Your crew can sit back and relax in our spacious living room, complete with a plush sectional, wood-burning fireplace, 65-inch Smart TV, and large windows that look out on a beautiful, lush tree-scape. When mealtime comes around, enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that has all of the essentials you'll need to create your favorite meals. Move the festivities outside to our back deck that features cozy seating, a grill + a fire pit in the back yard.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful lakeside property is just steps from the water, a 2-minute drive to the Highway 12 boat ramp, 10-minute drive to the Prairie Creek Marina, and a 15-minute drive from Downtown Rogers.
Other Things to Note:
★ Not pet-friendly.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
