A serene escapade awaits at this charming and well-equipped two-story home! The first floor of this family-friendly home features a fully equipped kitchen, family room, and living room. Upon entering, you'll have the kitchen right in front of you. It offers enough space to move around freely while cooking and modern, stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. There are two coffee makers, an electric oven, and a small table that seats four. When you exit the kitchen, you'll have the family room to your right and the living room to your left. The family room is equipped with a comfortable three-person sofa and a recliner–the perfect spot to lounge after lunch, read a good book, take a nap, or simply gather with your friends to share a joyful moment together.
The living room is more spacious, featuring one armchair, one recliner, a large sofa, a flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services, a rocking chair, and a wooden table. Movie nights will be truly unforgettable here. Make sure to prepare delicious snacks and choose the right flick before settling in for the night. When you climb up the stairs up to the second level, you'll find three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Only one of the three bedrooms has a flatscreen TV available. And there is a small, office-like space with a desk between the bedrooms. The full bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo.
Outside, this retreat also has something to offer. You'll find a convenient deck with an outdoor dining area. There's no vacation complete without a barbecue and that's why this home comes equipped with all the basics to prepare one. Right by the deck is an outdoor shower.

This house is closer to a rustic cabin than a house or retreat. The beds are nice however and the home has beautiful light. Things to keep in mind- there is no iron, no hair dryer, no AC or fans (and the upstairs rooms do not really cool down in the summer). The local service was also not helpful when some other items broke during our stay.

With a $250 cleaning fee, we expected place to be ,That, clean, but wasOK clean,, Profile photos show a grill, planned to use, but was NOT there,,
Kitchen oven had a Gas smell ( leak? ) when we used it, some of the pans were a little old/ dirty.

make sure you understand that this is an "old farm house". not handicap accessible. No central heat/air conditioning.

Quiet and Relaxing
This was a very stress free and quiet place which is exactly what we were looking for. This at the end of the island and so relaxing. Good fishing, great views and all restaurants and stores are only 15 minutes away. Lots of room in the house and a lovely deck and fire pit to enjoy. We’ll be back!

The house is very spacious with recent update and located in a nice quiet and peaceful area. Just 5 minutes walk to a dock. The downside is the bathroom was a bit dated. Some windows were cracked and some windows had no shades.

Great quiet retreat
Clean and well appointed house, being an older home does not detract from the comfort of staying here. Comfortable beds and our family of 4 had everything we needed for the week! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors!
