I didn’t not like this hotel at all please don’t book this place the staff are horrible and they charge you for water bottle everything is chargeable not worth it

Hi stay away from the hotel never again gave out family a hard time and not safe to stay In there

Ob ich wieder gehen würde. Nein

Keine Handtücher für den Pool…am Abend sind die Balkone voll mit Handtücher die trocknen müssen. Kein schöner Anblick.

Good facilities and activitied

Staff not speak English and they charged extra room service for Alcohol i didn't drink because i am a Muslim and the receptionist was laughing when i explained why and they asked me to write and sign that i didn't that was an absolutw joke !!!!! Check all the payments and keep the reciepts while you there! Not goung bqck because it was a bit expensive gor what we got.

Kids loved it

Amazing hotel for families. Great facilities and very comfortable room.

Adults only pool! Most of them don’t use the actual pool and just bathing around it.

Lovely experience.... Beware of the mosquitoes

The entertainment and the f&b teams

The management the, room cleaning team, , the number of mosquitoes that you have to kill, (30 every day) and most of all that man with an unbearable smell without any deodorant or shower since weeks, who approaches you out of the blue with a British accent wannabe, trying to sell you real estate properties and offer investment advices during your family time..

The facilities were really clean and the cleaning lady was so lovely and did a great job on the room. The lounge chairs were great. And the pools were fab

We don't use sterling and the medium of currency was pound which was a bit annoying and made our trip more expensive. Breakfast was ok

The stay was perfect

The breakfast was amazing, there is alot of options and it’s very delicious . The hotel location is perfect 10 min far from the center and the place is so calm and peaceful

We loved the Hotel. I would say the best Hotel during our Turkey trip. Our family wanted to extend the stay but we already had bookings at Antaliya and hence we couldn’t extend. My son enjoyed the water park to the fullest. the hotel also does a lot of engagement activities at water park and also at the evening. the rooms are big and spacious . You need one day only to stay and rest at the hotel

Nothing to highlight except one trainee at reception told us that the Hotel is for British Citizens . A sentence like that coming from a Hotel stuff gives a feeling that other nationalities are not welcomed.

Very clean hotel. Cleaner's in every day. Pool area v good and has a adult's only pool. Plenty of sunbeds but you had to get them at 8.00. Staff very pleasant and nothing to much trouble. Food at the pool bar very good and quite reasonable prices and lots of choice. About a 5 to 10 min walk to strip which has an array of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately Hisaranu and Turkey for that has had a 80% rate of inflation so this reflects on price for food and drinks, so not cheap anymore Unfortunately. Boat trip is a must, we booked with Sunny Days, £25 for your whole day inc food Would definitely go back. Unfortunately Liberty Hisaranu is going all inclusive next year so I won't be back to this hotel as I don't do all inclusive

vey nice hotel - my son (11 years old) loves the slides and pool. staff were great and the Saturday night Gala amazing. we had a triple room which was spacious and comfortable

we were meant to have a room with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, but it only had a double bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable.

Wonderful choice of family hotel in Hisaranou

Friendly staff with large rooms with a safe, large mirror, mosquito blinds and fridge. Excellent breakfast where you can sit inside or overlooking the pool area. 5 minute walk to town. Choice of pools and sunbeds.
