the location was excellent. As a family run hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful
my room was a bit tired compared to some of the photos on the website but I think the hotel is renovating rooms and my room was very comfortable
7.0
City center location, 10 minutes walking from everything. Ability to cook if you book a studio (well-equipped kitchen)
The property is a little old ; rooms will get hot during summer

The location is great, and the private parking (although it cost) was close by and convenient. The apartment's decor could be refreshed, and the lift stopped at the floor below. For a quick stay in a lovely town, it served our purposes. Good breakfast.
I quite enjoyed the feeling of being in a staff flat as it might have been in the 1960s, but it would not be to everyone's taste.
8.0
there was a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchenette and many utilities; the staff were flexible and responsive
the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly; there’s no daily housekeeping service

photos show better than room really is. difficult to locate access on hidden alley in busy area. road works prevented parking as instructed by hotel and should have been updated. at $92E this tiny, no frill room is no bargain, but serviceable
5.0
Nice location - right in the middle of the town
Clean room and bedding
No breakfast service on Sunday, which was not communicated before our arrival. We were also rather unfortunate to have chosen to stay there for Easy Monday as there was no breakfast either... Alas
No house cleaning during our stay.
The apartment on the top floor was poorly equipped. We literally had to get on our knees to find an electrical socket...

Good clear and quiet apartment with good price (in October at least). I would like to stay then more time.

how clean it was and how easy to book and instructions to be able to enter the building after check in had closed.
we arrived and we had booked a room with a double bed and single bed as my husband had just come out of hospital with a broken shoulder and ribs and he would need his own bed and when we arrived our room had been changed from a 3 bed in room 207 to a double in room 308, but we managed and after looking at the prices the room we had should have been cheaper but we were just thankful that we had somewhere that my husband could recover before we flew home.

Close to the square of nice French town overlooking Lake Leman. Good, friendly, quiet hotel.
Nothing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped.
The room was small for four people, and the bathroom was tiny.

The reception host is very nice & super friendly.
We booked 2 rooms - only 1 room is equipped with air-conditioning unit. The temperature of the area is very warm the time.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. And the room was clean and complete with amenities.
I was hoping there was coffee and tea condiments as compliments. But there was none.

Clean and comfortable, good for a 1 night pass through
Parking was not available, saw no staff went in and out without seeing anyone, luckily we didnt need anything. Bad wifi

Easy to find location with motorcycle parking right outside the door. Friendly and helpful receptionist willing to deal with very minimalist French on the part of her guests. Quite elevator to our air conditioned room that was large and clean. Location just a few blocks from the "official" start of the "Route of the Grande Alps, not to mention my favorite restaurant in Thannon - L'Ollivier. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom large with tile floor. Squeegee included as the shower "stall" was a pretty open area. Peaceful. Nice breakfast. Receptionist also pinch hit at the laundromat next door, helping us figure out how to get it done.
Would have like to stay longer! Code for the door during after hours, but the door had an annoying buzz while locked. The setup for the wifi was a bit odd - you had to text a code to a certain number and then get back a code to complete the process.

good location in a very pictureque town on the lake of Geneva well worth the visit.
Due to having phone problems and not receiving emails and specific times to phone for access to door code and room number, access to the hotel was delayed

The hotel was clean and well kept. The check in process was simple and straightforward. The room had a small kitchenette which was helpful so I could prepare some food for my kids. The room itself was a bit small however I am traveling with a family of 4. The location was great as it was within walking distance of restaurants and cafe's.
The parking here is separate from the hotel but was still close by and easy to get to. the cost was not that much anyway so its not that big of deal.

The location was perfect, quiet room
It was not clean, at arrival there was only one small face/hands towel for the whole family and it was dirty, was changed after the 2-nd night
