About this house rental

All-Decked-out - is about lake views, family, and a little privacy. It is our Oasis from the busy hustle of life. Offering a great view from the east facing deck , gentle walk to the water, large inviting family gathering area, as well as deck seating areas outside the main level master and queen guest bedrooms are perfect for quiet morning coffee.
We have 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks as well as a cornhole game for outdoor fun!

Home is well kept, clean, plenty of room for family to be together and space to give to those who want a little quite time. Kids loved the bunk-beds and the gaming space. Open kitchen and living area so that when we fixed meals, we were still able to be together. Great outdoor space to make smores in the fire pit. Mornings were so peaceful off the deck. Watching deer, geese, ducks, squirrels.......quite, birds were really singing. The stars at night were so bright. Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to spend with our family. I needed a rest from all the noise and I'm sure I will be visiting this place again.

We've rented a lakehouse every summer for the past 10 years and this very well may be the best overall package We've found. Ease of water access, proximity to marinas and boat ramps, home layout, and owner interaction were great. We had family members from 18 months to 60 yrs old and all enjoyed their stay. The kayaks and firepit were a hit with the kids. Beach is great and easily slopes for swimming and as the listing states perch fishing was amazing right from the shoreline. House was very clean, tidy, and nicely furnished but not cluttered with excess for young kids to be messing with all the time. Owner was prompt in response to any questions we had. Will be on our list to book again when we head to Table Rock next time around!

What an amazing getaway! Close enough to what you need but far enough away to see the stars! If this place had wifi, it would have been the perfect spot! A beach right out the back door. Plenty of room to do whatever you want and plenty of rocks for skipping! We had a party of 8, and there was plenty of space for more! Perfectly spaced between Branson and Eureka Springs! I definitely hope to return someday!

The home was very clean, the view was absolutely gorgeous of the lake and the marina was close. Perfect for our large family getaway, property owner was beyond generous and let us check in a little early so our niece had time to get ready before her wedding! We loved it so so much and if it had been available would have stayed an extra day. This home will likely be something we look at yearly for our family fall vacation.

The front door knob/all sliding doors need a shot of WD-40. Very hard to get them to turn/close/lock. That stove is crazy! Took 2 hours to make baked potatoes but then burnt the frozen pizzas. 😂 We had planned on grilling steaks and soon realized the grill was out of propane. Ok, no biggie, there was another tank. But for a group of 40-50 yr old women, we could not get the propane tank off to change it and there was no basic toolbox to help us. Maybe keep a wrench hanging on a hook or something? Also, we noticed a couple outdoor lightbulbs were out and/or missing. (If you were not aware) Overall, we were VERY impressed with your home and would actually love to book it in the future. We were thinking July 2024. Please let us know when your schedule drops for that season.

The location is far enough away that makes it so peaceful but close enough to be in either Branson or Eureka Springs in no time. The house is well maintained and clean. Coffee in the morning on the deck was the best!!!!!

I booked this trip for my spouses 40th birthday. The views from the deck are amazing. The pictures do not do this house justice. Everyone was beyond impressed with the overall experience. You cannot find anything better than this. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place to do it in. We are definitely coming back!

We loved this place! The property was perfect, right on the lake. So Clean and the beds were comfy. Slept great! We would definitely recommend staying here. Big "M" Marina has an awesome restaurant and helpful boat rental. 5 Stars all around!

We really enjoyed staying at Eagle Rock. The house was very clean and right by the water. We were able to have a campfire every night (bring your own firewood) and we used the kayaks in the cove right by the house when we had good weather. The area is very quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to get away!

The house is beautiful! Everything you could think of was provided! Google directions took us straight to the front door! We had such a relaxing stay. The kayak's were so fun! There was a beautiful dog that visited us every day and was so calm and loving! We saw tons of squirrels and even an armadillo scamper across the yard! We noticed that the paddleboat was broken, looks like the steering wheel or lever had been broken off. So sad we really wanted to use it. The grill was an added bonus for sure! We used it every day! We couldn't figure out how to get the bug zappers to come on. It looks like the outlet they were plugged into was damaged as there was black charring on it. We enjoyed smores around the fire pit!!! The kids were not too pleased that there was no wifi, but it didn't bother the rest of us one bit to be unplugged for a couple of day! LOL Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely keep this one in our books to rent in the future!!! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful properthy with us!!

This was the MOST awesome rental place we have ever rented.. Right on the lake, quiet location.... Very nice views from the deck... House was very well furnished, with most everything you need for cooking inside and out.. We were 2 couples with 3 children. Was the perfect size for us.. Will definitely save this place for future vacations... 👍🏻👍🏻

This house is a great location. On the weekdays with fewer boats on the water you can kayak to the cliffs but you have to bring your own life vests. The view is really nice. Due to the timing of our trip the trash can outside was full and we couldn't put any trash from the kitchen out until the day we left. Some kitchen utensils need replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
