Property manager gave all info up front and check in was a breeze. Kitchen area had everything you need for cooking and being able to park out front was great. Would stay again. Thank you!

Location! Location! We were so happy we could walk to either footbridge beach or ogunquit beach, saved us a small fortune on beach parking! Also we had two teenagers with us, it was ideal for them to walk in and out of town when they wanted.. we would totally stay again.

The cottage was the way I thought it was going to be.
It was close to everything.
We had a great week.

Small beach cottage on the main drag with good restaurants around us. The kitchen was equipped with every convenience we needed. Thank you :)

The location was centralized and very close to our favorite beach. The property manager responded quickly when we had questions. We appreciated linens and bath towels were provided. Quick walk to the lobster house, egg and I, and ice cream place right next door.

We had a great stay with our son and his fiancée to celebrate their college graduation! The house was within walking distance to everything and was just the right size for us. Bonus…there’s an ice cream shop next door!

Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor.

As we walked into the home, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and beauty of the home.
Only issues were as follows:
- Hard time figuring out how to put on TV, didn't need but husband wanted.
-Upstairs shower didn't get warm or hot.
Thanks and will be back.

Cozy. Perfect for weekend stay, great location. Weather was perfect for end of October. The only issue was taking a while to locate lockbox but no big deal and some lack of lighting upstairs. The cottage was totally equipped with everything you could possibly need

We were scoping out hotels which were all about $500 -600 a night which is ok. But they were lacking in amenities. So we checked out VRBO. Thes place is a warm and inviting gem. Hardwood flours, nice marrtesses. Quiet. I believe it was 750 square feet. This was perfect for 4 people for 2 nights. We were not couples so it was nice to have space amd privacy. I definitely want to stay here again.

Great location- walkable to town center

Everything was fine except the cleaning of the place. I actually had to clean it before I felt comfortable staying. I cleaned the kitchen, the refrigerator, and the bathrooms. I should have not had to clean.

The pictures show a more spacious cottage but it was adorable and close to everything! Egg and I restaurant, Lobster Pound, and Big Daddy's ice cream all literally next door and across the street for walking to meals!
The small bedroom is really only comfortable for children under 20 or unmarrieds. Our son and daughter-in-law said they wanted that room and would move twins together as we have done in the past. That is possible but only if no other furniture is in the room. Master bedroom is wonderful and comfortable. We overslept too often! Great having a bath on each floor! Small bedroom needs it own air conditioner. Pool was closed for season before we left which was not the fault of property owner but we were disappointed. Pool is private to the community of 9 cabins and very nice!
Rowena was in communication whenever we needed her and was extremely nice and friendly. We felt very welcome! Great stay!

The cottage had a convenient location to restaurants and beaches. It was comfortable except that the living and dining room seating were not “back friendly”. I bought folding chairs so I could sit comfortably. The bedrooms upstairs were comfortable but only one had air conditioning. The cottage is located right on Route 1 next to the Lobster Pound, so between the traffic and the restaurant it was noisier than I would have liked. The cottage was not as clean on arrival as I would have expected as I had to clean food crumbs from the kitchen area and fridge plus hair from the bathroom sinks. Fortunately there were plenty of cleaning supplies available. We did enjoy our stay for the most part but would not be likely to return.

This condo was perfect for our getaway. Spent a week here with my parents and the location was excellent. Was not too difficult to walk to the center of town or the beach. The host was also good at responding to questions in a timely manner.

