Cleanliness is good, check in is easy, bed is comfortable and there are plenty of comfortable places to sit. There is also a very nice sea view of Alexandria.
It is still very overpriced considering the average salary of Egyptians. The location is central and quite decent.
The internet is absolutely disgraceful! The property is effectively Western prices so to have internet that bad is extremely poor. I am a remote worker and I had to purchase mobile data to compensate.
The appalling speeds are attached below. This is easily the worst internet in Egypt possibly even the world.
The apartment also gets very cold.

- Great location in the center of old Alexandria districts.
- Nice Decor.
- Good types of appliance "Big TV led screen with free satellite channels, automatic clothes washer, small fridge, small microwave, gas surface cooker, gas water heater for bathroom and kitchen".
- Good electricity setup "main electricity board include over and low voltage protection unit with auto recovery".
- Good Internet WIFI connection.
- Good beds which provide a good sleep quality.
- Seems that air conditions regular summer maintenance did not happened before our stay as we faced water leaking from living area and the second bedroom air conditions which required a phone call with owner agent and he repair it after one night from our stay while we were out of the property.
- Elevator plastic chip did not work most of times (it worked only 3 times during our one week stay) so, one of us used to get on stairs, then when he reach the 9 floor or the ground floor he calls the others on mobile phone asking them to get in the elevator then he calls the elevator from elevator panel to get the others down or up.
- Mid of the week they informed us that elevator will be off from 5 pm to 7 pm on daily bases.
- There is a need to place curtain on living area window need for privacy and to eliminate sun reflection on TV screen during midday time.
- Bad smell is coming out of kitchen pluming, i checked it and it seems that the plumer who set sink plume connections did know the importance of doing swivel-p trap in pluming connection tube to prevent bad smell from going back from building main pluming tube inside the property.
- The second bedroom does not contain wardrobe.
- Ironing table is not usable.

the house is in a side street and at first looked a bit run down. but it is a very nice and lovely neighbourhood. we felt very welcomed and super save.
the apartment looks exactly like on the pictures.
the whole team was very helpful, especially Mohamed and Nada who helped organise our drive from Cairo airport.

We were met and escorted to the unit. We appreciated the travel directions given to our taxi driver
Freezer could not be used as it was iced up

Old building and on the 9th floor - great view - but had a lift. Apartment ok - basic but had everything we needed

The location was terrific as to things in Alexandria but horrible in it immediate location (below). The furnishings were attractive and the view very good. We were reasonably happy with everything and Nada's attentions and suggestions
The kitchen was not well supplied to actually cook but the microwave was useful for heating up restaurant takeaways. The couches were only 15 cm off the ground, so not comfortable for those unused to them. BUT walking to and from the apartment was awful. Near the front door the garbage littered street extended along a path to some steep stairs, also littered with garbage. There was a large garbage (tip), cement walls open on one side, where raw garbage was thrown. Many cats and dogs rummaged for edibles and many rats could not have been far away. Egypt has a huge garbage problem but this example sickened us.

We loved that the place was located close to a popular street and there were plenty of food options close by as well as many sightseeing spots and tourist places. It was a nice and calm area. It was very easy to order an Uber and go just about anywhere. There were also a ton of kiosks closeby which we used to get a quick snack and drinking water. There was also a Costa Coffeeshop about 700 meters away from the apartment which was great.
The only problems with the place were the water pressure in the shower and the neighbors. The water pressure in the shower was weak and that was a little inconvenient. However, there was constant hot water running. As for the neighbors, I know it is out of the management's control but they were very loud and at one instant played very loud music at night while cleaning their apartment and the common corridor.

This was a heart-opening apartment. It was just perfect. Pictures were as of actual, and what was more special were the bedrooms. We just loved the apartment. We wished to stay more than just a night in this beautiful apartment. Building is surrounded by different shops. We just walked to Carrefour, which is around 10 minutes walk. The view from the apartment was amazing; it is overlooking the city.

The location was perfect and the decor of the place was beautiful!!

