About this house rental
This newly renovated 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath home has 2 Living Rooms, 2 Dining Rooms, 2 Kitchens each with an Island and Bar Seating and a PRIVATE POOL. This home can sleep as few as 6 people or as many as 22 comfortably. Be together with the interconnecting first level or close the door and have a little private time in separate spaces. This home can accommodate multiple families and large groups. Featuring two levels of oceanfront decking for you to enjoy the sounds and views of the Atlantic Ocean! Only steps away from the beach strand from your private boardwalk. Parking available for 6 vehicles. Partially enclosed parking under the house for added privacy and where you can relax or enjoy a picnic in the shade. Two private showers with hot/cold water are located downstairs allowing you to rinse off sand before entering the home or pool. This home is conveniently located near the Holden Beach Fishing Pier (currently closed), General Store, Ice Cream and Local Shop! Bed & Bath Linens provided with all rentals. Guests may request to have the pool heated or cooled from May through the end of October for an additional $250.00 fee. Pool features include a lounging ledge, deep end seating, generous entry steps and a safety ledge around the perimeter. The pool is enclosed with a full privacy fence and locked gate for the safety of small children.

This house was perfect for our family group of eight adults and nine children. Very nicely remodelled, well furnished and stocked and very clean. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. We made good use of the decks, both kitchens and both living areas. We had never been to Holden Beach before but found it to be a wide and gently sloping beach that rivals the many beaches I have been to in Florida. The house is well positioned right on the beach and as a bonus covenience there is a small grocery store, swimwear store, and ice cream parlor right next door! The pool was perfect for the young children to enjoy after they had spent several hours on the beach. We will most definitely want to rent this house again!

Sabrina is very responsive to any communication. We were a family of 17 The kids loved the ocean and the pool The seating by the pool was very nice to get out of the sun.

We gathered with seven children, spouses, significant others, friends, sister-in-law and niece to say goodbye to their grandfather and father. Before he came to live with my wife, our three youngest children and myself, in Oklahoma seven years ago, we spent a week with him at Holden Beach (he lived in Charlotte then). This past week, we brought him home one last time for a burial at sea. We will long remember the opportunity to gather in one wonderful beach house and be together. We honored him and were honored in the process. May God bless you to bless others as has been our experience and opportunity.

Booked for family gathering, loved the location--just steps to the beach, so many bedrooms and beds, two kitchens side-by-side so easy to cook meals for lots of people, Kitchens had all the cook and dining ware we needed. Excellent refrigerators, great dining seating and living rooms. Decks were lovely to sit out mornings and evenings and after many hours at the beach the grandkids then loved late afternoons in the pool. Nice bathrooms with tons of bath towels. Some beach supplies, including boogie boards, we left kids' beach and pool toys, so have those too. We rented a gas grill from Grill-n-Chill and it was delivered on time with grilling implements. So don't let lack of gas grill deter you from this PERFECT beach home, great for family gatherings! And so convenient to be next to small stores. Hosts were fantastic too!!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The location was a dream. Having the General store and beach store right next door was very convenient. We went to the grocery store once during our trip, and anything else last minute we needed we could walk next door. The house was super clean and all of the updates were very nice. The weather of the first week of may could not have been more perfect either. The heated pool was a plus! We spent our mornings on the beach and afternoons by the pool everyday. We very much expect to make this an annual family vacation trip. Holden beach is a nice quiet relaxing area! Thank you!

So grateful that we found this property for a women’s retreat. Sabrina was a great host and always answered any questions quickly. Everyone loved her property as it was clean and had plenty of room. It had plenty of pots ands pans to cook and also not far from Beaches and cream’s, homemade ice cream, and The Cove’s seafood. If we decide to do the trip again, we may definitely come to Sabrina’s home again. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here at Holden Beach. The beach itself is clean, peaceful and gorgeous. The house exceeded all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The pool and porches were thoroughly enjoyed as well. Sabrina was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommended this house!

We feel beyond thankful to have found this property. The house was an awesome layout- perfectly fit our large extended family! It was decently kid friendly as well. It is right next to a surf shop, general store, and ice cream shop. We did not need to jump into our cars for anything! We stayed right at the end of the summer so the entire shop was 50% off. The ocean was clean, not overcrowded even with the shops next door, and we found a ton of shark teeth! Really a trip we will never forget. The pool was beautiful and such a relaxing break from the beach. Every inch of the house was used and appreciated. We likely will rent this house again!

We had a really great time, the ocean views were awesome. The pool was very clean, perfect. The house has two living rooms, two kitchens, these areas can be separate or combined. It was nice because cartoons can be on in one living room for the kids and regular TV in the other living room. Close, but there are separate spaces.

