Very good

Very nice hosts, perfectly clean appartement. The place is in a suburban area, not much to see here, but good public transportation and good price. Not only RER, but also metro, tram and bus in a walking distance. The appartement is a side buliding on the ground floor of a 2 storey house towards the garden. It was quiet.

Prepare some cash for deposit (which is payed back after the visit) and extra for towels and sheets.

Very good

Trains to the city centre was a walkable distance, had access to supermarket and bakery. Accommodation had everything we need to be comfortable after a full day of walking around the city.

The room was very cold, even though the heating was on all day and night.

too very small apartment for 4 adult persons with very basic facilities . the twin beds were too small to sleep with only one toilet

Great value but parking is tricky.

Price

No parking available though required. In the beginning the lady told me she didn't know who parks cars here and seems like that parking isn't owned by her.

it was a great place and everything was perfect.

it was great place for a small family and it have everything that you need..every transport service and food service is in walking distance from the house..

Calm weekend house a little far from the centre

The owner was very kind. Calm and still courtyard.

The wifi was weak and it stopped regularily. (Maybe because it was 5G and I have 4G phone.) With public transport it is a little bit far from the centre of Paris. (Bus to Aubervilliers train station or tram to the Metro station.)

Quiet apartment for a very reasonable price. The owners are nice and you can get fairly quickly to the city centre (30 minutes on the days when the Parisian public transport works).

Wi-Fi barely worked, so expect to use your mobile data. Other minor things like the beds not being the most comfortable or the shower not staying hot for long, but nothing that problematic.
