About this house rental

Lazy Lea 3 is a great place for your next vacation! Great home located on second row with a short walk to two separate public beach accesses. One public access is handicap accessible. Our home is also a short five minute walk to the playground, Museum of Coastal Carolina, restaurants and shops.

Guests can enjoy views of the ocean from the back decks or views of the canal on one of two decks on the front of the home. Enough deck space to relax and soak up the sun!

As you enter our home, family room features large TV with Roku and basic cable. Enough space for guests to relax and a queen sleeper sofa is available.

Kitchen features plenty of dining space. Table with six chairs. The kitchen also has six barstools for dining. Stove and refrigerator were replaced in 2021. Kitchen has pots, pans, cooking utensils and some spices available so you can stay in and enjoy a nice meal together! Individual coffee maker available.

Full size washer and dryer located off of kitchen in hallway. Washer and dryer were replaced in 2021. There is also an ironing board and iron available.

Two bedrooms are located on the lower level that share a full bathroom. However, each bedroom has its own water closet. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed and access to a private deck. The second bedroom has a bunk bead- single on top and full size on bottom. Access to a private deck. Both bedrooms have a smart Roku TV. One air mattress is located in the closet.

Upstairs features three bedrooms. Bedroom with king size bed, TV with Roku and private bathroom. Bedroom with king size bed, TV with Roku and private bathroom. Bedroom with bunk beds (two twin mattresses) and trundle bed (two twin mattresses). Bedroom has Roku TV. All upstairs bedrooms have access to
private decks.

Home can accommodate 12 guests.

Storage is available underneath home. Gas grill is available.
Beach chairs, sand toys and bikes are available to use. We are a short walk to the beach but recommend renting a golf cart. There is golf cart parking at the public beach access.

We enjoyed our stay at Lazy Lea 3. Accomodated our large family comfortably. Beds were comfy and beach access was within an easy walking distance. Host answered questions in a timely manner and made us feel welcomed.

Our stay was incredible and our hodt did everything to make it as easy as possible to give my mom one of her last wishes before her cancer takes a way her ability tp have these moments with her children and grandchildren. I am forever grateful for the time we had.

Great locations! It’s a super quick walk to the beach. There are lots of things to do in walking distance: splash pad, aquarium, pier, restaurants, etc. This property is a great option for big groups as they have lots of rooms and bathrooms

Great location to walk to the main area. Short and easy walk to two beach accesses. House is in middle of both. We rented a golf cart which was a highlight in the evening. Comfortable and clean.

We stayed here for our 3rd annual Grandma Trip! We three grandmas take our 5 grandsons to the beach, ranging in age from 2 to 7 years old! The moms came on this trip too. We had an amazing time! We walked to the local restaurants and we played putt putt; we went to the park and splash pad, and the concert in the park on Friday evening. The house was amazing! It was walking distance to all the fun things - even with the 5 littles! The house was clean and there was room for us all. We had a grand time at the Lazy Lea 3!

Nice, clean home that was within walking distance to food, shops and fun. Open floor layout was perfect for our large crowd. Foam mattress covers made for comfortable sleep. Kitchen was stocked with useful amenities.

The house was VERY spacious -- huge. It was very clean. We were there at Thanksgiving and had to do a bit of cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a good variety of spices available. Everything was very clean. The house is about a five minute leisurely walk to the beach and about a five minute walk to the nearest restaurant. It's in a very convenient spot, right as you enter Ocean Isle Beach. The owners were easy to contact and we had no problem getting in. We were even able to get in a bit early. And we certainly didn't mind the several pictures of the owners on the wall! We would stay there again.

We loved every bit of this property! The only thing we didn’t like was pictures of another family on the wall. It was the principle of it for us. I paid for it to be our house for the weekend so the pictures of other people on the wall was a bit odd. However that was VERY MINOR because we respectfully put them down and made sure to put them back up before we left:) All of the added (helpful) things that they provided were extremely necessary. I brought seasonings that they actually had their already. I was shocked. Pancake mix, grits, oil etc. So many things we didn’t expect. The house is literally across the street from the beach so that was a super plus, along with nice restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. There was also a really cute park and water area at the end of the street for the kids. My toddler loved it!! The house is gorgeous. Just as gorgeous as their beautiful family! I can’t wait to go back lol

I hosted a girls trip for all the women in my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had more than enough space for all of us (9 adults 2 children).The beach was about a 3-4 minute walk, and each bedroom had its own balcony. I don’t know where they purchased the mattress tops from, but I almost took one home because the bed felt like I was on a cloud. All around a 5 star for me!

Everything was as describer. The host was very responsive. The beach house was very nice and a just a few minutes walk to the beach. We would prefer to be on the beach, but this was a great alternative. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful home!

This was one of our favorite homes we have stayed at so far. The kitchen came equipped with everything we could have needed to cook meals at the house. We loved the balconies on each room. The storage closet. downstairs had so many useful items for the beach, and loved having bikes to ride around. The location was perfect. We had plenty of space for our family of 10! We will definitely stay here again!

Here are the highlights from our stay: - seating for 12 at meal times - walk/bike to beach, putt putt, restaurants, pier - view of marina across the street since you can’t really see the ocean - nice bedroom layout for multiple families - storage downstairs with extra beach stuff, bikes, and 2nd fridge was great - porch hammock :)

We booked this property for a girls weekend, and it was perfect for our group! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and the house came with lots of extras like beach equipment, board games, and all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook meals. The house was less than a 5 minute walk from 2 beach accesses and close to the pier and community center where there is a volleyball net. I would book here again!

This house was located across the street from the beach. I could see it from the balcony of my bedroom. We were in walking distance to everything. I loved this house and enjoyed my stay. Everything was so easy and convenient like home away from home. Our whole group loved it!

"Lazy Lea" was perfect for our needs. We used their linen delivery service, which was convenient. The walk to the beach was VERY easy and short, less than 5 minutes. We also walked "downtown" and went to dinner, ice cream and the playground. Perfect spot for families. Thank you for an excellent visit!

Nice large house in quiet location. Nearby beach access, easy walk to mini-golf, ice cream, and Italian ices. Kristin was a very responsive host. There were several issues with the property when we arrived (including a power outage and a fried upstairs a/c unit), but she worked hard to make things right for us.

Great location walking distance to splash pad, play ground, drift coffee, two streets over and two streets up to beach access. Home was clean, lots of space, and a perfect fit for my family and inlaws. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home. Clean. I recommend renting a golf cart. The walk to the beach is not bad, but it can be if you have lots to carry. We would load up the back of our truck to go unload everything. We really appreciated the storage room. Extra refrigerator was great. Thanks for letting us use your bikes. OI is a great place for riding bikes.