For 2 adults & 2 teenagers, this clean cottage suited our needs as we did not spend much time in it (1 day at Kittery, 1 day exploring antique shops, 1 day at Perkin's Cove & 3 full beach days). The pics are accurate, (2 seater couch & an oversize chair with an ottoman. Note: the chair & ottoman are visibly well used). We made this living space work for us, but if you like to lounge, you may need a bigger space. The main floor bathroom is nicely renovated & the 4 of us were able to use it comfortably. Note that the washer & dryer have a sign on it informing of only small loads, the dryer is not vented, & that there is a laundromat in Wells for bigger loads. The upstairs bathroom is tiny & can get quite hot as there is no air conditioning upstairs other than a portable A/C unit in the master bedroom which only cools that bedroom. We used the one portable small fan in the other bedroom but it didn't help to cool that room, nor the upstairs hallway on the 3 days of very hot weather; good thing it rained our first 3 days otherwise it would have been awful for our teens. There also isn't a blind/curtain in that bedroom, so we hung a sheet over the window to try to minimize the sun/heat coming into the room during the day. We told Rowena about this, & seeing this issue in an earlier review, it would seem this may not be resolved. Positives: wifi, beach trolley, 15 minute walk to Footbridge Beach, 10 minute walk to main area of Ogunquit. Great nearby restaurants & ice cream!

This was our first visit to Ogunquit. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions, and gave very helpful answers, suggestions for where to eat, etc. The condo is in a good location, about a 15-20 minute walk from several excellent restaurants and shops.

This property was so cute, close to everything we needed, instructions were clear. We didnt hang out much because we were meeting family for the first time, but it was a restful place to come to after a day on the water, at the beach or meeting people. Felt very at home there. I even left something important behind and was able t[ work quickly on a solution. Will stsy there again next time I come to Maine.

Would definitely recommend staying here. It is within walking distance of Ogunquit, marginal way and the foot bridge/ Ogunquit beach. Very quiet area and really cozy beach bungalow.

What a wonderful place to stay in Ogunquit. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lovely kitchen, dining room and small living room. Big screen TV, Sling subscription, kitchen has everything you need to cook with. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, lobster pound restaurant right next door and easy access to beach, car or a good walk. We loved it. Great for two adults and two children. One large bedroom for the adults, second bedroom with two twin beds. One bath up, one bath down.

This condo worked out perfectly for a quick weekend getaway. Was able to walk every where.

This is a very small space great for folks on the go. It is accessible to everything in Ogunquit/Wells area. Some great restaurants in walking distance, easy to get to Footbridge Beach, Marginal way, etc. We were there late winter, so it was very quiet. Owner is very accessible and seems very invested in ensuring guests have what they need.

The location was perfect for a beach vacation. Easy walk to town. 17 min walk to Footbridge beach. Small space, but layer out well. Beds comfortable. Nice updated downstairs bathroom. Loved sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs with my morning coffee. Owner was great and communicated well.

Disappointed
Negatives: My mom and I arrived on a hot summer day. Upon arrival, we noticed home wasn’t clean. we used white Lysol wipes on all major surfaces and they came out brown. The stove, oven, and microwave were also dirty, as were the toilets and sinks. The bedspread had stains on it. The couches were so stained that covers were placed over them to hide it. And it was HOT. Despite there being one window AC unit upstairs and one downstairs, they were not on when we arrived. The upstairs thermometer that was on a fan literally read 101 degrees upstairs. We cranked the AC, and after 3 hours, the upstairs was still unbearable. There were also no curtains or blinds on any windows, so once dark came, everyone would be able to see into the apartment. Several of the windows did not lock either, making the place not secure. Due to being grossed out by the furniture and unclean nature, and due to the heat, we opted to leave the same day.
Positives: The owner was easy to work with and although she disagreed that the place was unclean, worked with us to give a refund. The place is also not far from the heart of everything.

Great for a Maine experience
This property was small but had most all of the elements that felt like home. Having a pool was such an added bonus for our children. The property manager was always on call to answer any and all of our questions.

Between Footbridge and Oqunquit beaches.
For a small place it had everything that we needed for a week-long stay. Very clean and updated, great location. Friendly owners.

Borderline 11!
My mom and I stayed in the place for a week, and it fit us perfectly. We each claimed our own bathroom and bedroom. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen to make meals and morning coffee and tea. We sat outside in the Adirondack chairs often, playing cards and watching people walk by. We were truly hidden in place site. The condo is on the trolley route and is walking distance to many delicious, local eateries. It was a wonderful experience staying here, and we hope to come again next year! :)
