Dimora Tirrenia is nestled in the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. The narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, famous for its ancient dwellings “trulli”, enlisted in the UNESCO world heritage list since 1996. 40 kms north our guests can visit the archaeological park of Egnazia, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative old towns and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests will find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south they can explore the Marine protected area of Torre Guaceto, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco.
Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particularly known for its “Sassi” (ancient cave dwellings) and nominated European capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (36 km) and Bari (103 km) are the closest airports to Ostuni while the train station is only 4 km away.

Initially sounds good as obviously run as a group so plenty of emails offering trips and other extras.
Very poor communication from then on. We had to chase the rep to arrange to get in.
We waited 30 minutes after the arranged time for the rep to arrive. On way in it was obvious that the property was not well maintained. Bushes all overgrown, litter everywhere and path to the property covered in leaves abd uneven with poor lighting at night. Steep steps also.
Apartment was filthy with dead insects all over the floor. The rep was pleasant enough and told us not to leave door open even for short periods or lots of insects will get in. ( we ended up with loas of bites). Tv only had a couple of Arab channels and fridge full of previous guests things and needed defrosting.
The rep left and then came back to tell us the pool was broken but we could use the small at one of the other properties.
The pool was tiny, water filthy and path to it overgrown and blocked. Only a couple of mismatched pieces of furniture.
Then looked at google reviews which were saying all the same things and the most recent one was the day we arrived from a party who refused to stay in it and booked somewhere else.
Extremely poor stay. Please look at google reviews and do not stay here. Do not look at their website as video was obviously taken years ago.
