Went to Seattle for a concert at T-Mobile Park. Was there for a week. The house is older but have charm! We had no issues during our stay. We communicated with the host before and during our stay. Everything matched what was described / as seen. We really liked the location. It was near a lot of things and easy to access Downtown as well as the other areas. We got around mostly using the scooters which was a blast, Seattle has a great bike road system. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Loud neighborhood with very warm warm rooms. Large two bedrooms with good beds. Kitchen and bathrooms are adequate. Bathroom had mold on sink.

Nice place good location. Check in was easy.
Good value. Place a little run down and outside a bit unkempt made me pause on booking from the Google Street view but glad I did.

Not gonna lie, the area is a little rough but we didn’t encounter any issues and loved the ease of walking to the city and local restaurants. The owner is super friendly and fast to respond to questions. He has added special touches with lovely art and comfy bedroom amenities. This is not luxe but lovingly cared for and absolutely functional. Would stay again.

The first thing you see as you stop in front of the house is the graffiti on the front gate. Then the smell kicks in when you open the first door. The overwhelming smell of urine is all around you. There was trash left behind on shelves, dirty laundry under the bed. Walked into an open window that not only had no screen, but it didn’t have a lock either. The neighborhood does not feel safe, so there’s no way I could stay there without basic safety measures like locking windows. The host was terrible, just blamed it on the housekeeper, the prior tenant, etc. I ended up paying $1000 to stay in a hotel. Lasted 10 minutes in this place.

This is an old, spacious place with good sized bedrooms which is well located for downtown Seattle - you could walk but bus stops and and a first hill tram stop are really close.
The appearance from the street did give us a shock - with graffiti on the gate and an over grown garden, but once inside and up the stairs to the apartment we were comfortable. For light sleepers the road noise in the front bedroom might be problematic.
The communication from the host was excellent, and for the location and price point this is a good place to stay.

Great home and a wonderful place to stay. Host has great communication and everything was very clear. Not in the heart of Seattle but easy to get to. Closer to Seattle U, which offers great restaurants and stores

Super clean and perfect for what we needed. The location seemed a little sketchy at first but we had no issues. Home had tons of character. Would definitely recommend.

Sufficient for short stays. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but had no issues with anything or anyone. Water was hot, the towels and showers were clean. That’s all we needed. 15-20 minutes to airport. Well worth the price. The host was easily accessible if I had any questions.

Centrally located. Good comms with owner. Cozy place.

A good and big apartment. Cold, but there are heating fans. Comfortable beds.

We were impressed with the apartment when we went to visit on the first day, however since my daughter was 33 weeks pregnant at the time she could not make it up and down the older steep stairs very easily. We were not able to stay even for one night, but were given a 50% refund minus the fees even though we could not cancel until after our first booking day. The host was very understanding of our circumstances.

Older widely-spaced house with no residual heat at least at 65 degrees to help the small individual heaters heat the rooms. No heat in bathroom at all. Had to move one in there. Need hand rail going down the old steep steps. I am older and balancing not to fall daily was a chore. My room ONLY ONE OUTLET WORKED...BEHIND THE BED. Otherwise, appreciate it being so close to Harborview Hospital to visit my son. Thank you. J. McLean

The place was good the only thing I would say it’s that since the place is old and it’s cold there’s heaters but power went out with the heater

Good location and really felt part of the local community. Accommodation is in an old house which has been divided into four separate units.
Ours was a two bedroom unit on the second floor. The unit is very spacious and quite well provisioned. We were concerned about street parking but whenever we needed it we managed to find a spot overnight outside the front:-).
Would benefit with a washer dryer. But otherwise all good at an affordable price.

The unit is in an older house with character. Our group of four had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. There are a few things that could make the unit better. The futon needs linens for the pillows and duvet. The bedrooms were fine. One of the bedrooms had no mirror for getting ready, Overall we really enjoyed it. I would consider staying again if I had a large group. Thank you.

Wanted to spend a couple of days in Seattle to sightsee before getting on a cruise ship. We either walked, took Lyft , or bus to all destinations. Walking could be challenging for some due to the very steep hills. However, the accommodations were very pleasant and the owner was very reachable. Beware, there is a hospital just down the street and the front bedroom does hear the noise from ambulance sirens. Also, when the owner states parking is a challenge, they are serious. It's a good thing we did not have a car to worry about this.

10 - 15 minutes walk to downtown. Spacious apartment can easily fit up to 6 people. The host is very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed for the weekend for Comicon. The manager was super helpful and very communicative. The place was very clean. The only thing was if you are staying in the winter/when it's cold out, the heat isn't on until you turn it on. We didn't get in until late that first night and it took a while for it to warm up. After it gets warmed up, it's great.

It was lovely, accessible to public transportation and the manager was gracious.

The apartment was clean, we were able to communicate quickly with the host any time of day, and the heating worked well as described. The host was extremely accommodating and the location was central to a lot of great public transit routes. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for walking to restaurants with old Seattle home feel.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Lumen Field and the waterfront. Easy access to and from the airport. Property is dated, but was clean, and the property owner was excellent at responding to communication.

Great location in Capital Hill, so much nearby to see and do, as well as so close to downtown. Spacious rooms, property manager was always one step ahead of me, and we all slept great. I would totally stay there again.

Stayed here for a night. Was very clean but definitely felt like a college apt

This was a basic apartment but it was clean and spacious. No issues and owner was communicative. When we did not get instructions to check in immediately, the owner sent them over quickly after I asked. Overall good spot.

Overall was excellent. Lot of stairs to rental. Clean and comfy beds. Nice big kitchen we did not use. Really great towels. Close to coffee shops and university. Quick Uber to downtown or port.

Disappointing. Was informed that heating all came from the kitchen with doors open to each bedroom AFTER confirming booking.
Apartment very run down, stained and dirty furniture, I’ll-equipped.
I would not recommend this property, or stay here again.

Went to the Seahawks game so didn’t spend much time in the property. Beds were comfy, all of them and the house was clean and cozy. Would stay again.

All pans and pots were very dirty. The apart was very hot. The food heating with gas without exhaust fan was not helping. But location close to waterfront was very good, spacious apart and good communication with the host.

Great!
Awesome place, just watch your step on those back stairs! Also a couple of questionable folks living across the street going by the cars at night but that's not the fault of the property owner. Just something to know

Cute with character!
Not your typical gentrified Seattle experience. This property is authentically old, but well kept. We appreciated the character! Walking distance from lots of great food and venues, a nice Cap Hill find! :)

Excellent
Great value in a beautiful neighborhood close to transit
