Very old home. Floors and bed sloped. Worth the location. Nice stuff supplied. We had a great time.

The photos gave me the wrong impression that I will be in a confortable place, and the air conditioner is not a central air conditioner, and the small air conditioners don’t satisfy the need, and went in and out several times especially at night and the hot don’t let you sleep

Our second time staying here. Already booked again for next year. Love the privacy, walking to the beach and the village was a plus for our teens to go and get ice cream etc. Beach chairs, umbrella, extra towels even suntan lotion!

Location, location, location. This bungalow is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and to the Village. The unit was super clean and well apportioned with everything you need from kitchenware to beach gear! Beach chairs were very good beach chairs. The communication is great - Had an issue with the refrigerator and Lisa had it taken care of as soon as she could and it was much appreciated. Overall great place to stay.

This cottage is just steps away from the beach and Siesta Village with many restaurants, shops, and the market. You can park your car and never move it until check out. The cottage’s terrace was perfect for morning and nights. Everything was clean and neat. They have beach chairs (5 Tommy Bahama chairs), a cooler, beach cart, umbrella, and more. Keurig and drip coffee, everything we needed for the kitchen and plenty of paper supplies. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I spent four days at the Gull.
The location is excellent. Just around the corner and you are on the beach. Just one block walk and you are in Siesta Key old town eating and shopping.
The air conditioning is a little different. Utilizing widow units and portable units. The portable unit’s exhaust air causing the bungalow to be in a huge negative. This causes a lot of hot attic air to be drawn in around the pocket door to the master bedroom.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the bungalow.

This property is in a perfect location: easily walkable to the beach and easily walkable to the village. The host provides beach items (chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a trolley) towels and even a few toiletries if you forgot something. The property is clean and well furnished. The bedrooms rely on portable a/c units and fans, which can be a little noisy, but help keep the rooms cool in the intense Florida heat. Overall this is a GREAT place to stay and a great host in a BEAUTIFUL location. I will be back!

The location is perfect beautiful surroundings.
However the queen bed in the guest bedroom very uncomfortable , and the out side table is only big enough for 2 people when the pace sleeps 6 Other then that we had a wonderful time. Can’t beat siesta key.

The bungalow is older but clean and has all the necessary supplies. It was great having beach chair, beach towels, and a wagon for the one-minute walk to the beach. The walk to the village was just a four-minute walk. It was great being so close to both. Communication with the host was awesome. Thank you for a great week!

Location of beach, entertainment were reached in minutes. The price was affordable for what it offered. The VERBO was equipped for our stay and cute fresh cut flowers added that warm touch. All the details we needed to know about it while staying there was available. We will likely be checking on availability for next year when we determine dates. Thank you.

The Gull cottage we stayed in was perfect for our family. Clean, cozy, amenities and so close to the beach. Lisa the property host was very kind and provided assistance right away when we needed anything at all. If we come to Siesta Key again we will definitely stay here.
We walked to the restaurants and shops then took the free trolley to several other areas on the island.

Property was good. Laundry, comfy beds, roomy enough for 4 (including our two 6 year olds) excellent location less than 5 minute walk to restaurants and beach.

Located right in the heart of the village. Short walk to the beach (2 minutes at the most). Property was a bit older than the listing portrayed. Does not have central air, but several portable units. Free laundry on site which is nice. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. We had some issues with the air conditioning in the main room and there was a plumbing issue part way in to our stay. The host was very responsive and got the issue fixed the same day. Was in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. Quick drive into Sarasota. All in all the location is great, and we were only really in the house to sleep and shower, so it worked well for us. It is surrounded by large condo buildings so you don’t have a view of the beach or anything, but again met our needs for the time we were there.

This house was the perfect location for a great price! Nothing luxurious, but we had everything we needed for our stay, just steps from the uncrowded beach. It was unusually cold during our stay, but Lisa had space heaters for us, which we really appreciated. This place is perfect for anyone who just needs a tidy, simple place to stay, minutes walk from the beach and great downtown restaurants.

This property was perfect for our stay on the island. Close walk to all the dining and shops. Beach access close by. We loved having all the beach amenities available for us. The home felt so welcoming with plenty of personal touches to make you feel at home. We can't wait to come back again!

We loved it! Location, location, location! You walk around the corner and there is the beach, you walk a block in the opposite direction and it's shops, restaurant's and bars. We didn't spend much time in the bungalow as we were always out and about but it was very cozy and enjoyable. I would stay there again.

Nicely kept and furnished. Two bedrooms worked well for my wife and me, because I'm a morning person and she more of an evening person. And, we've been married 61 years. Good location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Siesta Key! The property was in a great location. It was quiet, a short walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to the market, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this. We had to reach out to the property manager. She was quick to respond and helpful! The property came with a wagon, which was great to take things to the beach or bring back items from the grocery market. Beach chairs and towels were also provided. The location was very cozy and accommodating!
