The Location was good and the instructions on parking and where to pick keys up
In an unlit outhouse with not very good grounding as quite muddy - also Property was very cold when we arrived and it took hours to get it warm unfortunately.

Great house, well-equipped (we didn't even turn on the TV), comfortable rooms, but the mattress was too soft for us - but it's impossible to please every customer, the bathroom was clean and fully equipped. The surroundings are great, an incredibly quiet town - just what we needed, close to the waterfront with plenty of walking paths. We highly recommend it!
the initial message from the owners was too long and I didn't read it, which resulted in not picking up the keys and waiting for the owners for quite a long time, who probably didn't arrive, just left the key in a secret place .... going on vacation I didn't expect a long manual home .... but after this little mishap everything was great :)

Nearby British legion. Recommend for both breakfast and evening meals. Spar shop nearby is well stocked and open until 10pm.

Lovely location ideal for exploring Blakeney
Like a number of previous guests we didn't get to stay in the cottage we'd booked as apparently it was double booked. We were assured it was the same standard as our original booking, it wasn't. The cottage we were given (Pebble Cottage) had a smaller kitchen and living area with not enough casual seating and is a bit tired although on a positive note it accessed out on to a shared garden area.

Good location
Good Wi fi
We booked Fisherman’s cottage but were changed last minute to Pebble cottage so any criticism is for this property and not Fisherman’s. We are not a group who go out much in evening and self cater. Kitchen in Pebble cottage was very small, many of the kitchen utensils required a good wash before use though it was well stocked. I chose original cottage as it had 2 sofas in living room that looked ok from photos. Pebble cottage had 1 sofa and 2 very uncomfortable chairs.
Bed in 2nd bedroom very comfortable but main bedroom not so.
We found some broken glass or ceramic on bedroom floor and ( I know this is a listed building and would expect spiders etc) the underside of mantelpiece / fireplace was covered in cobwebs and dust.

Very comfortable beds. Great location.
It wipould have been good to have instruction books for the appliances. Took us a while to get the job to work.

cosy, clean, well equipped, quiet
Narrow winding staircase had to be negotiated with great caution (wouldn’t be suitable for some people). Didn’t find the heating controls particularly intuitive. Maybe would have been nice to provide a few food condiments - salt/pepper, sauce sachets?

Lovely clean comfy and warm cottage. Ideal location with car park opposite

we were changed to pebble cottage. it was so cosy peaceful and amazingly warm!
we had such a lovely weekend and it exceeded our expectations. we had planned to stay at a pub with rooms and we are so glad we changed to here. it was just what we needed , peace and quiet and a roaring fire and a good book.
we enjoyed the rustic feel, it was so nice to stay somewhere that felt traditional. thank you so so much x Beth and mark x
the stairs were tricky but it’s part of the style of the cottage and it just takes more care than just flying down your typical household stairs at a rate of knots.

The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring Blakeney and the surrounding area, its only a few minutes to walk to the Quay and some lovely local eateries. The cottage itself is very quaint and well equipped with everything you would need. At the time of booking the hostess messaged me to say the Fisherman's Cottage had just been booked on another platform but could offer us a similar cottage around the corner at 118a. This benefited from an ensuite shower room to the main bedroom, as well the bathroom downstairs. When we arrived at 5pm there was no hot water as the immersion heater had broken, so I messaged the hostess who arranged for a plumber to call at 9am the following morning to replace the immersion. Luckily both showers are electric so it wasn't a problem.
The stairs are uneven but this is a listed cottage so added to the charm, but I made sure my young daughter was supervised going up and down them at all times.

Very cosy, comfortable and homely little cottage, close to the quay. Perfect hidden gem and the bed was really comfortable! The cottage had everything I needed for both me and my little dog to enjoy our stay.

Fantastic position. A lovely cottage and just perfect for a getaway to Blakeney. Five minutes walk from the quay and some great pubs, restaurants and cafés.
Nothing.

The location was stunning. The Moorings restaurant was well worth a visit
We didn't like the property we were given as a replacement. No option given to us to rebook another date. It was filthy and needed upgrading, worst holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in

We loved the cottage especially the open fire, bed was very comfy and gorgeous little village location, we visited Horley Gap and spent time with the resident Seals. Absolutely spectacular and we would definitely stay again 😁

The location of the cottage was great and surprised at how warm the cottage was for November
The cottage was filthy and very tired. Had to wash cups, plates cutlery etc before use and clean surfaces in the kitchen and cleaned a couple of the kitchen cupboards to put cleaned cutlery and crockery in. The bathroom was covered in rust, mould and limescale. Poor shower hose and fittings. Bedding was fresh, but stained with marks. All surfaces needed a clean as full of dust and grime.
The cottage needs a deep clean, including ceilings, skirting boards and fixtures and fittings. Such a shame as this is such a simple thing to do... given Covid I would expect cleanliness to be high on the scheduled which this certainly is not. If you are considering staying, take your own cleaning products and be prepared to get cleaning.

The location was great.
Unclean. Smelly kitchen that was in disrepair. Second bedroom was incredibly small and the third was really a cupboard!
The floors were filthy, and everything felt dirty. On arrival found there were no mugs or cups, because they were dirty in the dishwasher. I'm not convinced the property was cleaned since the last occupants.
In general the property is very tired and need of a makeover. I would not recommend this property. Thank goodness we were only there for a weekend.

Amazing location, Amazing little cottage with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely visit again.
It was difficult to find takeaway food.

We ended up being moved to a different cottage due to maintenance issues with our original choice only to find that the cottage we were in also had a maintenance issue - a non working wc in ensuite which was rather smelly! This problem was resolved the day before we left so not much use to us and the location of cottage and facilities we felt were inferior to our original choice. Towels provided were extremely threadbare though bedding was lovely and bed very comfy.

Location was perfect. Had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable.
Bathroom could do with a bit of tidying up.
Couldn't just let the dog out in the garden as was shared and had to walk around a building to get to it
