GENERAL INFORMATION - This is a quaint condo village in a beautiful setting with your own private picnic tables, BBQ grills and swimming pool. Couples or small families will love this beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a large couch in the living room. This is not a condo with everything in one room (bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, etc.) like the mega-complex down the road!
And this condo is literally steps to the Port Aransas beach via your own private boardwalk. Grab your stuff and head out to the beach or enjoy a little quiet time on your own 2nd level balcony sipping the beverage of your choice in your colorful Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the multiple ocean peek-a-boo views you get from this condo or take a refreshing dip in the community swimming pool. It is a small complex, so no fighting the crowds for parking, pool space, or the trails to get to the beach here!
When you want to explore, this location is so close to almost everything you will want to do in Port Aransas, including fishing, golfing, dining, shopping or viewing nature preserves. There are pamphlets and brochures in the condo showing what restaurants are here and what is happening in Port A to help get you started on your Port A adventure. Time to start enjoying the good life!
INSIDE THE CONDO
With the 2 queen size beds in the one bedroom plus a large couch in the living area, this condo is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a fun family trip. A beautifully decorated and clean condo with festive beach colors and tasteful art. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do.
In the living room is a large very comfortable couch, coffee table and a huge new 48” TV for catching up on the news or one of your favorite programs. Enjoy your very own private cinema! Don't forget the popcorn!
If you need to wash your clothes, a new front load stacked washer/dryer is in the unit for all your washing needs. It is conveniently located in the back of your bathroom. Laundry detergent and cling free dryer sheets are on the shelf next to it. No need to go searching for the community laundromat and fight the crowds.
The kitchen includes a gas range with 4 burners, microwave, blender, and a standard coffee maker (not Keurig). It also includes brand new kitchen supplies including frying pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups, silverware, wine glasses-both red and white, drinking glasses, and a beautiful set of tumblers perfect for enjoying a nice drink by the pool.
In the living area, there is plenty of counter space at the breakfast bar that easily seats 2 to 3 people. The dining table seats 2 or you can head down to your private picnic area and enjoy your food cooked on one of the several brand new charcoal BBQ grills.
THE LOCATION
Just a quick walk to the Gulf Coast, this condo is made for beach enthusiasts. If you need to drop off large umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, etc. to the beach, there is a beach access road just two blocks west of the condo. If it is restaurants that you are looking for, there are many excellent seafood, pasta, pizza and other style restaurants within a few minute drive. There are fishing charters, water parks, nature reserves, a golf course, and many other adventures to be had. It’s time to start yours!

Before arrival, you will be provided with your personal keyless entry code to easily access the condo. No keys to worry about and we change the lock code after every visit. If you are interested in checking in early or checking out late, please contact me and I’ll let you know if it’s available.
All rentals include city/state taxes of 13%. A charge of $200 will be made on your credit card and released once the condo unit has been inspected for damage or lost items. Many condos charge you a non-refundable $59 Property Damage Protection insurance policy which drives up your cost, so we do what we can to help keep your rates low. I appreciated the proximity to the beach. We were able to load up a wagon and walk there down the path. The condo was clean, though it did have a strong odor. I'm guessing that was due to the cleaning materials. William said he would look into it. He's very responsive. The beds are squeaky but didn't make sleeping uncomfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you need to use it to prepare food. Communication with William was excellent. He provided lots of detailed information for the whole stay.

The condo was perfect for a family with 2 small children. Very clean and modern. The host, William, was amazing. Texted us several times before our arrival and during our stay. Provided information about all the local activities. I highly recommend this condo.

Really enjoyed our stay just a short walk to the beach. Condo had everything anyone could want already there. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and lots of extras. Bath and beach towels ready for fun in the sun lol and washer and dryer in condo was so convenient helping with the clean up. Beds were comfortable. Everything you could need was already there - dish and dishwasher soap, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Communication with management was wonderful. Go ahead and book this one, you'll be glad you did. I will be returning soon!!