Comfy place, nice interior, washing machine and able to cook. Everything we needed.
Shower was cold and flat was hard to find + location if flat felt a bit dodgy.
8.0
The apartment was very clean, many facilities such as a washing machine. A bit far from the coastline but the street 2 minutes down the building was full of restaurants and places to go eat and have a drink.
If you want to be close to the coastline, citadel etc you might wanna choose somewhere closer. Also the price for the night isn't cheap.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures on booking.com. The owners made a lot of clever choices for decor, and everything looks brand new. All three AC units work great! The view is spectacular. The building the flat is in is well maintained, and the elevator works well. The flat was also walking distance from several sights we wanted to see.
This is not in the hosts control, but it should be noted that the street the apartment is on is full of trash and smells bad. There is also a lot of construction happening on it, and we were awoken at about 3:00 am one night to the sound of drills.
Unfortunately, as two women traveling without a man, we also felt uncomfortable with the man who handled our check in and check out process. We exchanged WhatsApp information in order to coordinate our arrival and departure (as per the policy of the property). My friend then got several messages a day from the employee, averaging about one every four hours. These were not related to the apartment- he asked her about our plans and joked that he would go out with us one night. This excessively familiar communication from a man who we knew to have a key to our apartment felt eerie. I would caution the hosts to have a conversation with their staff about proper etiquette when communicating with female travelers. Even if he did not mean any harm, it should be noted that this sort of messaging can make women feel unsafe- especially in a city where we didn't know anyone.

Spacious, well equipped, great view
The street was very dirty/smelly and we felt a bit weirdly looked at by some folks

The communication prior to staying was excellent. Two gentlemen met us at the pinned location and helped us with our suitcases to walk up some stairs and enter the smaller streets where the hotel was situated. They were friendly and helpful and gave us all the necessary information for staying there. We loved the decor on the lounge with the walls covered in fabric and the lovely detailing behind the bed in the main bedroom. The bunks were really sturdy for the children. Some information about the sights in the local area were supplied. We requested a half an hour change in check out time at the end and the property was really accommodating.
There was a lovely new washing machine but no real way to hang out any washing that we could see. Perhaps this could be explained somewhere or a clothing stand supplied.

The room itself is a gem, hidden away in a building that you'd never find on your own. Like magic. The facility staff will meet you at a coffee shop to show you the way, after which you uncover the amazing room and beautiful view. Very special spot to hideaway while taking the time to get to know Alexandria. Highly reccommend!
We also arrived to Alexandria after midnight, yet the staff had no issue meeting with us to show us the way. Excellent, really.
One of the beds had hair in it, presumably from the previous occupants. In all fairness, it's possible that the bed looked untouched enough to keep the sheets on it between stays - but nonetheless, it was somewhat offputting.

I liked the decor of the apartment, the view, the location, the host and the kitchen
it would be very comfortable for a family of 4
the kitchen was well equipped. the only thing missing was a coffee pot but if you are a fan of instant coffee you could make that
there was a bit of pressure to return by check out to collect my bags. this was disappointing since my arrival time the day before was delayed due to flight cancellation so I was hoping to spend the entire day touring Alexandria before leaving but I was rushing around on check out day

Place and location as described. The advantage is the good location. There are many places to shop and eat nearby.
In the case of using the apartment by one person, there may be a problem with turning on the hot water.

The property itself was amazing, lovely view, modern bathroom and bedroom with all the amenities you might need.
The whole staff was great specially Mr. Sabry who waited for us for too long.(Because of the horrible train service around New year’s eve)
Nothing really much
7.0
Location is walking distance to market, restaurants and seasides
Bed are comfortable and all amenities are as advertise
1. Shower were blocks, so the water wont go away for sometimes. Your foot will dip into the shower water. It was 3 of us and it kindda not ideal to take shower after another.
2. No luggage keeping service. So after check out or if u arrive early, u wont be able to keep ur luggage there.
3. Im not so comfortable with the way the host communicating (mayb bcoz of culture difference and personal preference). On the day we supposed to check in, we took train from cairo to alexanderia and the whole day the host keep calling and whatappsing us non stop. It really are too much. On the check out day, he advice us which nearby hotel we can keep our luggage and it was a wrong info (the hotel wont keep luggage even if we want to pay). And what offended me is the host said: u shoulndt travel with many luggages. U stay just 2 nights just bring back pack". Firstly it was non of his business and FYI we were travelling around egypt for a month and before that we were in asia and to be continue to europe!!!
