About this house rental
Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home! Located in residential Eau Claire, this property is perfect for a fun family getaway complete with an indoor heated pool.
Main Level:
The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, wine cooler, stool seating at the counter and a cozy dinette. The kitchen boasts all new appliances making cooking a breeze!
Located around the corner from the kitchen is a laundry room and bedroom with a queen sized bed.
Up a few steps is the 900 square foot main living area. This area includes two couches, one loveseat, chase lounge, electric fireplace, and 65” smart TV. Also in the living area is a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably with room available for more. This area is great for playing cards/games or crafting with a large group of people.
Down the hallway is a full bathroom that has access to the pool. This bathroom includes locker storage for your items while you swim.
The Pool:
Enjoy the highlight of the house, an indoor heated pool!! Perfect for all to splash and play! The pool can be accessed from the kitchen or hallway. Indoor access points have locking doors and alarms available for your use. Pool is 4 feet deep, no diving. Please read safety and care rules prior to swimming for a safe and enjoyable experience. Pool room includes table/chair set and many pool floats/toys.
The Patio:
Connected to the pool room is a private outdoor patio. This space is great for grilling out or sitting around a gas fire pit in the evenings. Patio not available in winter.
The Upstairs:
The upstairs includes three bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a master bathroom complete with a soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms include bunk beds (twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, and twin trundle bed that can be pulled out for use). One kid’s room includes a secret reading room! A full bathroom with shower completes the upstairs space.
The Lower Level:
The lower level is made up of a theater room, area for board games/cards, and a half bath. This area also includes a daybed and futons for resting.

This house was so much fun to spend the weekend at. We hosted my friends bachelorette party here and Karen was super understanding about everything. She got back to me right away with any questions I had. The house was very clean and big enough to fit a group of 14 adults. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We stayed here with our adult children for a music festival. When finding a place to stay, the most important thing for me is always cleanliness. This house was spotless! It also had a great layout for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has literally everything you need from tons of dishes and cookware to napkins and paper towels. The beverage fridge was a great bonus, too. The beds are extremely comfortable and there were an abundance of towels. Everyone loved the pool and the outside deck was spacious and lovely. Even though our kids are in their 20's, they loved discovering the secret reading room!! We highly recommend this house and hope to be back again.

This place is amazing. We gathered a variety of people for my daughter’s wedding. This home has so many spaces for intimate conversations as well as large group gatherings. The great room was a fabulous place for playing cards or board games, watch tv, or just chat with lots of space. The basement area movie space was a nice spot to cool down, catch a film, or chat.
The upstairs large bedroom and bathroom were fabulous (as the parents, we nabbed this luxurious sleeping area). There are 4 bedrooms, so sleeping spaces are shared when large groups stay. It brought people together and many laughs were had during the sleep time. Adult “children” of the wedding party relived childhood memories. Two bedrooms had a bunk bed (full lower bed, twin upper bed) and a trundle bed to pull out, if needed. Lower bedroom (seemed full size mattress) and basement had a variety of futons/daybeds in one large space. People stated that the beds were comfortable.
The deck and pool were way bigger I viewed in the home’s listing. The bridal party loved to sit and have a good time by the fire. Lastly, the place had all the extras for making the gathering a home. Cooking supplies, crock pots/nesco, platters, plates…you name it, they had what we needed to make food prep easy…which helped save money. It was a fully stocked house. Caretakers were very responsive and wonderful. I would 100% recommend this place to others. Each person that came was wowed by what they saw. ❤️

My family was in town for my grandson's baptism. The house was perfect for us! We stayed in the house most of the time. Cooked all of our meals in the awesome kitchen, played games and swam in the pool multiple times. The pool was nice and warm :) This house far exceeded my expectations! It was much bigger than I thought it was going to be and very well stocked. Looking forward to staying at this house again in the future!!!!

Great stay! Comfy beds, awesome kitchen, great showers, and super fun pool. Extremely clean. Had one minor issue but it was resolved early the next morning by the handyman. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

We had to come last minute for a funeral and, due to Jazz Fest, nothing smaller was available that was pet friendly. So we booked this house, which we have always been curious about. Although it was a bit large for 2 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Karen, was always available and answered almost immediately when I had a question.
The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated with so much provided for guests to use. We would recommend it in a heartbeat. I would definitely consider booking again if my daughter, adult grandkids and I come for a summer visit.

My family, my mom, and my sister's family all stayed this weekend -- and we absolutely loved our time.
The house was extremely clean and clearly a lot of work went into making everything look so nice. The place had everything we needed and several "extras" -- a defogging mirror, lockers, a hotel-like Roku that erases your subscription logins after you checkout, a *ton* of kitchen appliances, brand new washer/dryer, etc.
The pool was warm and offered our young girls endless fun. The place is near the Eau Claire campus, which was really convenient. I haven't been to EC in over a decade, so it was amazing all the entertainment and dining options that have sprung up.
Communication with the host was great as well -- she responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing house! Everything was just as the add says & more. Perfect winter getaway with little ones who love to swim.The pool had everything we needed. The house was big enough that we all could enjoy our stay. The movie theater was a great place for the kids to escape for some quiet time. Karen answered all of my questions prior to our stay, great host! Thanks so much for offering your beautiful home for our family getaway! We would love to come again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday. The kids barely left the pool and the collection of pool toys (and towels) were appreciated by all. It was a perfect place for a getaway with a few families with kids (ages 4-9) to enjoy. This is an incredible find - We will be back!

