Kellemes szállás, jó pihenési lehetőséggel.

Jó reggeli, szuper medence és környéke. Kényelmes ágyak Szép, gondozott kert

Nem volt megfelelő a konyhai rész felszereltsége. Kevés evőeszköz, pohár, stb. Nem volt feltüntetve, hogy a kártyás fizetés feláras. A bojler nem bírta a 4 ember fürdését

Wundervolle Anlage, Oase der Erholung, supernette und herzliche Gastgeber

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit extrem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt, Pool jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Kinder hatten Riesenspaß im Pool und mit den süßen Katzen. Die Anlage hat auch einen kleinen Spielplatz und ein Volleyballfeld, jede Menge Grünfläche - top gepflegt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, mit selbstgemachten Kuchen, Pancakes, Eier und frischem Obst, Gemüse - alles was das Herz begehrt. Sandstrand mit Liegen und Bars in 15min auch zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings empfiehlt sich bei dem Verkehr (und Fahrstil) das Auto. Ca 10min mit dem Auto gibt es auch einen Naturstrand - wer den Liegestühlen und vielen Menschen entkommen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein toller Urlaub!

Beautiful place with wonderful people

The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a wonderful pool. The hosts are very friendly and you can feel their hospitality from the beginning on. Also all their stuff including Neilla are so friendly and helpful. Very nice team overall! The breakfast is very enjoyable

Calm, positive, but to some extent boring

I liked the calm atmosphere of the hotel, few rooms = a small number of people, also a friendly and responsive hostess, and in principle the staff is kind and positive. Lots of colors, nice and cozy

It's a long way to the sea and the road is bad, the monotony of breakfast

What an incredible place full of charm brought to you by Marjeta, Viktor and her team.

We stayed here before the main Summer season started. It was so chilled and we loved the experience. Marjeta and Viktor are the perfect hosts - both speak English too. Nothing is too much trouble. They were very hands on and clearly care about their business. Marjeta is always offering little surprises at breakfast too. Always served with a smile between 8am-10am. Their staff including Marina and Nayla (English speaking young lady) were very courteous and never stopped working. We requested a TV and had one within five minutes. If you want to be looked after, then this is the place for you. Ulcinj is about 15 mins in a car and Ada Bojana 10 mins. I understand from other guests that the roads get busy during high summer...though there are plenty of restaurants nearby on foot. Sandy beaches are walkable in about 7 mins. What a delightful stay we had. We'd defo return! Five star.

Terrible host, good owner, really bad and dirty room, great pool and pool area, great breakfast

The pool and pool area was awesome, breakfast was really nice, and it was close to the beach and nearby stores/food places

We didn't get our booked room but got some old room that was in terrible condition (messy sheets, dust all over the place, no tv, terrible bathroom) with some lousy excuse from host that she had some issues with booking and our apartment was already taken. She didn't even tried to make it up to us for that mistake but had attitude "take it or leave it"

True oasis

A true oasis near Velika plaza beach with amazing hospitality and service on a high level... great breakfast, clean pool, car parking, beach 10 min away walking distance... Absolutely perfect place for a family vacation in Ulcin/Stoj.

A home from home without the stress, good local food, good company in beautiful surroundings!

The breakfast was great and so fresh. Marjeta baked many different muffins, waffles and cakes to add her personal touch. Fresh figs from their garden was also a wonderful bonus. Both Viktor and Marjeta made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and that absolutely made our stay so much more relaxing! So glad we found this holiday destination we will be back for sure.

Exceptional

We had a great vacation in this place. The hosts Marjeta and Viktor were very friendly and ready to help at any time. Apartments were clean and comfortable with a terrace and exit to the nice garden. The pool is good and clean. Parking is wonderful, we always had a place in the shadow for our car)) For total happiness, we missed just the microwave oven in our room, but not too much :) I would recommend this place for a calm and peaceful vacation.

Great hosts and service 🌟

First of all, the whole property is beautiful and well taken care of. The garden is full of trees and flowers. The staff is so helpful and kind, and Marietta and Viktor made sure we had everything we need . Breakfast is good, the pool is clean and we were provided with clean towels every 2-3 days. Our beds were super comfortable, the only thing is - if you don't like high pillows make sure you bring your own because ours were a bit high. I'm happy with our stay and our hosts went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

10 min walk from a very nice sandy beach and a well kept pool on site, makes this a perfect place.

Peaceful place for relax

Really peaceful calm place for a vacation. Close to the center (just 200 meters) but quite and calm. Marjeta and Victor a very hospitable persons, our family will return there one day ❤️

Family freandlZ

We have spent one week here. Perhaps the best vacation so far. Everythin is very clean especially pool which is very useful when you have baby. The people who run this place are what you looking for when you go on holiday. You feel like you are the only guest all the time. Location is great 2 minutes by car to the beach. 2 minutes on foot to the city down town. The greta thing is that you dont hear noice from the streat.

The furniture could be refreshed. Wifi is not so good.
