This property was in a perfect location, away from the crowds. It was beautiful inside and outside! We enjoyed the marsh AND beach views! Plus it was a great dog friendly home!

Our family and soon to be family enjoyed the Christmas holiday at your lovely home. We enjoyed the view of the lighthouse and the size of the house, so everyone had their own space. We had lots of rain during the time we were there and weren't able to see the lighthouse lit up as well as we had hoped. We enjoyed our visit.

This property was really clean, especially for being pet friendly. The rooftop was definitely the highlight of the trip. With views of thr ocean from 1 side and the marsh on the other there was no shortage of great views. The bonus from my perspective was protected parking in the garage with elevator to get rhe coolers up to the rooftop bar.

The property was in a great location with beach access walking distance away! We spent the days at the beach, relaxing on the rooftop patio, and exploring Charleston. Management was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. We had 4 families with kids staying at the property and there were plenty of kids toys and activities for them to do while at the house. We would love to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop decks on both sides are amazing with beautiful views. Our grandchildren loved the toys and little table and chairs and the guys in the house loved the 3rd floor bar area. It is a great family beach house. The best beach accesses are a little far so a golf cart would be nice to have. I would stay here again and if I did, I would rent one. The property management company was great to work with and easy to get in touch with.

Great house, the penthouse room and the roof decks were fantastic. The only issue we had was no hot water when we got there and didn’t know until shower time that evening. We called to report them problem and had to leave a text. Then on Sunday we called the sales/rental office and they got it fixed that afternoon. Then late Monday evening we lost the Wi-Fi and that wasn’t fixed until Wednesday afternoon. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We have a group if 8 adults that go to visit family every year. This has been out favorite house we have rented so far. There is plenty if room for everyone to spread out and plenty of roon to gather together for meals and movie night. The views cannot be beat on the top floor. We did not have the best of weather but the comfy chairs on the top level is perfect to sit and read a book and look up to see the lighthouse. We will definately rent this home again.

Our son got married at The Tides on Folly Beach. The wedding party and out of town guests stayed in other properties on Folly. We knew it was going to be a very busy time and I Sea 360 was perfect for us to come back, take a deep breath and chill between events! Thank you and looking forward to another stay in the future!

Everyone in our group absolutely LOVED this house. Best place we have ever stayed in Folly. GORGEOUS views. (marsh *and* beach) Spotlessly clean. Fantastic and well-equipped kitchen. Tons of bedrooms, most with their own bathroom. Elevator for those who need it. Super quiet inside thanks to quality windows and doors. Comfy beds and furniture. Penthouse space for entertaining with two decks. It was just spectacular, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again. This place is just phenomenal. Property Managers were always available, great communicators and super friendly. A+ house and experience. BOOK IT!

Wonderful beach house!! There was so much room for the 9 of us! We enjoyed the access to the beach and the short drive into town. It was beatific and relaxing we we LOVED the penthouse decks!! We can’t wait to go back again soon!!

Tim his house had amazing views of the marsh and ocean. Easy access to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. Garage was secure and a nice perk. Only complaint is the kitchen was a bit sparse. We had to wash silverware after every meal to have enough and there was only six of us there.

We loved this stay! Directly across from the beach, quiet street on Folly Beach with great restaurants and bars just down the road. A bathroom in nearly every room and a few guest bathrooms as well. Top bar room with two decks to the outside and another kitchen. It was clean. One thing to note is that it was difficult to get an Uber, and the wait time was 15-30 minutes each time and somewhat pricey to get into Charleston.

4 in the group were "healing". the elevator enabled us to fully enjoy the top floor. The large kitchen provided space for our creative outlet with seafood from Crosby's. the view of beach and river/marsh is a rare thing and we loved it. Rain and record breaking cold did not spoil. The inability to use the fireplace was the only problem. We suggest moving the TV and activating the fireplace. Beds were comfortable. rooms were well appointed. Bathrooms were above expectations. The property was spotless. Kitchen appliances were above level of most rental properties. I sea 360 is THE BEST. Be warned...there are no speed limit signs on the island and Folly's finest have multiple speed traps.

This home has amazing views! Truly I Sea 360! It was very comfortable for our family. The upstairs penthouse was so much fun to hang out in. The elevator was a definite plus. Would definitely rent again.
