Glad it was only one night. Restaurant next door saved it.

Steps from Summer House Beach Grill was the saving grace for us. Resort had indoor and outdoor pools as well as sandy beach and fire pit area. Situated right on the lake was a plus.

Asked for king room with jacuzzi with garden view. Our room was basically the last room at the end of a long hallway in the basement. No real view except for parked cars. Air conditioner so high I stood on a chair to change the temp. Place is really dated. Bedding looked dirty. Not enough usb plugs near the nightstands. Maybe the other rooms were better but really didn’t care for ours.

Love the location on the lake easy trip to the downtown activities. Fishing or the dock was fun way to end the day.

Which there was a foot wash station or broom in room as lots of sand gets tracked in.

My stay was good. We did not use all the facilities offered.

Didn’t hassle me about my service animals. I enjoyed having the opportunity to have an outdoor fire and grill. This vacation we usually either go camping or to the dells and we got both.

The beach was covered with algae and did not look appealing to go in. Some guests were not watching their minor children in the pool. I understand there are no pets other than service but it should have an area for service animals to relieve themselves when they are off the clock. Even a small fenced in area with grass.

Aloha Resort - WisDells Best Fam Value / Cleaniness

The outdoor pool was really clean and the perfect temperature, the inflatables on the private beach were a good warm-up for going to Land of Natura, the indoor pool would be good for it rains during your trip, the room was nice as the double queen room had a wall separating my husband n I from our teen daughter, and our 10yr crashed on the couch, the best part was arriving and getting the free tkts to the zoo attraction and to Land of Natura that you can use every day of your stay incl. checkout day! Also you can walk to fancy lakefront restaurant, or the kid friendly choices like taco bell and mcds are only a 3 min car ride

The private beach was nice but the first day it had this awful green sludge blocking the beach to swim to the inflatables, going the 2nd wk of June, i can imagine this lake phenomenon gets worse as it gets even hotter, also they close the canoes/inflatables super early, we wanted canoe and watch the sunset, but that doesnt happen because they have to be returned by 8p!!! But the pool area didn't close til 1030p, otherwise the area is pretty much quiet after 10p, no nightlife nearby we could find

Una estancia llena de risas buenas y malas

La ubicación es excepcional: - el lago está a pie del hotel y el hotel tiene una playita que es increible, además tiene una versión pequeñita de los tobiganes de Land of Natura. - aunque se requiere el coche para ir al centro de Wisconsin Dells, sí que hay caminos que te permiten dar una vuelta por los alrededores del hotel. Los servicios: - el hotel también dispone de piragüas que puedes coger y dar una vuelta por el lago. - al tener una piscina y jacuzzi interiores permite estar en la piscina aunque no haga buen tiempo. Las habitaciones: - tienen unas vistas increibles al lago. - el pequeño muro que separ las camas se agradece cuando compartes habitación con amigos.

La habitación: - no me gustó que el lavamanos forma parte de la entrada de la habitación y no del baño. La gestión de mi reserva: - Yo reservé para unos días y luego decidí retrasar mi estancia. Aunque estaba dentro de cambio permitido tuve que llamar a booking y que ellos lo hiciesen por mi. Una vez hecha la gestión esto dió algún que otro problema cuando llegué al hotel puesto que me dieron una pulsera que no abría mi puerta de la habitación y luego las pulseras dieron problemas al entrar en Land of Natura. Sin embargo gracias al personal todo esto quedo en simplemente anécdotas.

1- que no tenia teléfono en el cuarto 2-no tiene 2 seguros la puerta del cuarto 3-no tiene caja de seguridad para guardar mis cosas joyas ,teléfonos y carteras 4-el cuarto que reserve lo reverbe familiar y con balcon ala alberca y al lago y me dieron uno con balcón al parking 😤

No breakfast was included

When four of us got to the room, the toilet was not working--it was no longer connected to the chain so it would not flush. That should have been checked by the cleaning staff if they cleaned the toilet. Front desk person could not tell us when it would be fixed. We went to grab a bite to eat and when we returned it was fixed but this caused a lot of anxiety since the front desk person didn't seem to understand we needed it fixed immediately.

Will stay again when weather is warmer!

Loved our room (344), perfect location on site.

The only issue was the indoor pool was not warm. The Vue pool was closed. The Natura pools were ok, just not as warm as I expected.

Great visit!

What a nice place to relax! {We were here during off season} The room was very large with a bathroom sink and a kitchen sink that coffee pot set at. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows. There was a large desk with plenty of plug ins. The view of the lake was nice too. This hotel has an elevator that worked very well. The whole hotel including rooms was very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. They also have an outdoor pool but it is seasonal. The sauna worked great too! The location is perfect. Close to town but out in the wooded area. Our stay was great!

The toilet didnt flush very good.

Cleanliness...friendly, kind and understanding staff...I brought 3 young kids...

Nothing related to Aloha...I spoke to a manager after my email said that I only had 2 guests and I didn't want it to seem that I was sneaking people in so we switched it to five...my second email said that we would be staying at a sister hotel...The Vue...we were in a rush after we went to the wrong hotel and our itinerary...meals...entertainment... based out of The Vue had to rapidly change...

We had a great stay! My 9 year old son had a blast in pool and arcade.

It was clean, staff was friendly, pool was nice.

Tv in room was a little hard to see, but not a big deal.

Great family fun.

Great beach. Inflatables in the lake were so much fun. Always something to do.

No restaurant but found one that was less than a 5 minute walk.

I didn’t get the free passes as advertised to the timbiati zoo.

We were not in the room much as we were in a golf tournament at Trappers Turn, but loved the view.

Wasn't aware there was a breakfast. We went into town for breakfast.

The coffee was not replaced for our second day there.

Multiple pools and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were a plus and the access to activities were cool
