Great features including the patio, kitchen, and extras like the pool table and pool toys.

Carpet needs to be cleaned, there us dirt built up around vents, all the bathroom sink towels were stained brown and need to be replaced. Hot water tank pilot light went out and had to reignite it. Discovered hot water tank has been leaking. Washer also had foul odor coming from it. As far as customer Service it was good and had fast response. House is overall good just need to do a better job at cleaning it and keeping it maintained.

We had a great time at paradise village. The pools were perfect for our families. Not too big that our little kids got lost, and not too small for our older kids to have fun too. The house was well-stocked and in good shape. Great layout for our group and nice there were games and puzzles we could use when it was too hot to be outside. The kids loved the tvs everywhere, including the garage while they played ping pong. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit or BBQ, but those are nice additions for cooler weather stays.
The property was cleaned pretty well—there is a sign to please remove shoes when entering, but this clearly hasn’t been respected as our feet and socks were dirty within minutes of arrival. That’s too bad others haven’t followed that request. But it was easy enough for us to wear house slides inside to keep our feet clean. The floor really could use a good scrub and pillows should be replaced. They were quite old and lumpy There was also hair and such in a few corners that had been missed in cleaning before our arrival. Overall it was great and we would for sure return! We would have loved to follow all the checkout procedures, but the note to reset the door code didn’t arrive until we were well on our way home, might be good to include that with the other checkout procedures sent the night before. Thank you!

It was really fun! Great area!
I would just say the floors need to be mopped, and a little deeper cleaning. We had to wipe water off the floor and the floor was really dirty.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Comfy beds, beautiful showers, fully stocked kitchen, inviting outdoor gathering place, a wonderful hot tub & huge sofa to wind down at the end of the day. Everything we'd hoped for in our stay!

The only thing I noticed was the patio furniture was kind of gross and stained. One of the bedrooms had a broken bed, but they were really prompt in getting that fixed for us. We loved it and had a great time.

House is in great Neighborhood. We keep coming back to this area every year. Kids had a blast in hot tub and the pool. Overall enjoyed the stay. Only thing I would say couch and comforters were covered in hair and you can tell they need a good cleaning. But other than that everything was awesome!

Loved the property and neighborhood. No complaints.

It was very clean and I liked everything they had we could use at the place. The hot tub was nice and so was being to make s’mores. I would say the curtains in the front room should be made so the room could be darker because of all the lights shines in the room is light at night. And the mattress in that room is noisy anytime you roll over. The bunk bed room is very comfortable. I liked how many bathrooms there was as well.

Great Getaway
This was our second time staying here, and once again we enjoyed it. It's a comfortable home, and conveniently located near the pool. The hot tub and fire pit are nice extras. The house is stocked with plenty of things and the welcome treat is always a nice surprise. Thanks for a fun family getaway!

Very Good
some things were very organized, above and beyond and some things weren't. Overall we liked the place and it worked well for us. Past guests were obviously very sloppy with the furniture inside and out - too bad people are like that.

Graduation
Our experience overall was great! There were a couple mishaps but I don’t think anything unusual. The bbq started a grease fire as it hadn’t been fully cleaned out. There were not any kitchen towels or wash rags that I could find. The table was also a little dirty when we got there but nothing awful. Other than that the house was amazing and we had a great time!

Good but needs some updates and better pricing
We love Santa Clara and Paradise Village. We have stayed here at least 12 times in the last 6 years and have been to several units from different management companies. This was the first time we rented from Red Sands.
Pros
- The property is well located within Paradise Village, close to the main pool but not so close where you can here all the noise.
- The decorations are good, especially when compared to other units that are more outdated.
- They have some board games that were great.
- One of the bedrooms has a handicap friendly shower that was great for my Mom.
- The hot tub was big and clean.
- The ping pong table and the pickle ball sets were great to have.
- The management was very nice at check in and we were allowed to get in 20 minutes earlier.
Cons:
- The pots and pans are VERY scratched and pretty beat up. So much so that we only used one skillet and would grill everything else. I found this particularly frustrating. We stay here in part because of the nice kitchens so we can stay in and cook. Not having basic, usable cookware was very inconvenient. These were teflon pans severely scratched and it is a well known fact that they are full of harmful PFOA’s, PFAS and other chemicals. Regardless of that, decent cookware is a must when you charge as much as Red Sands did, which is above what most other companies charge for the same unit type.
- The master shower had some black mold in some areas and overall the cleaning was not good. Tons of dirt under couches and below the beds, dusty blinds, VERY dirty glass sliding doors, dirty patio and around the hot tub. The mattress covers had hairs in them and were pretty beat up.
- All the beds had these very THICK and SOFT foam toppers. So the first night all of us slept very poorly. By the next morning we figured it out, removed them from the beds and were fine. But seem odd that they would assume guests would enjoy sinking in a bed like that. If anything they could leave them in the closet in case someone likes them?
- The grill outside is very nice, however it would take forever to heat up and wouldn’t hold heat.
- Overall this unit was extremely overpriced, especially given the amenities. While we had a good stay and the management was nice, I will not choose a Red Sands property the next time as their high prices don’t mean any better amenities and in fact several aspects of the amenities and maintenance were far worse than those with other companies.

Good Place for families
Location is ok, but the place itself is nice and there are plenty of things to do for young families. Expected more luxury for the price paid but overall it was good. It is run by a management company so there are a lot of don't do this, don't do that, don't don't don't or you will be fined. Also, cameras all over the unit so felt like we were under a microscope the whole time. Could not get 2 of the tv's to work on regular cable so watching live sports (the NCAA tournament) was a bust. We would find a different place next time in St. George

Paradise Village 28
This was our first time renting a home in Paradise Village. It was such a great change from trying to pack into multiple hotel rooms with our large family. The home was clean and beautiful and everyone I interacted with even outside of Paradise Village was so kind and helpful. We hope to come back soon!

The house was awesome, loved the layout and the big dining table. Love the hot tub. The pull out bed/couch was not good. We were missing dish cloths and and ping-pong balls but the staff was very responsive in getting us those! Thanks!! It would've been nice to have some kitchen items like tin foil and saran wrap so we had to purchase those. We cook a lot when we VRBO and so it would've been nice to have more cooking ware. But the barbecue was awesome! There was a sign that said to leave the basket so that others could have treats when they arrived, but there were no treats when we arrived or a basket, lol. Overall, we had a blast, thanks!

GREAT PROPERTY!!
We loved this property, especially the large kitchen to food prep. The only complaint was that the TV didn't work in the main family room. We didn't have a whole lot of time for tv watching so it wasn't a real problem. It could have been a user error as well. Loved the location being so close to the pool. This is one we would most certainly use again!

Lovely Family Rental
We really enjoyed our stay at Anchors Away. The unit was well kept and looked just like the photos. We received a nice welcome treat, and it was easy to communicate with the property manager. The pool was a hit with the kids! We would love to comeback here again.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway
Great Location, love the layout of the home and the amenities provided. Couldn't figure out how to work the televisions and no DVD player, so that was a little frustrating, but we were too busy playing ping pong and enjoying the pool to worry about it. Could use some basic cooking supplies, IE cooking oil, but super happy with this home and we would definitely book here again!
