About this house rental
Triple Cleaned, New construction home! This 7,200sf Beach home is the PERFECT rental for any occasion; weddings, family vacation, reunions, etc. A 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views and plenty of living space! The home is located in Bradley Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The home has four covered balconies, an infinity pool, two living rooms, 10 bedrooms and a private elevator. Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, this home will fit your needs.
The space
The home has 10 bedrooms (8 king beds and 2 sets of bunk beds in (2 sets in each room) and will sleep 24 comfortable. 12 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The first floor has 1 king, the second and third floors have 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and the top level has 1 king. All bedrooms have a private bath attached. DOn't worry, there is a private elevator that goes from the garage to each floor.

Heating the pool will be an extra charge.

What a great place to have a big family vacation. We had 23 people staying here (13 adults and 10 kids). So much room for everyone with great access to the beach. We are from Nebraska so we don’t get much ocean time, so we loved how close we were to the beach. All of the adults had their own beds and plenty of sleeping spots for the kids. Had to reach out to the owners once about trash pickup and they were super responsive and quick to resolve our issue. The one thing for improvement would be somewhere to wash off gear when you come back from the beach. We used the neighbors hookup so not a big deal. Overall Hilton Head did not disappoint, and a big part of our great time was this place. Would highly recommend! Thanks

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed the patio and pool as well! The size was perfect for our family of 15 adults and 3 small children. We were concerned about portable cribs fitting in parents' bedrooms, but one would have fit in every bedroom, as they were quite spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything from skillets, to large pots to cookie sheets and colanders. Don't stress about fitting 6 vehicles at this home. Four of ours were midsized and 2 were very large and we still fit them in the garage and driveway without a problem. The elevator was not operational for the majority of our stay. This was a big imposition, but thankfully it was reset the evening before we left so it could be utilized for loading up to leave. The management company was helpful and responsive to my questions and needs. We would stay here for sure again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was everything we thought it would be. Having 8 King bedrooms with their own bathroom worked out perfect for our group of 8 golfers. The views from the top level are awesome!

I had an amazing experience at this beachfront property during our girls' trip. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beautiful location allowed us to create unforgettable memories on the beach with my friends and sisters. The property management was excellent, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The spacious accommodations and quiet neighborhood added to the overall charm. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

This property was perfect for our large group of children, young adults, and adults. The house was clean and spacious! The location provided a stunning view, and easy access to the beach. The property manager was very accommodating. Overall we would recommend renting this house to anyone with a large group looking to meet at the beach for the weekend.

The house was roomy enough to get all 22 of us together or for each of us to get away from the others. The view is gorgeous!! The elevator is finicky and maintenance had to come twice (our group included a disabled adult).
The refrigerator does leak onto the floor periodically, which maintenance states is a known issue and a new refrigerator is on order. A towel under it works fine. It also gets up to 55 degrees if you load up all your groceries at once.
The pool was nice, but small. The infinity part was not working but did not keep us from enjoying it. The pool man came out to the pool and showed us a remote control for the jets. Said he was putting it back in the box, which we could not find for the remainder of or stay.
Parking is plentiful. We parked 10 vehicles on the property even though we were told only 4-5 would fit.
The listing stated there were two bunk rooms with 2 bunk beds each. However the pictures showed 1 bunk and 1 hide a bed. The pictures were correct. Which makes a difference when you have single adults. Also no bedding for the pull out couches were found on the first night. But they were delivered the next day.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and any needs were met quickly by the owner. If we return to Hilton Head for our reunions, we definitely would stay here again.

Loved everything about this property! The home was even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was a nice surprise that there were some wagons and beach chairs to use if needed.

We used this property for our large family vacation with 15 of us and it was perfect! There was space for everyone and we all enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

The house is gorgeous, well-furnished, and spacious even for our very large group ages 2m to 40! The bedrooms are large and all bedding and towels were provided. There’s laundry on multiple levels, two kitchens, comfortable balcony seating on each level, and plenty of garage space for beach supplies and a lot of cars (we fit 8 suvs). A few maintenance issues popped up during our stay and the host was incredibly quick to reply and send help within just a few hours. The beach nearby (enter at Marriott’s access point) is absolutely gorgeous and a short walk from the property. We truly loved our time at this property and would 110% return if we have another large group trip!! Thank you!

4 bedrooms with no working air conditioning 4 others no hot shower water, pool not functioning correctly. Items never corrected while we were there. Maintenance said they were aware of problems.

This was a great property to have our family of 15 to meet up for some much needed downtime. The property was spacious and fully equipped to handle our many family meals and karaoke and game nights.
The host answered all questions and proper communication was provided regarding the property prior to arrival.
We truly enjoyed this home and are planning to come back for another meetup.

Lots of space!!! plenty of parking, EZ 7 minute walk on a boardwalk to the beach. Lots of parking available. Easily accommodated our group of 20 adults and 2 small children.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental had plenty of room for our family of 20 to gather, but also to have personal space when needed. We were very close to the beach and the Vrbo provided towels, beach chairs and wagons for towing all the gear. The garage and driveway could easily accommodate 6 cars/SUVs. All in all, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Hilton Head.

Eight couple rented this home. It was amazing and clean and had everything we needed. The pool was heated and beautiful and the ocean was a two minute walk in front of us. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!!

The house was amazing and everything advertised. Works great for large groups. We had 8 adult couples and everyone had king bedroom with a great bathroom. The common areas accommodated everyone comfortably. The top floor with the shuffle board table was a great place to enjoy the beautiful beach views and hang out. The kitchen was large and there was plenty of storage and kitchen appliances/utensils. It was an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely rent again. The communication with the host was excellent as well.

Recently completed a 3 day golf trip to Hilton Head. This particular house could not have been more perfect for a group of 8 adults. This house and location exceeded our expectation at every level. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions during our stay. I would strongly recommend to any large group planning a trip to Hilton Head.

This property was perfect for our family celebration. We had a bedroom/bath for each family. There was more than enough room for everyone. The top floor penthouse/party room with it's balcony and view of the ocean was fabulous. The heated pool was perfect. The elevator made moving heavy items and luggage from floor to floor an easy do. The garage and driveway easily accommodated all the cars. Easy access to the beach plus a nearby park for tennis, soccer and parking. Shopping center only a mile away. We had an absolute fun time. We would highly recommend this property. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Plenty of space for 20-25 people! Kitchen stocked with all the supplies you will need. Lots of beach towels and toiletries provided for our stay. Incredible views from every floor!

We absolutely loved 22 Bradley Circle! Huge brand new home with three balconies facing the ocean and a beautiful infinity pool. House was very well stocked with supplies, beach towels, wagon etc. We ended up as a group of 10 and the house was still huge. Great location, 2 minute walk to beach. Marriott has a great outdoor restaurant next door, which was great for lunches and drinks! We had a really amazing time and can’t wait to book again. Hosts were so kind and very responsive. We loved the home.
