Belle résidence rénovée avec soin à 3 min de l'Ocean

Petite résidence récemment rénovée avec balcon aménagé. Appartement traversant donc on profite de la fraîcheur du vent du large. A 3 min de la plage à pied dans une rue à sens unique, idéal pour les enfants. Très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Acceuil parfait de Céline et encore merci pour le gâteau Basque.

Rien à dire, peu être un peu de bruit lap} nuit car c est sur le chemin du retour de la plage pour les jeunes. Mais vraiment rien d inquiétant, c est plutôt marrant de les écouter 10 secondes le temps qu ils passent.

Limpieza: impoluto Nos dejaron una tarta de manzana de bienvenida. Equipamiento de la cocina: todo lo necesario (horno, lavavajillas con varias pastillas de lavado, cafetera con varias cápsulas, cazos, cuchillos afilados, hervidor... solo faltaba una batidora) Nos sorprendió que la cama estuviera sin hacer, nos dejaron las sábanas con un precinto de plástico, garantía de haberlas limpiado (lo comento porque hay otros alojamientos que no te dejan ni sábanas ni toallas...)

El agua caliente es limitada, funciona con un acumulador de agua.

Perfect location for walking around Vieux-Boucau

- The location is perfect for access to the beach and to the downtown area (5 minutes either direction). I parked my car upon arrival and didn't move it until I left, as everything I wanted to visit was accessible on foot. - The pillows are a nice mix of softer and harder ones. - The balcony is lovely. - The ability to bring down the blinds to let wind in during the day without heating the room is great. - The gateau basque waiting upon entering is a charming welcome gift. Merci beaucoup :)

- Oddly, the shower water was very hot, even when set to its coldest setting. (I tried multiple settings but it only got more boiling unfortunately). Not sure why that was, but given the heatwave it would have been nice to take a colder shower. Regardless, I was only there for 2 nights so I didn't feel the need to ask about it. - Other than that, I personally felt the towels to be a bit small & thin, so luckily I had brought my own with me.

Memorable stay in Vieux Boucaut

The property was superb for its location only 5 minutes’ walk to stunning white-sand beach and good restaurants and bars; the quiet and tranquil environment of the building and neighborhood; the impressive value of a beautifully furnished and sparkling clean apartment with large terrace, great natural light and beautiful views of the countryside. The apartment was fully equipped with kitchen supplies. The linens and towels were superior quality. Most important, the property manager Celine was thoughtful, efficient, extremely responsive and made our stay memorable. She is extraordinary! Vieux Boucaut is a small town with loads of ambiance. We plan to return to Lou Cout soon!

Great location, simply decorated and furnished apartment

Excellent location very close to the beach. 5 minute walk away from town with supermarkets, restaurants etc. Excellent comms with Céline. Loved the balcony, it was just a little cool for sitting outdoors when we visited mid-May '23. A tart had been left for us, and there were a couple of coffee capsules each which was fabulous. There was a washing machine - great for cyclists passing through!

Amazing time near the ocean

Amazing apartment near the ocean. The hosts were pleasant and very hospitable, we found a delicious cake at check-in as a welcome gift. The apartment is comfortable, with a terrace and all stuff you need to live. Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive if we needed something. Great place to relax by the ocean or ride on a bike. Also, the neighbours were really kind and friendly. Love this place, and want to visit it again.

Apartment very close to the beach!

Apartment very close to the beach. A parking place is available in front of the apartment. The host replies promptly. We were welcomed with a regional cake - that was a very nice touch!

Wi-Fi did not work. It was not clear from the beginning how the check-in and check-out works, but the host replied quickly. The parking space is small. Be prepared to make your bed and remove the sheets on check-out.

Céline is a great host, she‘s very flexible and easygoing, you can call her and she‘ll help you with anything. You have a nice cake and a very welcoming information booklet with some insoder advices. The location is great, 5 min to the beach and 10 min to the marketplace where you find shops and restaurants. Also there is a nice walk around the lake just minutes away from the apartment. You catch sun on the little terrace from around 12 to 6 afternoon. When we arrived everything was ready and clean.

The kitchen is missing some good knifes, there were no bicycles available which would have been great, the wifi was not always the best

A comfortable and very enjoyble stay.

We very very happy with our 3 nights stay and only wish we could stay longer. The location of the apartment was near the beach. It was on the ground floor, which did not provide with a view, but was very convenient, our car parked up front. The apartment was well equipped and very thoughtfully designed. Our grown up children were both comfortable in the living room while we enjoyed a very good bed in the bedroom. Large balcony was lovely. Having an oven and a washing machine was a big plus. We are very grateful for the comfortable stay few minutes walking distance from the beach.

Some youngsters were very loud passing by on the street at night, but that was a small price to pay for the central location.

Recommended!

Great apartment in a lovely seaside village. 2 min walk to the beach and some eateries with a nice view. The apartment is clean and neat with all the required goodies. Interaction with the owner was friendly and uncomplicated. We even had a welcome pastry waiting on the table for us :-) All in all a wonderful experience, our only gripe was that we could not stay longer, as we had to move on.

A great place to stay: close to the beach, clean and everything you need is immediately available. The hosts are nice and gave us a warm welcome! Parking could be difficult some time - but theres a big parking nearby.
