even decorated for Christmas. Nice touches throughout and only about a half mile from our house. Our friends commented that they wish they could have stayed longer, they will be back!

Our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend could not have been better. The house was spacious, well laid out and had wonderful views. We ate our holiday meal in the "al fresco" dining room and we were amazed at how warm it was after such a cold night! What a lovely spot to relax over good food. We then came inside to enjoy the fireplace and play games and watch a bit of the World Cup. We had everything we needed and Sharon was fantastic! She kept us well informed before our arrival and was so easy to communicate with any time we had a question. She is, hands down, the best host we have ever had through VRBO. We can't wait to stay here again!
