Increíble, vamos a volver!!!

Su conservación todo impecable, muy limpio, las actividades para los niños fueron fantásticas.

Al barco le falta seguridad en las entradas, deberían tener barandas de seguridad para que ningún niño se vaya a caer al agua. Es a manera de recomendación.

Podria haber sido mas tranquila

No hay alternativas para niños menores de 2 años y adultos . ejemplo compotas preapraciones sencillas como pure de papa, carne molida, arroz blanco o vegetales en pure. No me gusto el problema de la plataforma de pagos que ustedes tienen. El problema no es del huesped sino de ustedes, Deberian tener una compensación por el estres que generan. Lo menos es que los masajes los dieran gratis para compesar .

Das Hotel und die Räume sowie die außenanlagen sind sauber und das Essen ist gut. Es gibt auch eine sehr große Außenanlage mit einem Eukalyptuswald und Möglichkeiten zu einem kleinen Ausritt mit Pferden.

Der Pool war extrem überhitzt, ca. 32° und nur 1,20 m tief. Das ist zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet. Die Temperatur war allerdings am frühen Morgen ab 8 Uhr angenehm, und wohl 25°, weil da erst die Heizung für das Wasser angestellt wurde. Schade auch, dass das Hotel keine Balkone hat und dass es aus dem Pool keinen Blick auf den See gibt. Man muss auch wissen, dass das Baden im See nicht erlaubt ist, was ich sehr schade finde. Kleiner Tipp: in einem der beiden Restaurants sitzt man erhöht und hat abends einen Blick auf den See, der für vieles entschädigt.

Never again!

It is situated on the lake. Breakfast is amazing!

The not so great beginning of a 3 day stay: It started with registration… We had booked 2 adjacent rooms, as we invited my 88 yr. old father and 82 yr. old mother to come with us as they live in that country. Unfortunately, we were assigned rooms that faced the restaurant. We could not opened the blinds because we would had no privacy and also the noice at night was annoying. After a third attempt found a night manager who graciously moved us down the hall. It wasn’t ideal but helped. As non-citizens, in immigration we get stamped and a box is checked that exempts us of paying taxes at hotels. What is my surprise at checkout? I was charged about US$43 in taxes for my parents room because they are of Colombian nationality. The same lady that had done the checking was doing the checkout. Tried to explain to her that it was my bill and I was paying for everything. She would not have it, and had to pay those taxes. Felt so cheated… I am not going back and won’t recommend it.

Nice stay in beautiful countryside aside the lake

The Hotel is set in a very beautiful surroundings, along the lake and with nice hiking possibilities close. The food in both restaurants and also breakfast buffet excelent. Staff very nice and helpful. Also nice the small private jacuzzis of thermal water, which you can use once a day for 30 minutes (more than enough and never had an issue to get a spot), We enjoyed all these parts of the hotel and beside of some things we did not really like, we would come back. A good price-quality balance is also to mention.

First of all we had some issues regarding the room. When I did the reservation by booking, I only got one option of room to book, the picture of this option clearly showed a lakeview, the surprise was not very pleasant, when we got a room with no lakeview and also opposite of the loundry-cleaning room, which had a permanent noise, it was not possible to sleep with open windows, for example, we adressed this problem to reception, they promissed a solution, but was never given (beside a 2 hours late checkout, that we appreciated). Allover you see and feel the more of 50 years of age of the Hotel, its all a bit run down (but working). What we really did not like/understand from a Hotel which shows 5Stars, the Sauna, Steambath for use of all guests are extremly small, with no space at all for relaxing (two chairs.....) and got up crowded all time. On the other side there is a very nice and spacious extra Spa, which you can book for around 30 USS per person and limited use of one hour, not acceptable for a 5Star Hotel. So public Sauna was crowded and the private big one was empty..... In the breakfast I got gifted with a plastic piece in the jogurt, annother problem, which never was adressed properly. We rented bikes, they where also a bit run down, but worked for a small bike ride (to recomend) around the lake. Overall maximum a 4 Star Hotel but with a huge potential to improve and develop into a real 5 StarHotel.

couldnt change dates

I asked Booking to change the dates on my trip because it was not possible for my family to go on the dates I selected. Their answer was they couldn't change the dates, that I should ask the property to change it. I paid more than 1 million pesos and I can't get to change the dates... any date...
