Creciente condominiums are continuing their phased reopening and this condo has a planned reopening date of October 1, 2024. Contractors are still working around the property and in and around the condo buildings while the individual condos are available for occupancy. As a result there will be some contractors, noise, parking lot congestion and some unkept areas at times. The pool is to be opened Novemeber 1, 2024. Please confrim opening status atthe time of your booking. The beach is beautiful and open for your enjoyment. The fitness center and parking space are available.
