Everything about the house was lovely. We really liked the layout as it was easy to come in from the beach, hose down and get all the sand off and shower in the outside shower. The garage is next to the yard so we could just wheel our cart into the garage and put towels straight in the washing machine. The kitchen had plenty of storage and was fully equipped. The living room was pleasant and comfortable and the bedrooms and beds very comfortable. The short walk to the beach was ideal and easy. We got up early several mornings and went to the beach to watch the sunrise - and walk the dog on the beach. On top of all that there is a back porch which has the sun in the evenings and a nice grill. Everything was comfortable, Convenient and easy. Would highly recommend!

This little beach house was the perfect spot to call home for our stay during bike week. Close to the strip, but far enough away from the noise. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. Questions to the owner were answered in a timely manner. The place was clean. She left covers for the furniture so that the dog could sit with us. She really thought of everything. We would love to stay here again.

This would be the perfect home for someone who is bringing their four-legged best friend with them on the trip. That being said, my husband and I were hoping for a relaxing, romantic getaway without our pets. The whole house smelled like a dog kennel, especially the couch. We tried spraying air freshener but it didn't help. We were unable to sit on the couch due to the strong odor. Also, the front door is blocked by the couch, so there's only one exit and it's far from the bedrooms. This is a terrible danger if there's a fire in the home, especially at night or in the kitchen. If the house didn't smell and wasn't unsafe, I think it would have been great. The location is excellent and the house is cute.

Close to beach, dog friendly,. Watch dishes, found 2 in cabinet that were dirty, both glasses. Needs bore kitchen towels. Home was clean, older style ranch, quiet, close to water, great for the guest we had for dinner and card play. Would rent again.

The perfect place!

I came to Ormond Beach with my husband, two teen daughters and our two dogs. The house is so cute! There’s plants of room for everyone and it has everything you need. The outside shower is awesome. It’s not your run of the mill rinse off shower like at a pool, it actually has hot and cold water. The backyard is really pretty and perfect for dogs. The walk to the beach is so short! We loved the neighborhood and how close everything is. Daytona is down the street and we went to St Augustine one night for dinner and a tour of the city. Kristen is amazing and she’s great at communicating with you. She puts you at ease, and explained everything. We had so much fun and will definitely come back!

Perfect spot for a long weekend with family. Short walk to the beach. Play ground walking distance also. Wonderful neighborhood and our pups enjoyed the fenced yard. The whole family enjoyed the outdoor shower! The house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

You will not find a better value in the greater Daytona Beach area. My wife commented many times about the amenities and how this unit is truly like a home away from home. A very short walk to the beach and convenience store. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Grilling and enjoying the ocean breeze from the back deck was the perfect way to end each day. I much prefer this location to the six or seven others where I’ve stayed on my visits. The hosts were so prompt to respond to questions and accommodating.

We really loved staying here with our family, friends and fur babies. The home is very well equipped, comfortable and in a great location.The outdoor shower was one of our favorite amenities and the pups enjoyed the fenced backyard. The owners have done an exceptional job with the property and we will definitely stay here again.

We found the home to be very clean and comfortable. We were busy during our visit but found time to have a cozy evening in and watch movies and enjoy the home. The location is great and close to many of the key places that Ormond has to offer. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for an easy and comfortable experience. We also loved the back yard and deck. Awesome place. Thanks.

What a great time we had in this 3 bedroom home! Fenced back yard for the kiddos was a plus! Kristen very responsive to questions and responded quickly. Met next door neighbors on last day. I hope to come back to this VRBO, neighbor was a wealth of information about things to see and do. Kristen, thanks for sharing your home with us! Great beaches and restaurants near by!

Adorable house walking distance to Ormond Beach

My friends and I had a wonderful experience renting this house for Memorial Day weekend! Kristen was a great host even from my first interactions with her when I messaged her to ask about the third bedroom. She was extremely responsive and detailed, and the place was exactly as described: 3 good-sized bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and 2 doubles. The house had everything we needed, and we really loved the fenced in backyard that our 2 mini Australian Shepherds enjoyed. The grill had a full propane tank before we arrived, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The house is located in a little neighborhood barely 2 blocks from Ormond Beach, and pretty close to some restaurants and bars nearby (awesome live music and food/drinks at Riptides!). We felt very safe walking the entire weekend. Checking in and out was super easy, with very detailed instructions left in the house. Thank you Kristen for a great holiday weekend for me and my friends!