We had a great time with a large group for a summer vacation. The house was perfect for multiple families with lots of kids and adults. Right on a beautiful beach and it has a great pool as well. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location, great owners! We had two families, 5 kids total ranging in age from 3-12 and we all had the best time. The identical floor plans (two kitchens, two dining, two living rooms) was perfect for separating the two families and also the kids from the parents. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked. It’s located right next to a small general store and ice cream/surf shop. We walked over to the general store a few times for items we had forgotten at food lion…or for the kids to comb through all of the beach themed knick knacks. We were unfortunately out of season for the pool but it looked perfect and private. Beautiful flat and very wide beach!! The owners were very prompt and friendly with their responses…we had one upstairs toilet that wouldn’t flush and they had someone out there quickly to fix it. We would definitely stay here again!

Our extended family (3 generations ranging from 5 to 70 years) stayed at this place and had a great time. The location is beautiful- right on the beach. Although it was chilly in December we could walk the beach and the kids could play in the sand. The house comfortably fit all of us with ample bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. There was an issue with the water due to the extreme cold weather when we arrived, but Sabrina could not have been more helpful and took care of the problem right away. We would definitely recommend.

The house and area were just lovely. I feel that you may need to take a closer look at the cooling system for upstairs. The rooms upstairs with a ceiling fan were more comfortable. I don't know if it would be an option for the rooms with bunkbeds to have a ceiling fan. Other than that, every thing was wonderful.

Had this spot reserved for a few months was nervous about whether the space was enough. Turned out wonderful. Owners responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. Definitely would/will stay here again.

Stayed the week with my wife, 3 kids, in-laws and brother-in-law’s family. There was tons of space for all of us and having 2 separate kitchens was very nice. Sabrina was very helpful and we all had a great trip.

Wonderful ocean-front getaway
We had a wonderful beach trip in this beachfront home. The location was great. The layout was perfect and the pool provided hours of fun when the ocean was too rough. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been to many beaches around the country and this was our first time at Holden. The location is just fantastic. Beaches are great. Food is incredible and this house was fantastic. It has everything you need and is just perfectly located. Cannot recommend it any more. Great trip for our entire family.

It was nice having 2 kitchens to prepare the meal. We were able to push the table and island together and seat 12 for Thanksgiving dinner.

The home was clean and worked well for our multi-family trip. Being steps to the beach was key having several children 5 & under with us. The owner provided excellent communication throughout the trip. Only complaint is the side closest the general store gets a lot of light pollution at night from the store and parking lot lights. Some additional blackout curtains would be very helpful!

The home was clean and worked well for our multi-family trip. Being steps to the beach was key having several children 5 & under with us. The owner provided excellent communication throughout the trip. Only complaint is the side closest the general store gets a lot of light pollution at night from the store and parking lot lights. The boys were able to watch their sports while the ladies and kids got to watch their shows and cartoons. The two kitchens are amazing!! Its a very nice location the beach view is everything. The host are very kind, professional and fast at responding. The house is beautifully decorated not too much and not empty so its the perfect balance.
A few suggestions I would give though are maybe having little soap bars in the bathrooms. Painting the circle picnic table. A few more kitchen gadgets like maybe a shredder , garlic press, a mixer nothing fancy but one that will get the job done. Other than that we as a family we really enjoyed it and want to make this a annual tradition.

We found a wooden stick inserted in the start button, which was a makeshift solution to start the dryer. But it was very tricky to hit the stick at the right spot to get it going. Fortunately one of our family members had the magic touch and was able to do it when we needed; but it was a hassle to have to rely on her to do laundry. All of these items were communicated to the owner and I'm confident she will address the concerns (if not already solved)! Oh, and one other suggestion - It would have been nice to have a blender in the kitchen for frozen drinks. We ended up buying an inexpensive single glass one from Walmart for $40 and left it there for future guests. It was a wonderful stay for our entire family!

Our extended family all came together in this great house that accommodated all our needs. Double living, dinning rooms & kitchens wet key for housing our family reunion. Six bedrooms, each with multiple & comfortable beds was great in housing our big crowd. Communication with the owner was easy and very informative. The location of this house was amazing being that the general store & ice cream shop was just a few steps away. We hardly had to leave our house. We look forward in staying in this home next year as we plan our family reunion again!

Our extended family all came together in this great house that accommodated all our needs. Double living, dinning rooms & kitchens wet key for housing our family reunion. Six bedrooms, each with multiple & comfortable beds was great in housing our big crowd. Communication with the owner was easy and very informative. The location of this house was amazing being that the general store & ice cream shop was just a few steps away. We hardly had to leave our house. We look forward in staying in this home next year as we plan our family reunion again!

We loved the house and location. This house has everything needed to have a wonderful stay at the beach. We loved the location and the fact that it is located next to a beach store and general store. The house is very spacious and provides the opportunity to spend quality time with family but still have privacy when you want quiet time to yourself. Everything was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful with any needs we had and was very efficient when getting things done. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.
