Une étape bien agréable!

La situation géographique Le calme L’appartement bien agencé, bien équipé, confortable et très propre. Le petit déjeuner

Would definitely book this again, it was wonderful

Location was great, lovely and quiet but very close to a busier area. Host was amazing and brought us fresh bread and croissants (left in a lock box outside). Cheeses, meats, yoghurts and eggs in the fridge. Coffee and tea available. Bed was enormous and comfy, bathroom was lovely, everything was sparkling clean. We had a wonderful stay.

ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin; ein uriges, gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mitten in der Stadt; sehr ruhig. Wir werden in nächster Zeit für einen längeren Aufenthalt dort buchen.

Fantastische stop doorreis

Ontbijt was aan onze wensen voldaan. Wij houden niet van eten weggooien en dit was daarom ook niet nodig. Bed was groot en goed, samen met 2 kids (1,5/4) goed geslapen. Alles super schoon en netjes.

Niks. Jammer dat wij er zo kort waren want had Langres wel willen zien.

Als overnachtingsplek was het goed.

Het mooie plaatsje Langres! De regionale producten bij het ontbijt. De eigenaresse had voor een vrije parkeerplaats gezorgd.

Je kon niet buiten zitten. De slaapbank zat niet lekker. Er was een ingewikkeld koffieapparaat.

Really well situated and comfortable house in the old town of Langres.Superb host and excellent breakfast.

Excellent facilities,great location to explore the old town of Langres 2 minutes walk from the battlement walls. Superb host who was on hand if you needed anything. Nice touch of homemade cherry muffins on arrival!!Superb breakfast with a variety of options. Will definitely return as it’s a great stop over going from the UK to the South of France.

Wonderful stay in a beautifully presented, comfortable gite in a lovely, historic town.

Warm welcome, easy parking, great breakfast provided with local produce, sustainability addressed with the products used in the gite, overall an excellent experience.

A delightful overnight stop

We travel a lot and can honestly say that this was one of the best overnight stays we have experienced. A beautiful little house, clean and comfortable, and delightfully and tastefully furnished, with many thoughtful little extras. Sandra goes the extra mile - she met us to let us in and set the table for the meal which we had pre-ordered. This was an interesting 3-course dinner of mostly local specialities, home-cooked with locally sourced produce - delicious! Breakfast, which was already in the fridge, also comprised local produce, and fresh bread and pastries were delivered in the morning to the bread box by the front door. Thank you Sandra for making our overnight stop so delightful and relaxing. And thank you also for your Christmas treats!

Exceptional

It was immaculately clean and practical. The breakfast was excellent as well. Better than a four-star hotel.

Very hospitable, warm home in great location

Warm welcome by Sandra and really appreciated the heating was on, since it was an exceptionally cold day! very hospitable home with great details that make you feel comfortable I.e plenty coffee, water bottles and lovely breakfast with local produce. Loved the Bluetooth speakers to connect with Spotify.

I feel very disappointed that I was charged extra to use the sofa bed, and no bread delivered

Location and Langres

I paid the 2 person rate, for a property with double bed and sofa bed. 24 hrs before arrival I was messaged to say I needed to pay an additional 30 euros, plus tax (31.40) to use the sofa bed! No where does it state that the 2 person rate only applies if you are prepared to sleep with the other guest!! The bread that was promised for the breakfast, which was included in the rate, did not arrive so we had to stop for breakfast on the journey

Inside town. Very good location to visit town. Nice decoration. Bread, croissant and pain au chocolat for breakfast delivered fresh in the Sunday morning at 7:00.

A fabulous little gem in the beautiful city of Langres

Le gite des lumières is a real gem. This is a fabulous place, incredibly confortable and beautiful. This attention to details is fabulous. One of the best places I have ever booked (if not the best place) on booking.com
