Fantastic property!

Room looked fantastic and very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, great for parking and good location just a short stroll down to the seafront. Hosts were great to deal with and answered any questions we had promptly. The guests handbook is one of the most in depth I've seen and tells you absolutely everything you need to know about the property and surrounding area, really great little touch. For the price I really don't think you can beat this, we'll definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.

Bed was slightly on the firm side, the blinds let a bit too much light in in the mornings, maybe curtains would help

Great value for money would stay again.

Very clean, had parking on site that we left our car in. Breakfast provided and regularly stocked up with great kitchen facilities available. Comfy and spacious room for a couple. Netflix provided for the room.

Couldn’t find a way to turn off bathroom towel rail so was like a sauna in there, I’m sure if we’d asked you would’ve advised to be honest but wasn’t a big issue as just kept bathroom door shut. WiFi was not the best speed wise but decent mobile signal so didn’t mind too much.

Great b n b, fantastic facilities, but didn’t feel safe walking back from the seafront after dark.

Breakfast was good, facilities were excellent room was very comfortable.

On the Sunday night until the very early hours, loud drunken people singing and arguing as they went past the property, a lot of homeless people in the area, Monday night not quite so bad but similar.

Great place to stay

Very clean and tidy. Had towels ready aswell to use.

The pillows were very flat, that's okay if you don't mind sleeping low, personally I like a bit of height so maybe have a spare pillow in case someone wants to use it. There's a theater and band place near so was a little noisy.

Clean, attractive and well equipped accommodation.

Very well organised. Straightforward and hassle free check in procedure. The room was exceptionally clean and attractively decorated. Nice view of the park. Plenty of hot drinks provided. Helpful staff. Outside was a bit noisy being a big town, inside the accommodation however was very quiet.

One tiny thing - coasters! I didn't feel right putting my hot drink mug straight on the furniture. Everything else was great though.

Lovely room that was decorated very nicely and spotlessly clean. We couldn't hear any other guests.

We decided to eat out for breakfast. The location was good.

A suggestion would be to fit double glazing and a larger TV.

Beautifully renovated house, lovely big bedrooms, nice hot shower and comfortable bed. Loved the idea of having use of the kitchen for breakfast etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return one day

Chilled no hassle weekend

The room was spacious and clean and a high standard. The self service kitchen has a good system with allocated cupboards and crockery etc.

The only minor negative which you can’t do anything about was that due to the proximity of a nearby pub was that at the end of the night, some inconsiderate people were extremely noisy as they passed by.

Best value accommodation I've ever used

Extremely clean, well equipped, good location, communicative hosts, easy check-in, big room. Good selection of hit drinks and breakfast items It was better than we expected and will definitely come back.

Nothing really of note, the stairs are a bit tricky to the top floor if you have heavy bags, but we managed okay. It might be worth asking the host for the ground or second floor if you could struggle with lots of stairs. The host seemed very accommodating, so I imagine this should be possible.

Large room, very clean, help yourself breakfast, good position for shops.

We had to move to another B&B because the prices had been grossly inflated due to the school holidays.!!! £180 a night really.!!! You can stay in the 4 star Mecure with a sea view for £100 per night or you can stay in a B&B on Paignton sea front for £50 a night.!! Shocking price inflation due to school holidays.!!!!!

the place was so clean, we stayed over easter weekend nd had little easter eggs hidden around the room, it was so lovely, comfterable beds, netflix, perfectly clean bathroom- the kitchen was lovely aswell

Great place to rest up

It was great room so comfortable and relaxing nice big tv plus added advantage of netflix and YouTube. Shower room was also a good size and a great shower. Met Jack the owner and he was sound and it'll be my 1st choice when im down again in a month or 2

Tbh there wasnt anything to not like really maybe the quilt could've been a bit heavier but thats just personal choice and maybe the next person would say its too heavy

Very good stay

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Exceeded our expectations on the size of the room, the comfort and the quietness of the stay. The owner can’t do enough to help. On top of a comfortable room, there is a well stocked kitchen where you can sit and have breakfast.