3 adult women- girls getaway for 4 nights. Great communication with owner, condo was small but very clean and kitchen was well supplied. Short 5-7 min walk to beach, nice small condo community and pool. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!
Condo is older- like many in the area, and while there are some nice upgrades, parts are showing it's age. Beds were incredibly squeaky as some mentioned previously but we found them comfortable- just REALLY noisy. Condo has a very awkward layout- front door enters directly into bedroom. Fine for a short term rental, but very odd, offering no "privacy" in bedroom if needed. It is on 2nd floor, no elevator.
I'd rate this overall as a 4.5 rental, no big complaints!

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Since we took so much stuff to the beach, we drove most days down. Such fun! An evening stroll to the beach for the full moon was easy and nice. Home is roomy and comfortable for lounging around. The pool was fun but not as warm as the ocean—haha! Good for cocktail time!

Excellent stay
My husband, myself and our 2 children had a FABULOUS time! The condo was perfect for what we needed! The location was great and we had no issues with noises or other residents. The pooo was pretty warm so not very refreshing but the beach was our primary focus anyways so that wasn’t an issue. The ability to run a dishwasher and do laundry while there was so nice! We had pretty much everything we needed for 3 nights! Absolutely 10/10 recommend staying at this condo!

Only complaint, nothing to do with the condo, the restaurant situation. I'm glad we created a menu for our week stay. We tried a few restaurants for lunch and dinner and there just isn't enough help to accommodate visitors on the island. If you don't mind waiting two hours in line then these restaurants are for you. Be smart, create a menu for lunch and dinner and save money. Grills are available at the condo.

Clean, convenient and affordable!
We enjoyed our stay at the Seamist condos. The property was very clean, had a great parking and the pool was perfect for our 6 year old. William was a great communicator and gave us all the info we needed for check in and check out and also local things! We would definitely stay again!

It was my first and probably last VRBO! We rented Seamist Condo #127 & was miserable for the entire week! First, we THOUGHT it was downstairs which would have been great because of previous knee surgery but when I confirmed w/our host he said it was upstairs but that we would be fine because he too has had surgery on his knee and he could handle it. So basically it fell on deaf ears. We we walked in everything looked amazing! They thought of everything!!!...UNTIL...we sat on the furniture! The couch & chair LOOKED very comfortable but when you sat on it, within 15 min., the cushions lost all Fluff & the wood on the front of the couch laid on the back of your knees & before you knew it your legs would go numb. (Seriously!) ..then, both queen beds were the old spring style mattresses & caved to the center & I won't even mention how loud they were when you moved. We are 50ish yrs old & we hurt SO BAD every morning that we didn't feel like doing anything because we didn't sleep well & just plain felt horrible! It was pointless to complain while staying because it wasn't like he was going to replace the furniture while we were there. I told him all about it when we checked out & was thanked for my feedback & he said he purchased the condos last summer & he tries to correct issues based on feedback. In other words he uses US as his guinea pigs! Why would you purchase a CONDO that you will be renting out and not check for issues BEFORE you rent? This was our 11th yr. Wedding anniversary & we come to Port Aransas 2 times a year. This was single handedly,, the worse EVER! I will NEVER rent from William (host) again!

Secondly, they are very strict with the check in and check out time. We were told that do not arrive before 4:00 PM. When we arrived at 4:00 PM the condo was not ready, the cleaning service was still working on the apartment. We were able to get in until 4: 20; we were expecting to have the same treatment at check out and be granted with those 20 minutes, so we can leave at 11:20, but not; they were sending reminders about do not forget to leave at 11:00 and let me know when you left the condo, etc...
Finally, the pictures suggested that the condo is right next to the "bridge" to the beach,. but you still have to walk a little to get there.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! It was a quiet spot with very friendly neighbors. We enjoyed walks on the beach including sunrises. The beach is spacious and mostly not crowded except maybe Saturdays. Great restaurants and lots of free fun to be had. We’ll be back. Thanks!
