It was a lovely location, lovely villa in a quiet area, great for families. short walk to shops/restaurants and easy to get around by car or taxi to the beach. Would love to come back.

Lovely location, very quiet, near local facilities with some excellent restaurants. Lovely villa, well laid out, well equipped kitchen. Brilliant pool and with very nice patios and lovely outdoor seating.

Master bedroom shower not working. Air conditioning leaked in 2nd bedroom.

Located at 10min walk from shops and restaurants and 20min by car from Playa de las Americas. It had a barbecue and very nice outdoor seating areas with nice views.

Not that we didn't like, but a "small minus" for the pool that was very nice but not heated, so we couldn't use it on cloudy days (we visited at beginning of April)

Villa is situated on a quiet street in Callo Salvaje, 15 minute walk away from the local beech (not a very nice one, we didn’t go there), restaurants and shops. We liked the fact that it was in a quiet surrounding, but I could not imagine living there without a rent a car. There is Pouls auto rent a car 10 minute walk away and we rented the cars with them (nice cars, good price). For morning coffee I recommend Il Dolceto bar with amazing croissants 😊 and very friendly Italian staff. Hosts Laima and Daiva were very nice and very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately, we never met them in person due to our very late arrival and very early departure, but they took care of everything through whatsapp calls / texts. We really enjoyed the villa, swimming pool is the best , quite big and deep on one side/shallow on the other, so perfect for children of all ages. It even has a counter-current system. Our children loved it. The barbecue area is also very nice, but we didn’t use it. Views from the villa are amazing, especially from the roof terrace, but also from the pool area. There is a big palm tree on the terrace next to the pool which makes a perfect picture and also gives some shadow during the day swim. We spent most of the time on the terrace so for us, this was the most important part of the property. The layout of the house is very good, there are 3 bedrooms with big soft beds and air condition and there are 2 bathrooms, one with only shower and one with bath + shower (unfortunately this shower was not possible to use due to some problems so we showered in the bath tub). Kitchen is big and well equipped, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and also washing machine for clothes. Living room is also quite big, we loved the big screen TV with Netflix and Youtube option.

There are some things in the house that should be taken care of – pipes in bathrooms are a bit unstable, water leak from the bath is annoying, sink in the kitchen is damaged and should be replaced, sink in the bathroom should be replaced (looks really bad repaired with a tape), sofas in the living room are outdated and not very comfortable, the gas stow didn’t work properly (only two out of four really worked) etc… these are not big issues and didn’t spoil our stay, but with just a few improvements, the quality of the house would be much upgraded.