This house had everything we needed and more! There was ample space for everyone to be comfortable, and the pool was of course a hit. We did quite a bit of cooking whilst there and were left wanting for nothing in the kitchen. We had to reach out to the host twice - once about a damaged plate and once when swimsuits were left in the dryer during checkout - and both times the host responded quickly. Our only complaint is a minor one - we thought the description mentioned a hot tub or jetted tub, but the lack of either did not detract from our stay in the end. We definitely hope to be back!

Totally a special place that has more than anyone could want. For our family Thanksgiving gathering I only borrowed a gravy bowl from our EC daughter. Cooked the entire meal using this home’s pots, pans and utensils. Enough plates and silverware for an army. The Holiday decoration is outstanding. I brought spices but only needed half. Home is complete and the hostess answered my queries fast and complete. Best rental I have ever stayed at over many years. Thank you for such a special place. See you again😊👍

My friends and I stayed in the home for 3 nights. We loved that it was centrally located to everything in Eau Claire. The space was clean and functional and larger than it looked in the photos. Tthis place was AWESOME! It was above and beyond what we expected. They kitchen was equipped with just about every appliance and gadget you would need. Very nice kitchen to work in. The beds were so comfortable! Bedrooms are vary spacious. Home was well supplied with necessity paper products. You did not want for anything. Tons of towels provided. Then there is the pool. Pool and pool room were great. Lots of floaty toys for us girls to play with. Pool located right off kitchen was great. Deck off the pool with a fire pit was nice also. I am sure I missed some of the things we liked. We have tented many VRBO for our girl's weekend over the last15 years. We all thought this was the best yet.

This is our second time staying at this house and this time we had additional family staying with us. The house was well equipped for all of us and has a lot of space. Everyone loved the pool area and the teenagers loved the theater space in the basement. The dinning room table worked great for large meals and family board games. All of the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows. There are lots of extra towels and beach towels which was also very nice. It is also a great benefit that we can bring our corgi with to this house! We will definitely look at staying here in the future. Overall it was another wonderful stay!

The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The pool is absolutely amazing. Karen was lovely, and very accommodating when we asked to check in a bit early to decorate. Also, a couple girls left bathing suits behind, and she is kind enough to be sending them to me.
I have never rented a place that was so incredibly STOCKED. We had 8 people staying in the house, and more towels than we could have ever used. The location is great as well. It was easy to find, and so simple/cheap to Uber back and forth from the downtown bar area. This place was perfect for our fun bachelorette weekend.

We stayed here the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. It comfortably accommodated the 6 adults and 4 children in our group. We had some extras join us on the patio one night. Having the indoor pool was amazing, providing lots of entertainment for everyone. It was a super kid friendly place. After swimming the kids watched shows in the theater room. It is in a very convenient location right off Hwy 53. The kitchen was very well stocked for easy meal prep. We would definitely consider returning.

We had 7 adults and two grandchildren for the weekend. The house is very well equipped to handle a large group. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. We made good use of the pool, fun for all ages. The outdoor patio is very nice and accommodating. We were in town for our niece's wedding. We have family (brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews) scattered throughout the country. All were able to stop by and visit for a few hours in the evening.
We needed to have a babysitter for the two toddlers that were with us. Entrances to the pool can be locked, so we did not have to worry about the children around the pool.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Karen - there is a bee/wasp(?) nest on the patio railing that extends out from the house. My husband was able to locate some spray that you had, and he did spray it. A number of bees wee killed, but we still had some flying around. **Also, bracelet has been found - thank you for looking!!

Our family (4 year old and 1 year old) wanted to extend our time in Eau Claire simply to have more time at this house! Tons of living space, fully stocked (towels, pool toys, kitchen necessities, baby stuff for swimming and sleeping and feeding times, kid items), so clean and modern - and the pool was absolutely the best part of our stay. Happy kids, and happy parents!

The host provided everything… pool toys and beach towels… kitchen had all needs crock pots, zip lock bags, cork screw and a few paper plates. Theater room was large and enough seating for our group (3adults and 5 children).. if you have any favorite dvd movies you should consider bringing them… the movie library was a bit limited .. bathrooms were spotless and the beds comfy… we would definitely consider returning here!!

11 girls + 1 mom stayed for an awesome bachlorette party weekend. The pool was large and warm with towels galore. The deck off the pool with a fire pit table was perfect in the evening, and overall the house was beautiful with plenty of space that worked well for our group.

Our son graduated and we were traveling from out of town. We wanted our parents (two whom have mobility issues) to be able to share this occasion without the stress of travel and staying in an unfamiliar place. This place was perfect and the accommodations were spectacular. Myself, husband, kids, parents and in-laws all had plenty of room. We loved sharing meals together with the fully stocked kitchen and large outdoor patio, and the kids had a blast in the pool. Thanks for help making this life moment so special, as we were able to share it with those who may not have made the trip otherwise. Highly recommend this beautiful property!
