Super space. Quiet. Cozy bed. Nice shower.
6.0
The property was cut and clean. However the location of the air conditioner over the sofa was cold. My friend and i checked in on July 12th and stayed until the July 16th and lived out of our suitcases as there was no where to put our clothes. Parking in the dirt alley put us right outside the entrance to the property. However there was a guy living in a trailer right directly across from the property. At times on our travels in and out of the property the guy would just be staring at us making it uneasy for us. Not good at all. Communication was horrible before, during and after the stay. John did say that Vrbo has problems with there system all the time. Our overall stay was ok as we ONLY used the property to shower and sleep.

The VRBO was nice, John was friendly and accommodating. The only bad thing was you couldn't sit outside in the yard, we used the alley alot which was noisy and dirty. Location of the bldg. was okay.

Truly amazing place and John went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The AC wasn’t working properly for my first night there but John had it fixed same day. Definitely recommended

The primary reason for the low ratings was the unexpected pet fee of $435. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I was only notified of it one day prior to check in via text. This was well beyond the time when I could cancel with no penalty. If I would have cancelled, I would have forfeited all my money. In addition, even if there was a fee upfront, I thought &15 per day for a small dog to be excessive. I have notified VRBO of this situation and they have done absolutely nothing. I thought all fees were to be presented up front.

First thought was how impeccably clean throughout. Next, how well thought out the layout is; a home in a studio! Everything you need w/o being crowded.
Our host, John, was very responsive to any questions and attentive to our comfort. Plus the location was fantastic; walkable to many great places to eat, drink, or shop. We can’t wait to return!

The studio home was just perfect for my quick weekend stay in Melbourne. The home was clean and very cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all amenities that you would need were provided in the room. The host was super responsive and even checked in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed. I will be reserving this home for upcoming trips to town!

Truly enjoyed this cute little studio and the surrounding area. John was so friendly and happy to make recommendations around the area. The studio is decorated very much to feel like a home and the bed is comfortable.

Excellent VRBO, located in the arts district of Melbourne. Close to the art museum, Anaya coffee shop, Pineapples gathering place, antique shops, flower shop, restaurants all within walking distance! Old Melbourne was just a few minute drive from Highland Ave. Old Melbourne a historical downtown location hosting restaurants and tons of shopping!
John is a great host, checking in on us making sure we were comfortable, addressing our concerns and making us feel welcome…
We look forward to a future visit. ☺️

This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in! It was clean, cute and close to so much (the water, restaurants, brewery, park). We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, which we loved! We definitely hope to stay here again sometime!

Quiet getaway in the heart of the Arts District
I loved staying in this quiet, clean bungalow tucked away in the Eau Gallie Arts District. Just steps from great coffee, restaurants, and local retail shops. The beach is just a short drive, which is another nice perk. The unit itself is cozy and well-appointed and the hosts were kind and accommodating. I enjoyed starting my mornings with a walk to Anaya coffee followed by a little window shopping. Off-street parking and keyless entry made accessibility a breeze.

Great Tiny House
The property was very nice, the owners were attentive and even checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. The space was decently sized, about the size of a larger hotel room. Overall it was very nice and we had no issues. The parking at first was a little confusing but we got that figured out, the owner was outside waiting on us. With many many years on the road traveling for work (this was a work trip), my only recommendation to the entire place would be throw a thick memory foam mattress topper on the bed and a few extra pillows. Lastly location was pretty nice, it's within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. You can be in Cocoa Beach in 20-25 minutes, we blew some money at Ron Jon. Then you can be on Satellite Beach in 15 minutes with free parking! Overall it's a great location for a couple to enjoy some time in a quite area. We will likely stay here again while I am in town for future work trips.

Family visit.
The property was just as pictured and very clean and comfortable. It is small, but said that up front and was exactly what we needed. The location allowed us to have quick and easy access to visit our family in Sattalite Beach. We were pleased with our choice.

Little gem!
Cute, clean and well maintained in the heart of town making it convenient for shopping, entertainment, dining and the beach. Very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Host responsive and goes above to correct disappointing check in process. Highly recommend this property to those looking for a private and separate space from main house with own entrance.
