Un peccato che una bella struttura con vista eccezionale sia rovinata da una gestione non attenta al cliente nemmeno sul

Stanza piccola ma carina, bagno pulito, bella terrazza con Jacuzzi 2 posti riscaldata. Bella vista sulla città e sul mare.

Non hanno provveduto a pulire e riordinare la stanza. Quando ho protestato mi è stato risposto con scortesia che c’era stato un problema e che l’errore è umano, senza scusarsi o provvedere a chiamare qualcuno per risolvere il problema. Inoltre un piccolo sportellino di un comodino era staccato già al mio arrivo e l’hotel mi ha accusato ingiustamente di aver rotto il comodino volendomi addebitare la cifra di 80€. Non sono stato avvisato nonostante il check della camera al termine del soggiorno. Ho scoperto la richiesta di 80€ tramite messaggio su Booking. Sono tornato in hotel e ho chiesto spiegazioni che non mi sono state fornite. Una truffa! Aggiungo che avevo dimenticato un cappello che dicevano di non aver ritrovato, e che solo dopo aver minacciato di fare cattiva pubblicità è magicamente spuntato fuori. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura in cui chi gestisce evidentemente in cattiva fede cerca di estorcere denaro.

Well located but I found TWO bed bugs. And no im not the one who brang them there because i saw them crawling on the bed

I found TWO bed bugs. And no im not the one who brang them there because i saw them crawling on the bed before i even layed in it. The host did changed me room for the night and checked the room the next day. He did offer me a refund for the second night but i would have lost all day changing hotel so i stayed that last night and put my luggages outside because i didnt really have a choice. The room looked clean at first but when i pushed the bed i fount out it was really dusty and cleaning wasnt done well because i found socks, eye fold, airpod, bottle cap behind the magress (see pictures). Also the draining in the bathroom is not idel so water gets everywhere.

The mattresses on the beds were comfortable, the shower in the bathroom had good pressure and temperature. The room was spacious and the staff were lovely. The pool was really nice as well.

We stayed in a room with a double bed, a single bed and a ‘sofa bed’ which was just a sofa with bed sheets thrown over it and was not comfortable at all for sleeping on. The bathroom did not have a fan or a window so there was no ventilation and the steam built up. there was not enough space for hanging up towels - just one tiny metal bar in the bathroom and no hooks in the room. The room would often smell of cigarettes - none of the guests in my group smoke. The kitchen had some things but was not well equipped and you had to get creative when cooking

Good value for money apartment, close to bus station and town.

Good facilities, very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to bus station.

Pool wasn’t in use but we were visiting before season. If buses aren’t running, it’s quite a long and dangerous walk as there’s no pavements from the port.

Perfecta estancia.

Nos atendieron súper bien desde el primer día, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pedimos, nos recogieron y además nos dieron una habitación más grande de la que habíamos reservado, ya que tenían disponibilidad. El dueño súper amable, la ubicación excelente (podíamos llegar caminando al centro), todo cómodo y limpio. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Wasn’t too bad. Just improve the service and the quality of the facilities.

Very quiet place. Good location.

Dirty bed. Broken shower. Not sure if the heater was working I couldn’t turn it on.

Perfect choice of stay for Mykonos visit

Perfect location, very easy to get to attractions by bus. The owner is very welcoming and can help book a taxi. The room was big and very clean. Great value for money. It is a good choice for visiting Mykonos.

Ohne Frühstück die Lage super alles von der City da wo man ja hin will schnell zu erreichen Supermärkte 2x Bäckereien min.3x Abendessen auch min.3x keine 300m entfernt .Litle Venice ca.800m Windmühlen eher Topp für Sonnenuntergag

Sale et infesté de punaises de lit

La situation est fantastique pour partir à pieds partout.

Niveau propreté c’est vraiment très limite. La vaisselle est sale, l’intérieur de l’armoire et les cintres sont sales. Dans La salle de bains de la moisissure et de la rouille. Le Spa ne chauffe pas beaucoup même si on met la température au maximum et les jets sont quasiment inexistants. Mais le top du top c’est qu’il y a des punaises de lit dans ce logement!!! Nous nous sommes fait piquer à pleins d’endroits et nous avons même trouvée une punaise dans notre lit!!! Nous avons dû congeler toutes nos affaires en rentrant!!!

Beautiful stay in Mykonos

Location was amazing and apartment had a beautiful view. Was spacious for a big group. Hosts were super helpful and were happy to help us when we locked ourselves out.

The kitchen could have been better equipped for 6 people.

Beyond my expectations

This place was 1 mins walk away from city center. The host was beyond helpful finding restaurants and dessert places the locals go to to enjoy. Excellent bathrooms and the room came with an extra bed. The host was down to earth and easy to talk too. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location

The location was excellent - you are practically in the town centre. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was a double and comfortable. The shutters allowed the room to be dark at night.

There was renovation work going on when we were there (second week in April 2023) and the jackhammer was going early in the morning.

Great stay with a friendly staff who were always helpful in an unpretentios environment.

Location is perfect for visiting the old town of Mykonos with all amenities within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to my requests. The size of the room is large with a huge balcony with a sunset sea view.

Excellent location, a minute walk to the bus station and Mykonos center, ideal to explore the whole island. Apartment has everything you need, nice and friendly host, let me check in earlier.

OK for the price

The jacuzzi on the terrace was great value for the price of the room. The location is great and so is the privilege to have a free parking space. The host was very responsive and acomodating.

The furniture was damaged, with burned in stains. The apartment has a strong smell, probably because there are so many fabrics. The apartment was pretty clean, but the stains and the smell made it feel not clean, so we didn't feel comfortable.
